Or, Balu readymades, Rapsy restaurant near, munnar 685612, but both are same address only.
From your delivery I didnt get my parcels,
I complaint multiple times but no response,
Example: 1. Delivery executive saying unlocatable,
2.cycle unable to carry,
3.pampers big size box so unable to carry in bike,
These are the silly reason your person cancelling,
Recently I booked my new number
Delivery person called me and requested today lot of consignment I have sir, so can i give your parcel by tomorrow? Then I replied ok, but he mentioned I have request to come tomorrow..
It's disgusting...
But after 4 days my parcel returns to seller.
I've received lot of products from other courier but from ecom express side this issue will coming always.

I missed by son birthday gift because of this issue, iam helpless dad on that time when my son ask about his gift,
So please don't hesitate this issue.

Due to this I need to close my Amazon account also.
