Dear Team,

I have raised return parcel request and Amazon Assigned Ecom Express to pickup at my location

No pickup boy came to my place and instead of that they were saying that i was not available at the time of pickup!!!

I am available 24*7 at my pickup location but without call he said that no one is there.

    My shipment [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 6th. Without any prior intimation it was postponed.when I enquired at the customer care they told I had to reschedule delivery, how can I do that when I was.not even knowing it was postponed. And then I am told on next working day /8th it will be delivered..and today since morning I am calling and I am.assured it will be delivered today . And at 4.30 as I am not convinced I am again calling only to be told.today it can't be delivered.and.telling it will be delivered tomorrow. Without no valid reason or prior intimation. Also no update regarding my delivery status on the website or as messages. Customer satisfaction should be a priority and here I am totally clueless about my products which I paid for.

      I had ordered medicines from midlife and it was scheduled to be be delivered on January 7, 2021. I had given my office address and had clearly mentioned the office hours which is 9 to 5. At 6 pm. that day the delivery guy called me and said that he had my order to deliver. Since my office had been closed I asked him to deliver the order the next morning and he was okay with it. But the next morning, I received the message that my order was cancelled. When I talked to the customer care they said the delivery guy had cancelled my order due to unavailability. When I called the delivery agent he spoke to me rudely and said that he was on leave and he knows nothing about my order. I don't know the name of the delivery agent but his phone number is [protected] and my midlife order number is OR0764CTB-007A .

        My product was in courier and the delivery boy refuswd to provide at my address because of his rude behaviour and he insisted me to go to his placw and collect rather than delivering at my home. Because of that without delivering my product and gave a comment as customer refused to accept it and he has returned the product. The deliwvry boy was very rudw in talking. I was not able to receive delivery service from them. Product awb number [protected]

          AWB: [protected], the product was picked up on 27th Dec. There is no tracking information available on their website post January 1st. When I called customer service they do not have any clue where the package is. Its been more than 10 days now

            I am trying to reach via toll free no not resolved my problem. I have a item from myntra. So I got a call from your delivery person saying that he is on the way will reach by 10 minutes so he asks for a pin by trusting him as he was a local person so I gave him the pin but till date my item has not been delivered. Is this the way your delivery person keeping your reputed firm name.

                    Pickup of my order is getting rescheduled continuously since 3 days!

                    I had placed an order from Zoomin on December 31, 2020. On January 3, 2021, I got the mail that my order has been shipped. Since 3 days, pickup is getting rescheduled for the next day. Expected delivery date was January 7th, and till now, the order has not been even picked up. Moreover, the order is prepaid. This is the worst experience ever!

                      As a meesho customer I purchased 3 items on various days from the app and have to return it, submit for returning it by 4, 5 days ago, but I haven't received any calls from your delivery executive yet. Only found the message that I haven't received calls from them and they are unable to pickup. As a reputed institution you have to do necessary actions against this.

                          I am from kharar(punjab), dist. Mohali. I have ordered some products from smytten and they courier the products through ECOM Express on 21dec'2020, EDD was 26 dec'2020. but did not get my products till date. Shipment person (Narinder Singh) has put status un-delivered twice even after getting my request again and again. He even did not called me to verify the same.
                          I have shared the same complaint to Smytten as well. I am expecting immediate action on the same.

                            I ordered a product through Myntra and it was out for delivery on 29th of December. Till 1st of Jan I have waited and daily I was receiving sms that delivery attempt failed, for contacting them a four digit pin was being asked and that too I haven't received. On Jan 2nd I went to their office which is almost 18 Kms from my place and when I reached there the official form there was arguing to me that they have called. I got call once and I attended the call but no one was talking it was disconnected after sometime nothing more had happened. So they were finding the product for their warehouse when we went there only. Is this how the courier service is responsible for a product to be delivered. I'm attaching the relevant details hereby.
                            Also the location in the map is completely wrong and no contact number is mentioned anywhere to contact them.

                                My product is prepaid and it is not received by me till now but delivery boy has asked me to give him otp unless he didn't deliver my product, he said i will come later but he didn't come. I received delivered message from Ecom Express but until i have not receive my product.

                                So, I want an strictly investigation and do some strict action for that type of delivery boys. And please do my delivery again.

                                      I was unable to receive first attempt delivery call due to meeting. Since then I have been calling ecom people myself to reattempt delivery. But such is the attitude of these ecom staff that they tell me to keep calling and reminding them that they have to deliver my parcel. Even after regular Calling they are not delivering. Worst ecom service in jammu. Specially an employee having number [protected] (truecaller shows name as Atin). I told him that I will have to take help from consumer forum. To that he told me in full attitude to do whatever I want.
