They keep delaying the delivery of products which I have ordered and their behaviour towards their customers are unsatisfactory and even rude at times...this has caused me to inconvenience and I would hope u would take action to make ur service better

    It is to inform that the ecom hub in oru locality is not providing the customer service as you assureed home delivery and treating the customers with rage and rude they are not providing the parcels on bad attitude even if the item reaches the hub they are taking no necessary action to deliver the item and whenever we go personally to collect the parcel they are giving lame excuse like the phone was not reachable or network issues
    And also treating the customers very badly this has happed several times to me and even to my friends i hope you will take necessary actions and also against the employees with this attitude only give bad reputation to all the ecom services

        The aforementioned delivery service abused their power to execute their personal vendetta against their customers. This behaviour is not tolerable by any means and should be answered as immediately as possible.

            Today I faced a terrible situation with your service. Your delivery boys shouted at my mom! That was a very terrible mistake you have made to a customer. All the time, all the orders are collected by myself at your courier center. In the previous situation, they took lot of time to deliver my order . They wasted my time at their center .They refused to took my online transaction. WHY? Therefore I told them to deliver items to my home. But they took more than one day to even call me, even the item has arrived there earlier. Why these people behaving like this. I am buying online items since 2018. For the first time in my life I am facing problem like this. I am looking forward to your reply.

              Yesterday(9th feb 2021) a delivery person called me and told that today it is not possible to deliver the parcel tomorrow he will come and after few minutes a message came that your item has been delivered although i haven't received any parcel.
              And when i am tried to call back on the number it asked for some pin which i was not having.

                Complaint about order

                Can you please check my order?
                I called your costumer care number still no one can answer properly.
                Also I called yesterday and your company person say your order delivered at 6:00pm but no one came . I'm hardly unsatisfied.
                Please check which time to I receiving my order. My tracking ID- [protected] Still u can't giving me to proper answer, I will go to consumer care....

                      Without even trying your people in vadakara are just marking it as delivery attempted. And even i didn't get a single call/ missed call from their side on particular dates. Without an attempt, they returned my product to the supplier.

                      All these days i was available in the mentioned address. If they have any issue in delivering let me know the ec address in vadakara today itself i am okay to go and collect it.

                        Product is out for delivery. I received call from delivery boy, he told me that your product is arrived at different wrong delivery station, within two days we'll deliver your product to you. But I received the messages as your product is delivered. But till now I'm not received my product.

                          Ecom Express keeps changing status of my order to consignee requested for future delivery.
                          I have been contacting customer care for last 5 days, but they are unable to track where my parcel is. They keep telling me i have requested for future delivery but I have made no such request to them.
                          I even asked them to provide me with managers number so i can go self collect, but they gave me an incorrect number.
                          My parcel has been out for delivery twice, and evrytime by end of day they change my status and insist I am the one who rescheduling.

                            The package should have been delivered on Sunday (Feb, 7 2021) and delivery boy called me ... since i was not available at the time .. i asked him to drop the package evening to me ... but the next minute i got the message saying that package has been delivered ...
                            I can't find any customer care number which would resolve this .. I kept on calling the number which delivery had called but its an automated calling number no help yet
                            Today's Tuesday (Feb, 2 2021) had raised & gave feedback to ecom express saying that product has not delivered for which i got response like "our executive will contact" but i haven't got any call or text in regards
                            All i need is that package to be delivered before my return policy expires ... kindly help

                              I have an order from Ajio to be delivered by ecom express (kakinada). The status of the product in the app shows as out for delivery since 4 days.when i tracked using my awb number it shows as reached the destination since 4th February but no one contacted me yet ( 8th feb). The order is worth more than 2k and they are not even giving any update regarding my order. Tried to reach them through customer care but they are not connecting!

                                My tracking number : [protected] reached silchar hub on 3rd of february 2021 and today is 8th february 2021 and still it is not being delivered.
                                Called customer care 4 times they asked 24 hours afyer 24 hours they are saying 48 hours. They only say they have wrote mail to higher authority.
                                No care for customer service.
                                If you see rating of Ecom Silchar same thing happening for many people .

                                  After a minute we got another message like..Your YOUR ONLINE ORDER order AwB [protected] was undelivered as you refused to accept it. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]..
                                  We are at home only but we have not received any call from your boy.. this is the second time happening.. worst service...I have not seen this type of service
