Ordered a product from peesafe and it was out for delivery on[protected]. But, delivery guy told me that my order is far away to deliver and requested me that he Wil be delivering the next day i.e.,[protected]. I said okay. But, didn't receive any update regarding that and my product is not delivered. Plse check on my issue and make sure u deliver my product.

This is at a great grievance I raise a complaint against the ECOM service as my order has been delayed and the delivery keeps providing the same reason as wrong address. They have not contacted me properly to deliver the respective product, neither where they ready to come and deliver the product at my home as promised....

I have ordered a product from an online merchant and the product was shipped by the merchant on 13th January 2021. The AWB is [protected]. As per the courier company tracking details, the product has reached their delivery center on 15th January. But the courier company never called me or tried to deliver the product. Now they have put OFD lock on the product and is refusing to deliver the same....

Please give appropriate punishment to such delivery boy as soon as possible...
