        Hello, my product tracking ID is [protected]. This product reached to my nearby facility center since 26 November and your delivery agent don't want to deliver at the door he said to me come and pick up your delivery when I said I don't able to pick up my product to your facility center he reschedule my delivery without my concern and wrote wrong information in Amazon he did continue to last 6 days. I call many time to ecom express customer service but they always said next 24 hour your product will deliver. If your courier team isn't capable to provide services then you won't fool the seller and consumer. I'm totally frustrated with your team idiotic behavior and false claim... If your service like this then I don't want to order anything to Amazon who choose you as a business partner

          I bought that product from on 20th Nov 2020 from KUSINT ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMTED, 11, Okkaligara Street, Maraghadhama Temple

          Order Date: 20.11.2020 ( Fully paid in advance to Amazon).

          Delivery person called me on 26th Nov 2020 phone no. [protected] (don't know the name) but not delivered anything not even come to my address but on 28th Nov 2020 I got a delivery massage from Amazon that product is delivered on 26th No 2020. I mailed to Amazon for refund back. Today got a new massage that courier person can't reach me
          for pick up . I can't understand what is going on??? I didn't even got my product
          then what is the meaning of pick up!!!

            My product is not delivered. I never received a call from the delivery guy. Yet they marked my product as undeliverable. I have called the provided delivery boy number. But they are not even picking up. I need my product. I have attached the tracking details and calls i have made to contact delivery boy.

                I ordered 2 items from myntra on 26th november 2020 and both are shipped together with order no. [protected], and AWB no. [protected].
                It's been 5 days of my order and but from last 3 days Ecom express is showing "Pickup Rescheduled".
                This is pathetic!!
                It's my daughter's birthday present!!...it never takes that late with flipkart but with myntra, delivery of the package is always troublesome. Kindly please resolve the issue before 2nd December.
                Please it's a request. Kindly please resolve it as soon as possible. Please..

                            My order was supposed to be delivered by 25th November. I'm getting frequent messages (3 times) stating that the Ecom executive is out for delivery. Then, he would give me a missed call and as soon as I try to answer the phone, its disconnected.
                            I think his intention is not to deliver the product and giving the reason as "Customer not available"

                                I ordered an earphone from paytm and it came through ecom express and their delivery date is 26 November 2020 and it shows product is delivered to me at 26 November at 10 am but until now i don't get my product. Please don't believe in those such fraud sites. They took online money from you and did not give you product.

                                      AwB [protected] though received by the local agent on 25 th Nov, 2020.when contacted with PIN was refused to deliver the article at home address, instead insisted to collect the same from Office.when a good number of customers reached the office, it was found to be closed, When the a customer managed to get the phone number of the delivery boy/ staff and contacted him over phone, he reached the spot after lapse of at least one hour and misbehaved the customer, saying that where from they got his phone number and refused to deliver the parcels. However, after making the customer waiting, he asked the delivery code of the customers parcel and delivered the artcles.The customers had to travel 5 to 9 km distance from their home for collecting their articles thereby causing them a great hardship.Moreover, during the physical delivery, there was an altercation between the staffs and customers.The staff of the local office misbehaved the customers who were waiting to take delivery of their respective parcels. Further, I regret to inform you to investigate the matter thoroughly and necessary steps.
