Its been 4 days when I got the text that my parcel is out for delivery and I am still waiting for the same, instead of making many calls and emails to customer care department.
They are asking to wait for 24, 48 and then again for 24 hrs.
Very disappointing.
I certainly would ask the parent company to not to deliver Me through Ecom from next time.

            I had ordered a pack of two no show socks of the brand DNMX, two cami bras with adjustable straps in colour beige and blue of the brand FIG on 22 January 2021 from the AJIO website...i have received the pack of socks and only one cami bra in colour blue... despite not having received the cami bra in colour beige, its showing delivered on 31 January 2021... Could you please look into the matter as soon as possible...Thank You!

                Awb no.:[protected] my product have not been delivered yet and its been 15days late... and on tracking..it is showing the product have already been delivered... disgusting service...i have contacted 4-5 times to the customer service agents.. what they keep on saying is.. mam within 48 hours ..your issue willbe resolved .and its been 10 days... and nothing happened...i am just waiting for today otherwise I'll take legal actions now...

                  I was about to receive a shipment by ecom Express on 24/01/2021 but due to some emergency I was not home. I tried calling them and they promised that the shipment will be made in future. Again ecom Express tried calling me on 26/01/2021 but due to some reason I missed their call and they marked the shipment as address unlocatable. After that I called them repeatedly without response. Then on 27/01/2021 some delivery agent of ecom Express called me and said that the shipment will be made on next working day which was never made.and on 31/01/2021 I found the shipment rto locked. I request to please resolve the issue as soon as possible awb[protected]

                          I made an order[protected] at Isha life website on date 16/01/2021 15:30:49, and been waiting since last 15 days for the shipment to arrive. I saw couple of emails and messages from Ecom express saying order will be delivered on 21st and 22nd Jan and didn't happened. Finally I got a call on 25th and I picked the call but I didn't hear anything. Next day when I checked the status in their website it was mentioned as 'Shipment un-delivered, Customer not available' although I'm available at my house. I have been calling their customer care to re-attempt my shipment from 25th onwards. and they said it will be delivered in 24 hours. But it never happened and on 29th Jan when I call them they said the shipment is returned back to Isha life.

                          I have just gone to the local Ecomexpress office in Madeenaguda, Hyderabad and inquired about my shipment. they said the shipment got missed somewhere.
                          But they update their system as 'Customer not available' or reachable which is totally false.

                          Problem here is there is no communication between customer care and the actual deliver personnel. and you can not all back to these delivery personnel incase if they called you and you missed it which is total nonsense. and the customer care doesn't have proper information about the delivery status, they always say it will be delivered in 24 hrs. I have wasted 5 to 10 hrs since last five days calling them continuously.

                                        It is second time ecomexpress delivery agents are showing negligence and once they took the return product and not sent the product back to the company by which I lost the refund. Now Though they received the product 3days back they are not delivering the product yet and inturn asking us not to contact them. Please look into this regard of negligible employees of such a reputed company
