      My 2 orders with AWB [protected] and [protected] has not delivered to me but the status showing delivered. No call from delivery boy about products delivery. Please solve the issue and take action against the person who changed the status as delivered.

          I had placed an order from 'AJIO' and my order had to be delivered by 29th of March 2021.Every time when I tried to track the shipment it shows 'pickup reschedule-pickup assigned- out for pickup-pickup failed, shipment not handed over' and this has been continuing from past two weeks and now the status shows as - Shipment RTO Lock. This kind of service is not expected from such service providers.

            I order 3 half shirt but i received 2 full shirt whith very poor quality and absolutely different from which i ordered.there for i request you to give my refund back i have also video proof of the delivery man and product.

                    Product Not Delivered. Customer don't get any message from your side. This is third time doing like this. Status shows like our delivery partner unable to deliver your order and the particular product is returned to the shipment.
                    Exact reason not mentioned. You are already delivered my previous order to the particular address, but now says unable to deliver. What's the problem? Why don't you contact the customer Mobile number?

                      Address: Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India

                      The shipment remains undelivered for past three days due to absence of OTP. OTP is not being received by me during delivery after repeated attempts probably due to incorrect mobile number(missing one digit). On verifying with your customer care number yesterday I came to know that no OTP is required which I have kept a recording but delivery boy is not agreeing with that. Further after enquiring yesterday evening, the customer care executive Vikram was admanent and asked me to get in touch with shopping partner. How come the OTP related issue will be handled by shopping partner since OTP was supposed to come from ECOM side. I then tried to get in touch with senior executive via same call and Vikram but he intentionally diverted the issue citing that all seniors are bsy right now and do make a call after 8pm as according to him the shipment will be delivered withing 8pm which was very unlikely to happen. Even he refused to take a complaint on my behalf and neglected the issue. Please intervene and take immediate action in this regard.

                                  मैंने फ्लिपकार्ट से 1 पार्सल आर्डर किया था जो 28 मार्च को मेरे पास के कुरियर सेंटर में आया है लेकिन कुरियर बॉय मुझे वो पार्सल खुद ले जाने को कहता है जो की वो पार्सल होम डिलीवरी करने का है। 28 तारिख से आज 5 तारीख तक रोज वो पार्सल आउट फ़ॉर डिलीवरी दीखता है और रोज कुरियर बॉय जानबूझकर कोई रीजन दे के उसे अनडिलेवर कर देता है मुझे कभी कॉल भी नहीं किया और रीजन मैं लिखता है कस्टमर नॉट available

                                        I have been abhijit. By the way, I am a fan of the company. I live in Pakhanjur and you are the brother of Ecom Express, which delivers from us Pakhanjur, whose name is Naka PIN code for main 4776 is the man of your ecom express named Ram now he goes to every customer’s house and says that you get the parcel from me. I'll get you cheap. Why do you guys take it expensive?.And go and misbehave with my customer, which is proof and witness with me. Ladies misbehave with people. Taking his phone number also calls him. From my personal number, this customer is quiet at my behest. If I say, will you do a police complaint right now, and Max Press has gone rogue. What do you want, this is what you want, if you do not want, then get that boy out.
