    Pickup of my order is getting rescheduled continuously since 3 days!

    I had placed an order from Zoomin on December 31, 2020. On January 3, 2021, I got the mail that my order has been shipped. Since 3 days, pickup is getting rescheduled for the next day. Expected delivery date was January 7th, and till now, the order has not been even picked up. Moreover, the order is prepaid. This is the worst experience ever!

      As a meesho customer I purchased 3 items on various days from the app and have to return it, submit for returning it by 4, 5 days ago, but I haven't received any calls from your delivery executive yet. Only found the message that I haven't received calls from them and they are unable to pickup. Tracking I'd[protected], ( [protected]), ( [protected]).From the no given in message I reorder for pickup, but no one yet came for that. As a reputed institution you have to do necessary actions against this.

        I want to say that my parcel delievery date is 4 January but it should delayed.
        When I call to delievery boy she does not attend my call and send me message that the customer is refused to accept the product

          I am from kharar(punjab), dist. Mohali. I have ordered some products from smytten and they courier the products through ECOM Express on 21dec'2020, EDD was 26 dec'2020. but did not get my products till date. Shipment person (Narinder Singh) has put status un-delivered twice even after getting my request again and again. He even did not called me to verify the same.
          I have shared the same complaint to Smytten as well. I am expecting immediate action on the same.

            I ordered a product through Myntra and it was out for delivery on 29th of December. Till 1st of Jan I have waited and daily I was receiving sms that delivery attempt failed, for contacting them a four digit pin was being asked and that too I haven't received. On Jan 2nd I went to their office which is almost 18 Kms from my place and when I reached there the official form there was arguing to me that they have called. I got call once and I attended the call but no one was talking it was disconnected after sometime nothing more had happened. So they were finding the product for their warehouse when we went there only. Is this how the courier service is responsible for a product to be delivered. I'm attaching the relevant details hereby.
            Also the location in the map is completely wrong and no contact number is mentioned anywhere to contact them.

                My product is prepaid and it is not received by me till now but delivery boy has asked me to give him otp unless he didn't deliver my product, he said i will come later but he didn't come. I received delivered message from Ecom Express but until i have not receive my product.

                So, I want an strictly investigation and do some strict action for that type of delivery boys. And please do my delivery again.

                      I was unable to receive first attempt delivery call due to meeting. Since then I have been calling ecom people myself to reattempt delivery. But such is the attitude of these ecom staff that they tell me to keep calling and reminding them that they have to deliver my parcel. Even after regular Calling they are not delivering. Worst ecom service in jammu. Specially an employee having number [protected] (truecaller shows name as Atin). I told him that I will have to take help from consumer forum. To that he told me in full attitude to do whatever I want.

                            However It shows delivered, But I never received it
                            My apartment has register for delivery people coming in apartment and no entry is there from Ecom express on that day even!

                                      I have ordered product from amazon on 21 december 2020, ecom express deliver person called me on 25 december 2020, i was out of home, he said 26 the product will be delivered, after that no information from Ecom express, and the status was updating that product undelivered customer not available, i was in my home only, no phone calls, i try to contact the delivery person he not picking the call, and i try to contact Erode Ecom express office number, the number is wrong, other mobile number is switched off, i called customer care of Ecom Express they said the product will be delivered today 31 december 2020, but not delivered, but in status it says return to seller and RTO lock

                                        Dear sir i ordered a puma shoe from myntra but I recieve different shoe then i made a complaint in myntra and they arranged pick without quality and the delivery boy came he was confirming with his Hub manager his name is sumit tiwari contact number is [protected] he talks to me in very aggressive language using some abusive words and told me that it will not pickup if you want to pickedup this product then give me 1000rs or go somewhere and picked it up And rescheduled my pickup.my awb number is[protected] sir ecom express is not picking up my product even this is a not quality check product they dont have authority to ask me any question about this pickup but the hub manager is asking for money to pickup my product and misbehaving with me so sir please take action against him please sir
