I have ordered an item from Ajio on 25.01.2021. The item was shipped through Ecom express. It reached my destination location and out for delivery on 29.01.2021. I have not received any calls from delivery executive but they updated as customer not avalaible for 2 times. I have enquired in customer care service but they told that it will be within 24 hrs.Then received message as rescheduled for delivery. But i have not received any calls and item also not delivered. Later they mentioned as shipment RTO lock on 06.02.2021. Very worst service I have ever seen.

    Had ordered smart watch from masterpier.com
    Ecom express delivery guy came to deliver and took cash as it was COD.
    When I opened it was wrong product, when I told watchman to hold him, he pushed the watchman and ran away.means he was knowing he's doing fraud so he ran away.

      My product is not yet delivered to me . I have ordered it on 25 January 2021 . On 29th January it said product is out for delivery but I didn't get it and then it was showing consignee requested for further delivery which I have not requested, then how can it show so. And now its more 7 days since then I, e its now 6 february and my parcel is not yet delivered to me. It was a prepaid order, I have already paid for
      But ecom express is showing very irresponsible behavior. Not trustworthy towards their customers . Kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible its already 7 days above on delivery date.

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked an item through amazon vide order No #[protected] dated 31 Jan 2021. The same has despatched through Ecom express Tracking ID [protected].

          Today on 05 Feb 2021 at about 10.30 the delivery Agent of Ecom express given a call to me and informed regarding the delivery of the item. I say him to hand over to Security on duty at the gate, then he asked me for the OTP and I inform the OTP. Then after I got the message the item has been delivered. But the item has not received by me. I confirm from the Security accordingly. There is no chance of lapse because I am the Chief Security Officer and all Securities are under my control.

          Please intimate to the delivery agent for clarification and delivery of the item.

                          I am doing a online business and I have got so many orders and booked through E com express .
                          But now a days the parcels are not delivered from the Ernakulam branch especially chalikavattom ( pin no 682028 ).also they return all the items back to the owner without informing the customers .
                          Even we came there and given tracking I’d but they are not able to find the parcel and nobody respond properly .

                          This is happening from last one month .
                          I am just giving you one sample tracking I’d for your reference .

                                  My order no is [1124491]...I have ordered a product on wow...It's been 4 days I'm getting this message that my order is out for delivery and at the end I receive another email that delivery failed...One day you're delivery partner came and asks for the OTP sent on my mobile number... Everything is correct address/mobile number but still I didn't received the OTP sent by him...now ofd lock is applied...This is a error from your side so please get it correct as soon as possible because I have been waiting for my product since 8- 9 days

                                      My complaint is about delivery guy.He is not ready to hand over my parcel to my mentioned place.He directly placed a messaged about delivered product, i mostly do online payment.So i get problem during my refunds my orders get cancelled because of the one guy, i didnt received my parcel so i placed an returned order.He returned by himself.
                                      He is not ready to enter my place.He purposely unlocates my address and messages undelivered as unlocated.Please look towards this issue.I have many orders near my locality.For reference i have attached a screen shot below.please go through this.

                                        I am writting this complaint against the frequent issue that i am facing with ecom express irrity i make multiple order with amazon every time this guy deny the delivery by attempting the delivery at a fake address or asking me to collect at some other place rather than at my address i totaly dont understand what is the point in me ordering product online when the sole purpose of online order is not met
