From last 4 days Gent is not coming to pickup my return and problem is he is blaming me and putting on status that he is unable to reach after 8pm everyday on mantra portal.
What is this process, I must say it is ridiculous, please pickup my order asap and if not possible then let me know.

    My Order ID is 1233410 .
    I gave 1000 to the delivery boy as my total was 798 rs. Meanwhile i went inside to kept my parcel, he ran away.

I booked order from Amazon and it reached srinagar and left srinagar hub on 11th March at 10.15 am .it's 60 km from srinagar to anantnag now I want to know should it take 48 hours to reach 60 km i[censored] justifies it then I must appreciate you for your service. And I personally avoid your service and also recommend my friends for the same

                Placed an order on Sunday, 28 February, 2021 from Cilory Website. The shipment was through Ecom Express. Till 3rd of March website status showed as "Shipment in-scan at DC" after that there was no update till 7th March. On 8th March I got a call from the Ecom Express delivery executive asking for my availability at the given address. I clearly said I am at home so he can deliver the product, he disconnected the call saying he will come and deliver the product in sometime. After that I did not get any call or update through message/mail. When I checked the status on Ecom Express website it showed the status as "Shipment un-delivered Consignee requested for future delivery". I raised a concern on their website regarding this and there was no response from them. Today when I checked the website status it is showing as "Shipment RTO Lock". I have done online payment for my product. Now I expect my product to be delivered in a decent way. Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior from Ecom Express. Attached screenshot for reference.

                      I have order clothe hanging stand from amazon but the delivery service refused to delivered my product and told me to pick up the product . This is not the first time I am facing this problem the delivery agent is worst they always refuse door step delivery . They send me order delivered msg but actually the product is not delivered yet and they call and completely refuse to delivered the product.

                      442030140221 they have call me multiple time and refuse door step delivery. On 5/3/2021 delivery agent call me and told me to pick up the product and refuse to delivered my product amd send me msg that they cannot delivered the product because my address is Unlocatable Again on 6/3/2021 they call and refuse to delivered my product and send me the same msg that address is unlockable. Today 10/03/21 the delivery agent call and refuse to delivered the product and send me msg that my product is delivered.

                        I had ordered some products worth rupees 1120 from online store namely makeup store on 30 jan 2021 which was prepaid.Till now that is 10 march 2021 i have not received the parcel.The store send me a tracking number [protected] which was through ecom courier service.Customer care is saying they have returned my parcel back to store and the store is disagreeing on this point.Please help me in getting my money back.

                                I have ordered a dress from "meesho" on date[protected]order no.[protected]Amt. 345 INR) in (Kaudiya, Dist- Umaria (M.P.) which was delivered to me on[protected] paid via cash to the delivery boy. But the dress was extra large in size then i raised an exchange request on[protected] the delivery boy has picked up the parcel on[protected] but return pickup message was sent to me on[protected]. After this i was waiting for the response when it was getting too late i checked my meesho order summary on[protected] and the parcel showing delivered on date[protected] but the parcel was not delivered to me. then i made contact to "Ecom Express" Customer Care No. "[protected]" with tracking id "[protected]" they said to me that they will contact me soon and resolve the issue but there is no resolution yet i have complaint the same 2 times but still no resolution. then i contacted the local delivery boy (name : Monu) (Mob. [protected]) of Ecom Express on[protected] he said to me that he has missed the parcel somewhere and marked it delivered. when i asked him for the refund or reorder the dress he started to argue with me and said 'Why did you complain to customer care ?' and refused to refund the amount. i have complaint again & again to customer care about this matter but still there is no resolution.
                                I want either the refund of my order or the exchanged product.
                                please look into the matter and provide me proper resolution as soon as possible.
