My parcel is held at vadakara hub since 3 days. I got a call ystda. Unfortunatly couldnt attend. But i am unable to call them back. It is a computer initiated call. And when i entered the pin, they say it is wrong. I want my parcel to be deliverd ASAP.

    Ecom Express Lakhipur are not providing proper services. Our products are either cancelled or stuck reaching there. Please do resolve this issue. So many customers have the same problems so please help

                    I ordered two items on the Myntra on 12th Nov, on 14th Nov in myntra site it showed 'item is shipped' with AWB number: [protected]; [protected], but while checking on Ecom Express site it shows pickup reschedule from 14th Nov to 20th Nov and no movement, usually it takes 3 to 4 days for delivery of an item. Please resolve the issue as the earliest.

                      I ordered aproduct from pantloom.com. they selected ecom a worst courier service . I received a message AWB no [protected] is out for delivery by Ph:[protected] PIN [protected] by ECOM EX On 09/11/2020 they didn't call but i personally visited 10 times but they didn't delivered it to me. Today they had finally said that order is returned.
                      Now what about my physical and mental harrasment and the produst i was waiting for. Now i am goint to complain in consumer for forum, as i am mentally harrased by ECom EX.

Rajasthan) I called him when he is going to deliver the parcel but he said in the evening .in the evening he call me to deliver nd I give him the proper location .                                 A product was ordered in Amazon. The product has been arrived at the local ECom office. The courier boy called me and told to collect the parcel from their office which is about 25 Kms away from my residence. When I asked him to make it door delivery, he is asking for extra Rs.40/- which is unfair and illegal practice. I want the product to be delivered at my home.

                                  We are writing this to you regarding non-delivery of item from Ajio shopping site (ECOM Express Carrier).
                                  We received the invoice but we have not received the item we ordered and we had made payment through credit card during the time of placing the order.

                                  ECOM Express Carrier AWB Number: [protected]

                                  We checked with family members and neighbors if any parcel is received from ECOM Express. BUT ALL SAID NO.

                                  We contacted ECOM Express Carrier customer care ([protected]) on Friday (November 13th 2020) evening and 17th Nov 2020. They took AWB Number: [protected] and they told me that item was delivered. When we mentioned that item is not delivered they mentioned they will get back to us but we didn't receive any call. We contacted ECOM Express Carrier customer care today also but didn't receive any proper output.

                                  We requested ECOM Carrier Customer Care to share the person name to whom the item was given to and also asked to share ECOM Carrier Devenahalli branch contact number. But they are not sharing any details of it.

                                  We are not able to reach Ajio Customer care[protected] as all lines are busy.

                                  Please kindly help in this matter and request to get our item delivered to the delivery address.

                                    Product ordered from Amazon Tracking ID: [protected] not delivered and status updated as incomplete address. To the same address, Amazon delivery persons are delivering the parcels, why is Ecom unable to ???. Top of it, I haven't received any call from the delivery agent to confirm/ get directions of my address.
