    I had ordered a package from Amazon and ot was showing deliverable to 671552. I have ordered and the delivery was refused by agent that ecom express doesn't give enough allowance to serve all the area inside 671552. The AWB numer is[protected]

      From last Couples of day I'm receiving a Message Which Says that Your Order will deliver today after few times later I'm receiving A Missed call And then I'm recieving Customer refused to accept..
      One Delivery boy Was called me and saying don't receive your order is fake Bla bla after that I'm facing this kind of Problem customer support is not receiving call and delivery boy too..!

        Address: Basava Residency, Opposite Kanni Market, M. S. K mill road, Shanti Nagar, Kalburgi, Opposite Kanni Market

        The package with AWB number: [protected] has not been delivered yet by Ecom Express.
        The shipment has reached my location but not delivered yet. The contact information for the ecom express is not available and I am unable to get hold of people that could help me deliver the package.

        The shipment had to be delivered on 8th February 2021 and it's been two days the delivery is not re-attempted.

          My shipment I'd is [protected]

          Today on 11.02.2020 your ecom executive told me to refused the delivery in my pin no location .
          I told him to delivered my address . But he refused. Again he call me and told me to wait my location and also told me to provide the delivery code which he send my mobile. I told the no and he assured me to delivered my address and told me to wait 1 hrs. But unfortunately I got a SMS that I refused to take the delivery .

          I want to a legal action against the executive who deadly collect the delivery code and not delivered my address.

            Product was out for delivery, I received the call from delivery boy, he told me that today I can't deliver your product within 2 days I'll deliver to you. I said him to deliver to me ASAP. but after an hour I received the messages as your product is delivered. Again I tried to call back him, it was asking me some pin, inspite of entering that pin the call was not connected.
            regarding this I called customer care, but from last 3 days they're telling same dialogue that we're looking on it, please give us 24 hour time. I'm waiting from last 2 days but I didn't got any updates from ecom express.
            Please look into it, help me to get my package.

                    It is to inform that the ecom hub in oru locality is not providing the customer service as you assureed home delivery and treating the customers with rage and rude they are not providing the parcels on bad attitude even if the item reaches the hub they are taking no necessary action to deliver the item and whenever we go personally to collect the parcel they are giving lame excuse like the phone was not reachable or network issues
                    And also treating the customers very badly this has happed several times to me and even to my friends i hope you will take necessary actions and also against the employees with this attitude only give bad reputation to all the ecom services

                            Today I faced a terrible situation with your service. Your delivery boys shouted at my mom! That was a very terrible mistake you have made to a customer. All the time, all the orders are collected by myself at your courier center. In the previous situation, they took lot of time to deliver my order . They wasted my time at their center .They refused to took my online transaction. WHY? Therefore I told them to deliver items to my home. But they took more than one day to even call me, even the item has arrived there earlier. Why these people behaving like this. I am buying online items since 2018. For the first time in my life I am facing problem like this. I am looking forward to your reply.

                              Yesterday(9th feb 2021) a delivery person called me and told that today it is not possible to deliver the parcel tomorrow he will come and after few minutes a message came that your item has been delivered although i haven't received any parcel.

                                I called your costumer care number still no one can answer properly.
                                Also I called yesterday and your company person say your order delivered at 6:00pm but no one came . I'm hardly unsatisfied.
