        My order is arrived at Kasargod on 27th march at 8.50 am.but i can not get this product yet.The current status of this product is " delay delivery on customer request", i can not send such a type of request against my product. The tracking id for this item is [protected].

          I should not receive any OTP from Delivery Boy while he is continuing complaining about there is issue in Your cell phone rather than ask there executive officer, to solve this query. Not acceptable Approach .
          I have a courier which was have already paid Status still not deliver to me just for that OTP PROBLEM !

                Respected sir
                My awb no is [protected], which was to be delivered to me in date 27-03-21 was undelivered to me because of some issues. So on 28-03-20 i went to ecom express office to collect my order, but they refused to give me because of OFD LOCK applied to my order.

                Hence, please help me to get my order as soon as possible.

                  My items were sitting in their Srinagar Hub from the 29th March till date 1st April and it still hasn’t been delivered. I used Amazon to buy these items and the CS of Amazon assured me that it will be delivered by the 31st when it was still sitting in Srinagar. The distance btw Srinagar and Anantnag is barely an hour yet Ecom has been taking days for it to be delivered. Unexpected delays with zero efforts to contact customer to inform of the delays. When I asked Amazon for the reason they told me they can’t question third party courier company. And in the meanwhile Amazon kept on saying to me that I can cancel and get a refund when it was a birthday present. Most pathetic and useless company is Ecom Express with zero customer service skills or punctuality. Very disappointed with Amazon and Ecom Express never using either one of them. They even use covid19 as a excuse to cover up their failure to deliver on time or before the time.

                  My order is shown undelivered or package delivery failed. What I do? Help me. Even your customer care no. [protected] not explain me, when I calls to your customer care no. It's tell me that I am calling from an unregistered mobile no. but I am calling from a registered mobile no. I wants my package to be delivered ASAP. Otherwise, I will strict Action.

                        I have ordered in exchange POCO M3 on[protected]. Item arrived at delivery destination on[protected] but till date[protected] i am not receipt of the parcel. Another problem is that there is no contanct number of local office. The local office is what doing with my parcel since 3 days. I don’t know nobody don’t know when I receive the parcel what I get inside the box nobody don’t know.

                        Therefore please arrange to cancel my order immediately before i get the parcel consist inside bogus item

                          My package is out for delivery from 27th March, 2021. Delivery guy called and asked for route on 27 march and told that he will deliver on 28 th march. But delivery guy updated the status as " Consignee requested for future delivery".
                          I missed to pick the call from delivery person on 29 th march and i requested for next day delivery. on 30th march i got call from ecom express but it was a blank call and nobody spoke but updated the status as "customer not available" whereas i was available and answered the call. i raised complaint and requested for delivery again.on 31st march again got call again it was a blank call and i recorded the call for complaint purpose. status has been updated as "Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer refused to accept" . request you to deliver the package as early as possible.

                            I recently ordered a product from amazon and today morning i got a message saying parcel is delivered but i didnt received any parcel and im not able to connect to customer care executive, so please lodge this complaint either i want my parcel back or else my money back

                                  I ordered a t shirt which had reached the next stop from my home but the delivery boy refused delivery because he claim's that the boundary of his delivery line exceeds so he can't i am so annoyed with the behavior of the delivery boy and also i ordered a pair of shoe's which i try to track but pop message came as the awb number doesn't exist what should i have to do next to track my order
