I ordered two items on the Myntra on 12th Nov, on 14th Nov in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with AWB number: [protected]; [protected], but while checking on Ecom Express site it shows pickup reschedule from 14th Nov to 20th Nov and no movement, usually it takes 3 to 4 days for delivery of an item. Please resolve the issue as the earliest....

I ordered aproduct from pantloom.com. they selected ecom a worst courier service . I received a message AWB no [protected] is out for delivery by Ph:[protected] PIN [protected] by ECOM EX On 09/11/2020 they didn't call but i personally visited 10 times but they didn't delivered it to me. Today they had finally said that order is returned.
Now what about my physical and mental harrasment and the produst i was waiting for. Now i am goint...

I ORDER AN ITEM ON FIRSTCRY.COMWHICH IS GOING TO DELIVER BY ECOM SERVICE PARTNER (in Sri DUNGARGARH, 331803 BIKANER. I placed an order over zoomin to give a gift to near one and at the time of placing the order, it showed the estimated time of delivery from 20-23 November but now they rescheduled the delivery and still, the product has not been dispatched yet. My zoom-in order id is ZO[protected] and my ecom express tracking id is [protected]. Kindly help....

Product not delivered iam calling to courier for the past 1 month but no one is responding such a fraud...

A product was ordered in Amazon. The product has been arrived at the local ECom office. The courier boy called me and told to collect the parcel from their office which is about 25 Kms away from my residence. When I asked him to make it door delivery, he is asking for extra Rs.40/- which is unfair and illegal practice. I want the product to be delivered at my home....

We are writing this to you regarding non-delivery of item from Ajio shopping site (ECOM Express Carrier).
We received the invoice but we have not received the item we ordered and we had made payment through credit card during the time of placing the order.

Product ordered from Amazon Tracking ID: [protected] not delivered and status updated as incomplete address. To the same address, Amazon delivery persons are delivering the parcels, why is Ecom unable to ???. Top of it, I haven't received any call from the delivery agent to confirm/ get directions of my address....

I am Fully disappointed because my delivery boy took extra money 322rs October 18 2020 I rised compliant that day only but still now I didn't get money
I ordered book 670rs I given attached ment below I called so many times around 20 times my Main balance getting low...

My product is out for delivery on 16th November 2020
And i got call from agent on morning same day.
But hé didn’t deliver my order till now. It has been 3 days already. Where is my item? I want to register a complaint...

Its Related to one Myntra pick up issues, pick up has done on 3rd of Nov 20 at 3.44pm, initially i received a message from ecom express on 30th oct 20, your Myntra return pick up order [protected], and after 3 days i received a call from ecom express dialer number at 3:34pm and i guided him to reach my address and that guy pick the parcel, after that no update from myntra as well as ecom express, i reached to Myntra they said...

My order from purple is shipped by Ecom Express. But they didnot delivered my product Yet...

My order is shipped by ecom express from amazon. Delivery boy refuse to doorstep delivery. And misbehaved with me. Gave a fake reason for not delivered to item. I am every time available at home.

Hi, this is santosh patil, my product shipped was through ecom express from Flipkart it had reached destination city Gulbarga on 11th of November but 12 I received a msg that it's out for delivery and in evening I got an update I have refused to except the delivery, then waited for 2 days then again I receive a msg that I m not available, but I didn't receive a single call from these delivery agents, evertime they are giving false update...

I have purchased 3 items (1 jeans & 2 sweatshirts) from Myntra . But one item is missing from that parcel i.E jeans.
