I have an order from Ajio to be delivered by ecom express (kakinada). The status of the product in the app shows as out for delivery since 4 days.when i tracked using my awb number it shows as reached the destination since 4th February but no one contacted me yet ( 8th feb). The order is worth more than 2k and they are not even giving any update regarding my order. Tried to reach them through customer care but they are not connecting!...

My tracking number : [protected] reached silchar hub on 3rd of february 2021 and today is 8th february 2021 and still it is not being delivered.
Called customer care 4 times they asked 24 hours afyer 24 hours they are saying 48 hours. They only say they have wrote mail to higher authority.
No care for customer service.
If you see rating of Ecom Silchar same thing happening for many people ....

We got a message likeEcom Express Executive [protected] PIN [protected] will deliver your YOUR ONLINE ORDER AwB [protected] today. Rs 1440.0 payable.

We are at home only but we have not received any call from your boy.. this is the second...

Your customer care service is pathetic. That is the same case with the delivery office in Hyderabad. They switched off the call when i was following up on the delivery. I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do...

Mr. Jiten Dubey a delivery boy of Lakhipur branch of Ecom is not behaving properly neither is take the pick up nor he deliver the product at my house. Poor behaviour is a common thing in him. I am not able to use the services of Ecom after payment also.

Delivery is not coming to my village even Iam giving my address while ordering. They are coming to my neighborhood village and calling me to come and take order. I am not satisfied with this type of delivery service. Please clarify it as soon as possible.

I order on 30 january in meesho expected date is 6 feb 2021 But till now delivery didn't called to customer.Customer is very angry on me.Like this 3 different orders cancelled this is 4th order.Please make sure this complaint.I am loosing my customers...

My order was to be delivered by ecom express, the worst delivery service provider. I wish i had a choice to choose from whom i want to receive my order. They themselves don’t deliver the product and later write the reason as wrong address. Seriously? My AWB number [protected]. Came out for delivery but never reached me. Had ordered smart watch from masterpier.com
Ecom express delivery guy came to deliver and took cash as it was COD.
When I opened it was wrong product, when I told watchman to hold him, he pushed the watchman and ran away.means he was knowing he's doing fraud so he ran away....
