        Ecom Express its fraudd company and there employer are the worst in the world. I have ordered some product and the courier company is Ecom express they collected about 110 rupees for delivery.

        I ordered on 6th Feb 2021, they made first attempt of call on 15th Feb, these executive will call you from some app but they dont talk. I received the call but no one was talking i hold it for 1 minutes then disconnect it continues for next 4 days same call but no one talk.

        These frauds will mention the feedback we attempt to deliver but customer was not available. Now after 4 days these Ecom Express they locked my product without even consulting me.

        Its 100% Fraud company, i called talk to customer care and informed about these 3 times every time they will give assurance but no response. still my product is locked.

        I suggest dont even think of delivering your essentials with this company its fraud.

              This is in with reference to the above mentioned subject, my courier tracking no.-[protected], not delivered last 20 days, I have called regular basis and get the same reply that will do the same either today or tomorrow but not done. But staff doesn't give the proper information regarding the product.I am tired and anxious from the Ecom staff side.
              Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
              otherwise I will take legal action against Ecom Express.
              I am bear a loss for delaying the product delivery and rejected/Banned from government organisation for the same.

                          Narsampet ecom express delivered my product but my product going mulugu ecom express he is delivered parkal, am in nallabelly village not parkal then who recieved my product (nallabelly and parkal distance 50 km)
                          I placed an order on Myntra on 5th Oct and received a message on 9th oct "out for delivery" and I have not received any call or message the whole day. And they simply didn't deliver it saying i was not available at the location. I was there and when i tracked the package, it is there in my city which is 5 kms from my place and sitting there for 5 days now.

                          I received another Myntra package on Sunday from ekart, from the same order. if they don't have any trouble delivering that package, I don't understand why the ecom people are delaying this second package.

                          I tried calling the contact number provided in the "out for delivery" sms, however it says i need to call from the registered number. This is my only registered number and i have no other way to contact the delivery person now.

                          I tried searching the address of ecom office to take the package on my own, however, even those details are not available.

                              This is the 2nd consecutive time since I have been facing this issue with Ecom Express. The last time also shipment had reached the delivery hub in Guwahati many many days before but they didn't even bother to call me and hence I was told that the shipment had been lost by the courier. This time too while tracking, I get the update that "Delivery was Attempted", but in real no phone calls were made to me. I even raised this issue by mailing them and sending them a message in their Twitter handle and to this day, I don't even get a reply from the company. Very disgusting. This same issue was also faced by my younger brother. The shipments won't get delivered to us, especially the products from Ajio. I sense a scam between ajio.com and EComExpress. Whenever we purchase products in great discounts, this things tends to happen.

                              Kindly Sir, help me out in this regard. 🙏

                                I have placed the order in November with Durex. They shipped the order via Ecom.
                                Its been 2 months and Ecom is not able to deliver my order. AWB no. [protected].

                                They have marked it as Lost 1st time and 2nd time they marked it as delivered.

                                I have called them multiple times. They always say to wait for 72 hours or they say that order will be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have still not received my product. They dont listen or have manners to talk.
