I have ordered product from amazon on 21 december 2020, ecom express deliver person called me on 25 december 2020, i was out of home, he said 26 the product will be delivered, after that no information from Ecom express, and the status was updating that product undelivered customer not available, i was in my home only, no phone calls, i try to contact the delivery person he not picking the call, and i try to contact Erode Ecom express office number, the number is wrong, other mobile number is switched off, i called customer care of Ecom Express they said the product will be delivered today 31 december 2020, but not delivered, but in status it says return to seller and RTO lock
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
