    I ordered my BIBA item which was shipped with AWB [protected].I was to also pay 20rs for cod.
    However It shows delivered, But I never received it
    My apartment has register for delivery people coming in apartment and no entry is there from Ecom express on that day even!

    Please try to triage this issue and deliver my shipment request you for same.

        I heard about fraud/ spam by courier companies..but today I also be a victim of this case. I received doormat instead of hotbags which is shocking... Being wife of an army personnel who every time stands for our security on battlefield..Shameful activity

              I have ordered product from amazon on 21 december 2020, ecom express deliver person called me on 25 december 2020, i was out of home, he said 26 the product will be delivered, after that no information from Ecom express, and the status was updating that product undelivered customer not available, i was in my home only, no phone calls, i try to contact the delivery person he not picking the call, and i try to contact Erode Ecom express office number, the number is wrong, other mobile number is switched off, i called customer care of Ecom Express they said the product will be delivered today 31 december 2020, but not delivered, but in status it says return to seller and RTO lock

                Dear sir i ordered a puma shoe from myntra but I recieve different shoe then i made a complaint in myntra and they arranged pick without quality and the delivery boy came he was confirming with his Hub manager his name is sumit tiwari contact number is [protected] he talks to me in very aggressive language using some abusive words and told me that it will not pickup if you want to pickedup this product then give me 1000rs or go somewhere and picked it up And rescheduled my pickup.my awb number is[protected] sir ecom express is not picking up my product even this is a not quality check product they dont have authority to ask me any question about this pickup but the hub manager is asking for money to pickup my product and misbehaving with me so sir please take action against him please sir

                            I had placed an order with ZoomIN and the product was supposed to be delivered today. and i even received the tracking details and OTP. But the delivery guy just randomly marked the status of the delivery as 'Shipment un-delivered Consignee requested for future delivery'. When I didn't even receive a call or didn't ask for delivery on a future date.
                            This is irresponsibility from the courier delivery side...

                                        I placed an order in meesho and the shipping is being done by ecom express. AWB number#[protected] marked as delivered on 27th at kothavalasa wherein my address is devada. It was never delivered to us.

                                        AWB number#[protected] marked as delivered on 18th of Dec. Complaint was raised but no progress and no resolution was provided till now.
