Product was out for delivery, I received the call from delivery boy, he told me that today I can't deliver your product within 2 days I'll deliver to you. I said him to deliver to me ASAP. but after an hour I received the messages as your product is delivered. Again I tried to call back him, it was asking me some pin, inspite of entering that pin the call was not connected.
regarding this I called customer care, but from last 3 days they're telling same dialogue that we're looking on it, please give us 24 hour time. I'm waiting from last 2 days but I didn't got any updates from ecom express.
Please look into it, help me to get my package.
