I have ordered a product on Flipkart on
14th March and my delivery date is 21 march Now the date is 24 march afternoon 2:45 time
Upto now now not delivering my order
My order is showing on my near hub only 5 days
One time 19march called me delivery boy to deliver the product but he said he cannot come to my address and not delivering my order upto now...

I didn't received my package. But i got message as my order delivered. Please look into my issue. AWB no - [protected]...

I had placed an order from zoomin and my order had to be delivered by 14th of March 2021. Till today it has not been delivered though it reached bangalore on March 12th itself. The delivery was not at all attempted but still the status used to show 'Shipment un-delivered Consignee requested for future delivery' where in i had never received any call from the delivery agent nor had I requested for future delivery. I haven't received my parcel. But message came to me and that said that my order is delivered. I haven't received my order

My package from Ajio is not delivered by the delivery person. Every day I gets a call from the delivery person and they says they will deliver the package tomorrow and they update in the portal as "package not delivered, customer was unavailable". Yesterday someone again called from the office and said they will deliver the order by the end of the day or by morning (23/3/2021). But I haven't my order yet. Please help on this. Thanks....

I had ordered products from StreetStyleStore it's shipped via ecom express.The products took way too long to be shipped and there has been a change in address....

I would like to complain against a service guy who didn't have any respect to talk a woman. He used foul language and said " apko bilkul tameez nhi hai" just because I said I wanted the order tomorrow instead of today. He literally called me and started shouting. This is no way to talk. It was a nyka order AwB [protected] and Agent [protected]...

I ordered a boats Bluetooth and I recieved a womans hair removal and i tried to contact the customer care but the call is not connecting and not also replying i want to return my product but website doesnt even have a return policy i want my refund...

Have ordered computer components from Amazon and it was sent through ECom Express. It reached its delivery centre on 20 march 2021 before the expected delivery date.But the item not delivered even though the delivery address was clearly given & they would not even call or inform..So i made a call to the delivery centre & ask about my product. To this one staff said that they cannot do home delivery citing a reason that they dont have a delivery...

I ordered a product from flipkart and they shipped the product by ecom express.

When the product came to the delivery location status showed that the shipment is out for delivery...
I was waiting from morning but i didn't got any call from delivery boy.. And the end of the day status shown that consignee requested for future delivery...
I didn't even got any call or any prior information......

I have recieved an order with tracking no -[protected] I want to return this product as I did not order this product, pls let me know how I have to return?...

I'm reporting this issue for the second time since it isn't solved yet. I had ordered a sewing machine table before and the courier facility weren't ready to do a door delivery.
This was the exact complaint that I had registered that time:

"I had already paid for my order and it's now showing that it reached the courier facility....

Shipment was supposed to be delivered on 17th March, 2021. I got a call from Ecom Express Executive asking for the PIN. During the call he hung up for some reason and never called back the entire day after that. The next day on 18th March, 2021 I again received a message from Ecom Express with a new PIN for my shipment, but I wasn't contacted by the delivery person. Since then my shipment has been marked as "Undelivered" and I do not know...

We have Received the Parcel today(19/03/2021). in the Name of Gaurav Vemulkar. This is a private Workplace. & We keep getting parcels & Samples through couriers.

This parcel was not ordered by us & unknowingly our staff has collected the Parcel because the concerned person was out of town & no was unreachable & Paid the Amount as it was COD.

We want to return the parcel, but it was not ordered by us we are not...
