      Hello sir /madem I have placed return 27/11/2020 ...for order no[protected].
      A person from EcomXpress courier service has come and picked it...already one week over..but he did not submitted and did not get any msg or acknowledgement...
      When will I get my refund though out meesho with out submitted...?
      u r not responding...is this the service you give to Ur customers?

        I had ordered samsung galaxy M31 in Amazon. The ECOM EXPRESS, has not yet delevired the product to me at the delivery date which was yesterday. I didn't get any call from concerned delivery agent. But status show that customer is unavailable Please take necessary steps, since i need that product immediately, when i track the item it shows that customer is not available how can you say like that without contacting me.. .

        The order is not yet delivered to me. Kindly do the needful

          Whenever I place order with Flipkart they choose Ecom Express and the delivery from ecom express is as worst as I cant explain. They keep my courier in there delivery center for more than a week and after multiple follow ups they ask to collect the packet. Worst ever service seen.

            I have order dress in meesho it is prepaid order shipped through ecom xpress tracking id [protected] when i tracked with this no it shows product is been delivered on nov 28 / 6.29pm but the product is not been delivered to me no phone call are msg frm the delivry person, i have also loged complaint in customer care bu till now no rply from ur side, where is my product .

              My Amazon order has reached the nearest hub a week ago, and I could see the order status as 'Amazon tried to deliver your package. Amazon will attempt to deliver your package on the next working day'.

              Without reaching us they updated the status and now a week is over. still no update from them.

              Kindly look into this and help us to get the product ASAP.

              Thanks for your response. Now the product has returned to the seller.
              We visited your hub many times to collect the product and no one was available to assist there. Without even reaching us they returned the product.

                    I have booked a product from Amazon and it was couriered through ecom express..I started getting messages 3 days before the expected delivery date. The messages were with same content that your item will be delivered today..But I never got a call from the delivery boy.End of the day I get another message that delivery has been rescheduled at customer's request..On the expected delivery date I get another message that item is returned as per customer's request.I never got a call from them.If my number was not reachable I would have got missed call alert..zI called up Amazon and said that I am ready to go and collect the item from the courier office if I would get their contact number..but nothing happened..Ecom express is a fraud establishment...

                          Have ordered a shipment on 20th Oct from an online store. The delivery agent (ecom Express) has lost the shipment since 29 Oct. I have contacted their customer care executives nearly 7 times. Everytime they promised me that my issue will resolved and they will contact me. But no resolution till date . It's been more than a month.. Under their lien the package has been lost. I have also prepaid for the shipment . There is no resolution from the online store ( asianpaints) as well. They say it is the delivery agent error and they are not responsible. I have lost the money in this. My shipment tracking number is [protected]

                          Package was your responsibility. You are the courier agency. U r the person to be held responsible since package was in your possession. You should compensate for the loss. You can't just runway by saying we lost the package. In legality it is violation of contract of bailment.

                              I ordered shoe from Myntra on 26 November and they shipped on 27 November by Ecom express but from 27 November, they are just showing "pickup rescheduled" and nothing today is 3 December. This is worst service I have ever experienced by any ecommerce site or delivery site Ecom express.

                                      I ordered a goods from Amazon website that was delivered on 30/11/2020 and I requested to return the same after delivery. The pickup was scheduled for 01/12/2020. But the person who has been assigned to collect the article does not even call me or never attempted to pickup at my address and he updated the status that I was not reachable while I am receiving almost 100 calls in a day and how is it possible that your pickup person's call does not getting connected to me.?
