    I have booked a product from Amazon and it was couriered through ecom express..I started getting messages 3 days before the expected delivery date. The messages were with same content that your item will be delivered today..But I never got a call from the delivery boy.End of the day I get another message that delivery has been rescheduled at customer's request..On the expected delivery date I get another message that item is returned as per customer's request.I never got a call from them.If my number was not reachable I would have got missed call alert..zI called up Amazon and said that I am ready to go and collect the item from the courier office if I would get their contact number..but nothing happened..Ecom express is a fraud establishment...

      The shipment number is [protected]. I have not received the item till date but it is marked as delivered. I have taken this issue to ECOM EXPRESS team but I have not received reply till date.

          Have ordered a shipment on 20th Oct from an online store. The delivery agent (ecom Express) has lost the shipment since 29 Oct. I have contacted their customer care executives nearly 7 times. Everytime they promised me that my issue will resolved and they will contact me. But no resolution till date . It's been more than a month.. Under their lien the package has been lost. I have also prepaid for the shipment . There is no resolution from the online store ( asianpaints) as well. They say it is the delivery agent error and they are not responsible. I have lost the money in this. My shipment tracking number is [protected]

          Package was your responsibility. You are the courier agency. U r the person to be held responsible since package was in your possession. You should compensate for the loss. You can't just runway by saying we lost the package. In legality it is violation of contract of bailment.

              I ordered shoe from Myntra on 26 November and they shipped on 27 November by Ecom express but from 27 November, they are just showing "pickup rescheduled" and nothing today is 3 December. This is worst service I have ever experienced by any ecommerce site or delivery site Ecom express.

                      I ordered a goods from Amazon website that was delivered on 30/11/2020 and I requested to return the same after delivery. The pickup was scheduled for 01/12/2020. But the person who has been assigned to collect the article does not even call me or never attempted to pickup at my address and he updated the status that I was not reachable while I am receiving almost 100 calls in a day and how is it possible that your pickup person's call does not getting connected to me.?

                      Kindly look into the issue and take proper action.

                                Hello, my product tracking ID is [protected]. This product reached to my nearby facility center since 26 November and your delivery agent don't want to deliver at the door he said to me come and pick up your delivery when I said I don't able to pick up my product to your facility center he reschedule my delivery without my concern and wrote wrong information in Amazon he did continue to last 6 days. I call many time to ecom express customer service but they always said next 24 hour your product will deliver. If your courier team isn't capable to provide services then you won't fool the seller and consumer. I'm totally frustrated with your team idiotic behavior and false claim... If your service like this then I don't want to order anything to Amazon who choose you as a business partner

                                  Order Date: 20.11.2020 ( Fully paid in advance to Amazon).

                                  Delivery person called me on 26th Nov 2020 phone no. [protected] (don't know the name) but not delivered anything not even come to my address but on 28th Nov 2020 I got a delivery massage from Amazon that product is delivered on 26th No 2020. I mailed to Amazon for refund back. Today got a new massage that courier person can't reach me
                                  for pick up . I can't understand what is going on??? I didn't even got my product
                                  then what is the meaning of pick up!!!

                                    My product is not delivered. I never received a call from the delivery guy. Yet they marked my product as undeliverable. I have called the provided delivery boy number. But they are not even picking up. I need my product. I have attached the tracking details and calls i have made to contact delivery boy.

                                        I ordered 2 items from myntra on 26th november 2020 and both are shipped together with order no. [protected], and AWB no. [protected].
                                        It's been 5 days of my order and but from last 3 days Ecom express is showing "Pickup Rescheduled".
                                        This is pathetic!!
                                        It's my daughter's birthday present!!...it never takes that late with flipkart but with myntra, delivery of the package is always troublesome. Kindly please resolve the issue before 2nd December.
