My order is in transit for 4 days and further update! Very slow and bad service...

I ordered a photobook but I entered wrong phone number so I changed it after contacting with zoomin within few hours the parcel was to arrive in three days but took 12 days still hasn't arrived, the customer care always says it will arrive tomorrow but never arrives, sure it is lost not here in near by delivery center . I need my money back so I can reorder it . Ecom express wasted my so much time ....

I Suppose to get a product delivered yesterday. I got the message out for delivery. And in the evening I got the message product got delivered but delivery agent didn't called me or delivered the order. Also there was no contact details in the out for delivery message.

Ecomexpress did not try to deliver my product to me despite me calling them multiple times to deliver my product. I regularly got the message that my product is out for delivery but not agent tried to attempt the delivery and when I called the delivery executive he was very rude on call. When I called customer care about delivering my Product they gave me DC supervisor number and he never picked up the call I might have called him 100 times....

I logged a complaint against Ecom Anantnag delivery center through Ecom customer care . i told them they have holded my order from two days they haven't attempted to deliver it . i logged this complaint at 6:30 pm . Ecom cancelled all my amazon orders that were expected to be delivered by Ecom at 8:24 pm mentioning status as RTO. The main reason behind this was me complaining about their delivery services.

My Order reached at delivery centre kulgam on 9th of November 2020 but till date they didn't deliver my product after repeating calls they said the packet is heavy which is just 8 kg's. We ordered butterfly (2L, 3L, 5L) aluminium cooker set (3 pieces) from flipkart but while opening the package recieved from ECOM EXPRESS, we found only 5L, 2L(without Lid) and 3L cooker whole set is missing. The product has already reached the delivery center and they are adamant that they won't deliver the product to my home. They called me and talked to me like I owe them something and COMMANDED me to fetch my product 'if I wanted it' from their delivery center 20Kms from my home, where, if I travel by a car, will cost me the same amount as the product I order. I ordered smart watch. But i not poen the watch to return company...

A return parcel was collected on 01 nov 2020 and was not updated in the flipkart app by the ecom agent. And on 02 nov 2020 in the app it was updated as return cancel though already i have returned the product. Now the ecom agent has not updated the return product tracking id anfd till now iam receiving message that that i have not returned the product and it will rescheduled....

Replace the broken car air compressor or return my money....

I ordered the product on 4th of November and the expected delivery was on 11th of November. Before that I received 2 messages from Ecom Express that the product is out for delivery but I haven't received it. And the status shows that it was refused by customer that is totally fake.
Yet I didn't got the product.
Kindly, take a strict action against such fake updates and for the late delivery....

I have ordered a product on ajio, I received a msg stating that the product is delivered on oct 31 but I have not received my product through ecomexpress.I have called ecomexpress customer care service on oct 31, they said after 48hrs problem will be resolved, I have contacted them for more than 10 times, each time they say 24hrs or 48 hrs, but till now I didn't get any response.I want my product or my refund.this is my worst experience with...

I have ordered a dress for my niece in Myntra on 8th November 2020. Still, the product is not picked up from the source hub, showing a pick up reschedule for the past four days.
