Fraud of 999 rupees done with me by abhi enterprises gohana, haryana
he choose shipment for cod method and not share his number.

i ordered shoes through Instagram id (fashionn_clip) but the seller has done fraud to me by providing wrong product.

he has not given bill in the parcel.
he delievers courier through (ecom express private limited) with Awb no - [protected]
order id[protected] sold by abhi enterprises from gohana, haryana

sir please do something

I want to return back product to seller ecom courier not co operating

            I had purchased a bag with makeup kit from a online retailer boutique, for whom ecom express pvt. Ltd is the delivery/courier agent.
            I had received an sms stating
            "dear customer, your order shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: xxxxxxxxxxx"

            I was waiting on 24/11/2020 for the delivery agents/courier agents to contact me for the exact location (Though i had given the correct and complete address). Nothing was delivered.
            The next day, also, i waited and nothing was delivered . Then i checked my sms again and i see this message
            "your order awb [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]"

            No one from ecom express had contacted me to guide them to the location and they had the audacity to falsely state on the awb tracking system on 24/11/2020 that
            "shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - wrong address"

            Today, i waited but no contact from executive

            I have had many deliveries from amazon, flipkart done. If the delivery executives dont know my location, they would call me and get directions. But this is the first time i get this type of a bad experience

              My part of order no. [protected] is still pending 4 days back they sent msg of order out for delivery after sometime they text my address is unrechable. How's this possible? They themself delivered so many orders in past 2 years in same address. Every time your service is like this. Need complete management change in kurseong site.

                  My parcel is held at vadakara hub since 3 days. I got a call ystda. Unfortunatly couldnt attend. But i am unable to call them back. It is a computer initiated call. And when i entered the pin, they say it is wrong. I want my parcel to be deliverd ASAP.

                                    I ordered two items on the Myntra on 12th Nov, on 14th Nov in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with AWB number: [protected]; [protected], but while checking on Ecom Express site it shows pickup reschedule from 14th Nov to 20th Nov and no movement, usually it takes 3 to 4 days for delivery of an item. Please resolve the issue as the earliest.

                                      I ordered aproduct from pantloom.com. they selected ecom a worst courier service . I received a message AWB no [protected] is out for delivery by Ph:[protected] PIN [protected] by ECOM EX On 09/11/2020 they didn't call but i personally visited 10 times but they didn't delivered it to me. Today they had finally said that order is returned.
                                      Now what about my physical and mental harrasment and the produst i was waiting for. Now i am goint to complain in consumer for forum, as i am mentally harrased by ECom EX.

                                        I ORDER AN ITEM ON FIRSTCRY.COMWHICH IS GOING TO DELIVER BY ECOM SERVICE PARTNER (in Sri DUNGARGARH, 331803 BIKANER. Rajasthan) I called him when he is going to deliver the parcel but he said in the evening .in the evening he call me to deliver nd I give him the proper location . He know the ADRESS also, he then send message he don’t find ADRESS, the deliver boy of ECOM express is a liar and not want to do his work properly take strict action . I need the product urgent
