          I product was supposed to be delivered on Sunday 7th of feb 2021...its been more than 5 days and i was ready to wait and every time they siad they would deliver it within 24 to 48 hours fr past 3 days.now its showing rto shippment locked..so what shd we do now i want my product to be delivered today.

            Dear sir,
            I ordered and item 21st dec 2018, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 30th dec 2018. Jan 1st 2019 on words i call ecom customer care number for my delivery every time the executive was committed that the product will delivery within 24 hrs.
            Today i called (11/01/2019) at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.
            Then now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.
            I need my ordered product.

              The complaint is with regards to one of the executive name Yatin who was assigned to do a Paytm KYC at my house. From past 3 days I have been following up with the agent to complete the process. He was very rude and asking me to cancel the ticket and raise a new one. I would like to bring this to the company notice that strict actions should be taken at such agents. They are just wasting customer time and spoiling the company name.

                I ordered a product at Ajio.com. the product supposed to be delivered on 10 Feb"21. But I didn't get the product delivered rather they updated the delievery status like I didn't receive the call. And on 11th Feb"21, they updated delivery status as wrong address. I didn't get any call or SMS form delievery executive. They are doing fake Delivery attempts. Kindly resolve the issue

                      From Paytm I have ordered mobile with order id [protected] on 26Jan. Order was shipped through Ecom Express with tracking id:[protected]

                      It's already 15 days crossed and I haven't received my order yet. Delivery related details also not showing properly in ecomexpress tracking

                      I have contacted both Ecom express courier partner and Paytm multiple times but no resolution was provided yet.

                      Please take relevant actions and make a way for my product delivery. Also take appropriate actions on courier partner for not delivering products as mentioned.

                                The shipment has reached my location but not delivered yet. The contact information for the ecom express is not available and I am unable to get hold of people that could help me deliver the package.

                                  Today on 11.02.2020 your ecom executive told me to refused the delivery in my pin no location .
                                  I told him to delivered my address . But he refused. Again he call me and told me to wait my location and also told me to provide the delivery code which he send my mobile. I told the no and he assured me to delivered my address and told me to wait 1 hrs. But unfortunately I got a SMS that I refused to take the delivery .

                                  I want to a legal action against the executive who deadly collect the delivery code and not delivered my address.

                                    Product was out for delivery, I received the call from delivery boy, he told me that today I can't deliver your product within 2 days I'll deliver to you. I said him to deliver to me ASAP. but after an hour I received the messages as your product is delivered. Again I tried to call back him, it was asking me some pin, inspite of entering that pin the call was not connected.
                                    regarding this I called customer care, but from last 3 days they're telling same dialogue that we're looking on it, please give us 24 hour time. I'm waiting from last 2 days but I didn't got any updates from ecom express.
                                    Please look into it, help me to get my package.
