I made an order[protected] at Isha life website on date 16/01/2021 15:30:49, and been waiting since last 15 days for the shipment to arrive. I saw couple of emails and messages from Ecom express saying order will be delivered on 21st and 22nd Jan and didn't happened. Finally I got a call on 25th and I picked the call but I didn't hear anything. Next day when I checked the status in their website it was mentioned as 'Shipment un-delivered, Customer not available' although I'm available at my house. I have been calling their customer care to re-attempt my shipment from 25th onwards. and they said it will be delivered in 24 hours. But it never happened and on 29th Jan when I call them they said the shipment is returned back to Isha life.
I have just gone to the local Ecomexpress office in Madeenaguda, Hyderabad and inquired about my shipment. they said the shipment got missed somewhere.
But they update their system as 'Customer not available' or reachable which is totally false.
Problem here is there is no communication between customer care and the actual deliver personnel. and you can not all back to these delivery personnel incase if they called you and you missed it which is total nonsense. and the customer care doesn't have proper information about the delivery status, they always say it will be delivered in 24 hrs. I have wasted 5 to 10 hrs since last five days calling them continuously.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
