I have ordered a product from an online merchant and the product was shipped by the merchant on 13th January 2021. The AWB is [protected]. As per the courier company tracking details, the product has reached their delivery center on 15th January. But the courier company never called me or tried to deliver the product. Now they have put OFD lock on the product and is refusing to deliver the same.

      I have ordered a Nike Air Force one but I have received a wrong product from you and I don’t any a right product to be delivered or a refund for that product And i had paid 1600₹ but the product they have give is like so cheap like some around 200 ra shoes I really need refund for that

          My order is shown to be delivered to me, but it ain't

          I got a call at 12:30 pm today. The person was confirming my address, then he said he'll deliver by afternoon.At 14:51 I receive a message that my order is delivered.But in actual I haven't got it yet.

          I tried three numbers provided by Ecom Express. The first one from which I got a called( some Ahmedabad based no. I think), I tried calling it, but whenever I entered my product pin, it was shown to be incorrect. Then I tried the second number(Bengaluru based no.), same problem in that. Then I searched for Customer Care number for Ecom in google, and I got a Delhi based number, this time there was no issue, . I told the person abt my happening and he said not to worry and that I'll get my product in 48-72 hrs. So will I getr my product soon or not??? I nees it urgently!

          Misinformation shouldn't happen; falsely stating that the product has being delivered to me(20th of January, 2021) is unacceptable. Even if it was delayed, it would have being fine by me, but giving wrong information ain't good. Anyways, I got the product today! Received it some minutes ago, in perfect condition. It will be better if the Ecom Express Company be a little more concerned about the whole delivery process. Thanks to all who took action on my complaint.🙏

            Address: Ecom Express Private Limited Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India

            My order is out for delivery since 4 days but I have not received my package.
            The order is out for delivery since 16/01/2021 and the delivery guy has not called me even once .Adding to that they always show wrong status on the website like "customer out of town", "customer refused to take the package"!
            I have been contacting customer care since 4-5 days then also no action has been taken yet, now the status is showing ofd locked ..now they are not even attempting delivery.
            Kindly look into the matter and let me know when will I receive my order.
            The courier service is highly unprofessional and they need to improve their service.I would recommend not to go with the company"Ecom Express"!

              Pathetic delivery services.Have ordered a powerbank from mi.com on 2nd or 3rd jan.Today is 19jan still not delivered..when called gives a deadline of 24 hours.My friend ordered the same thing but this time through different courier got delivered in 4 days..what to say now.If they dont have proper resources fpr shipping please dont operate as courier service as common man suffers.

                  Address: Near ohm sakthi driving school house,kurunji nagar,harur,dharmapuri DT.

                  I am from harur, dharmapuri DT, Tamil nadu.My parcel is reached near the hub 4days before.They wouldn't deliver it till now.I an going to collect my parcel to the courier center at that time they did not respond properly and could not gave my parcel.Every time this only happens.All parcels are delivered delaying only.This is the worst courier service ever I have been seen.Take any proper action as soon as possible.I want my parcel soonly.

                    The problem i am facing is i ordered my product on 7 jan the delivery date was 10 jan n still i didnt recieved my product and todays its showing ofd lock applied.. is this your service i am very disappointed i need my product soon

                      There are 2 parcels in the same address.My tracking number is [protected] and [protected].from 16 January onwards my parcels are at thopumpady (EKM)d c.I can't get it today itself.They didn't update the tracking.It is an urgent parcel.Pls deliver it tmrw itself.

                                  Dears, we didn’t receive one of our parcel reference to [protected] which was delayed for 4 days. So today we approached your delivery agent in kuthuparamba kannur, Kerala,
                                  To collect the parcel by hand. But agent attitude wasn’t good. So I couldn’t collect the parcel. Hope you will treat them and consider as your customers complaint.
