Address: Near ohm sakthi driving school house,kurunji nagar,harur,dharmapuri DT.

I am from harur, dharmapuri DT, Tamil nadu.My parcel is reached near the hub 4days before.They wouldn't deliver it till now.I an going to collect my parcel to the courier center at that time they did not respond properly and could not gave my parcel.Every time this only happens.All parcels are delivered delaying only.This is the worst courier service ever I have been seen.Take any proper action as soon as possible.I want my parcel soonly.

    The problem i am facing is i ordered my product on 7 jan the delivery date was 10 jan n still i didnt recieved my product and todays its showing ofd lock applied.. is this your service i am very disappointed i need my product soon

      There are 2 parcels in the same address.My tracking number is [protected] and [protected].from 16 January onwards my parcels are at thopumpady (EKM)d c.I can't get it today itself.They didn't update the tracking.It is an urgent parcel.Pls deliver it tmrw itself.

                  Dears, we didn’t receive one of our parcel reference to [protected] which was delayed for 4 days. So today we approached your delivery agent in kuthuparamba kannur, Kerala,
                  To collect the parcel by hand. But agent attitude wasn’t good. So I couldn’t collect the parcel. Hope you will treat them and consider as your customers complaint.

                                    I am Navneet Sinha. I have placed an order on 30th Nov 2020 of I kall K3312 Dark Blue mobile phone which was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd Dec 2020 but I haven’t got any delivery from the Ecom Express. When I checked the status of my purchased item on 2nd Dec, on the paytm as well as Ecom Express site they are showing that my mobile phone is delivered, but I haven’t got that phone so. I registered a complaint on ECom Expess Pvt. Ltd on 2nd Dec 2020 and they gave me a complaint no :-(Tracking no:[protected]. I regularly called the customer care service for updates but they are always misguiding me. Since 2nd Dec 2020, it’s more than 42 days passed but still they are not giving me proper solution for my complaint.

                                    1 month is almost over but company didn't get any response.
                                    It's mean that company is totally casual or may be entire company's workers are fraud.

                                      In meesho app for this order I'd return assigned by xpress bess courier.. But this return was collected by ecom express courier for tat I received acknowledgement receipt from ecom express.. My problem s in meesho app it showing return status was cancelled by xpress bess and return also cancelled and actually my product got return by ecom express..                                         I ordered from myntra and my parcel was shipped via myntra soon it reached my nearest delivery centre but the delivery boy refused for door step delivery and asked me to collect it 1km away. I was not available at home so i requested him to kindly deliver it to my doorstep where my aged mother was waiting with payment in hand.but he still refused and false information of customer refused to accept was uploaded. I was very disappointed and complained via customer service number but no further action was taken and no second delivery attempt was made and today i found that it has been processed for return. I think this is very unfortunate that such incidents take place in today's society. I am very disappointed and would request the authorities to look into this matter. My AWB number is [protected]
