Dear sir/madam
greetings of the day. its a kind information that the products ordered in AJIO (Order NO:[protected] is still not delivered to the corresponding address but the status mentioned in tracking link is" Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer refused to accept". My humble request that Kindly suggest to the delivery person of sankari ROS to approach good the customer. The way he approach to the customer is not quite well. I request you to let me inform the current status of the parcel and complete the delivery as soon as possible.

        This is a nonsense courier company. They don't know how to do a simple shipment and dont know how to track it. I placed an order on Zoomin on 29th Jan 2021. It was supposed to be delivered in the first week of Feb 2021. The great eCom Express played around for 15 days saying delivery issue each time. They did not call me even once. Then they returned the package to Zoomin. Zoomin re-shipped the package on 24th Feb and was supposed to be delivered on 26th. The same issue repeats. It has got misrouted twice, their call center has no idea where the package is, they have no way of contacting anyone related to delivery and they keep saying wait for 2 days. My latest AWB number is [protected].

              I ordered my order that has two items. when delivery boy come to delivered my product than he says payment first than i give you your order. when i give money to him than he give me order to me. than i see that in this box 1 item was missed and curtain of product is also cut from one side.

                    Hi,
                    I'm Ruthrapathy, i order the product in amazon on 18th Feb 2021 and package arrived chengalpet courier facility on 22/02/2021. Tracking ID: [protected]. But still i didn't received the package and keep on updating 'Out for Delivery' & 'Delay delivery on customer request'. Still i didn't speak with the delivery guy. The delivery guy is giving missed call while i try back its going to company voice call. He update himself with the "Delay delivery on customer request". I don't know when i will receive the parcel. This is the birthday gift, birthday date - 22/02/2021 but i'm unable to present this gift. Very worst, worst, worst, poor service i ever seen. I attached the screenshot for your reference. Why Amazon tie up with this worst delivery agency? It's making me very irritating at all.

                                Ecom Express its fraudd company and there employer are the worst in the world. I have ordered some product and the courier company is Ecom express they collected about 110 rupees for delivery.

                                I ordered on 6th Feb 2021, they made first attempt of call on 15th Feb, these executive will call you from some app but they dont talk. I received the call but no one was talking i hold it for 1 minutes then disconnect it continues for next 4 days same call but no one talk.

                                These frauds will mention the feedback we attempt to deliver but customer was not available. Now after 4 days these Ecom Express they locked my product without even consulting me.

                                Its 100% Fraud company, i called talk to customer care and informed about these 3 times every time they will give assurance but no response. still my product is locked.

                                I suggest dont even think of delivering your essentials with this company its fraud.

                                      This is in with reference to the above mentioned subject, my courier tracking no.-[protected], not delivered last 20 days, I have called regular basis and get the same reply that will do the same either today or tomorrow but not done. But staff doesn't give the proper information regarding the product.I am tired and anxious from the Ecom staff side.
                                      Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                                      otherwise I will take legal action against Ecom Express.
                                      I am bear a loss for delaying the product delivery and rejected/Banned from government organisation for the same.
