    Hi. I would like to complain about the branch in charge in Cheruthony, Idukki branch. I had a package and which arrived at the delivery point on 10th of Nov and they didn't attempted to deliver my product till 14th of Nov. One 12th, I've contacted them and one of the executive said that they'll be delivering the package by 13th, but not. Today I went to the office and when I asked them about the package, they said that they don't have the vehicle to deliver the product. If they don't have a vehicle, they should at least informe me that they don't have, and so I should pick up from the point. But they said they will deliver and its been 5 days I'm waiting for a package arrived nearby point.
    Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    If the ecom can't give a minimum basic customer satisfaction, please close your business and there is far better delivery partners.

        My FLEX "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] reached at delivery centre palakkad district, kerala on 13th of November 2020 and taken out of for delivery by ECOM executive SANAF

        Product delivered one day later after received out for delivery SMS on[protected].31 am
        He didn't deliver my product after repeating calls .he just forgot to deliver my shipment while he passing near through to my delivery address . After my factory working time (8am- 4 pm) iam waited so long for him then after at 7pm executive told he was not able to deliver today. Next day[protected] he delivered my shipment at my factory security cabin without any query even he didn't know factory is not woking due to deepavali holiday it was such irresponsibility with our orders.
        Iam using e-commerce sites for recent 3 years before I have never faced such a worst delivery experience

        Delivery executive was not helpful/not informed. He is with poor communication with lot of excuses and irresponsible with his shipments

        Please look into the matter seriously
        And take necessary actions for not repeating this kind of problems in future

          Ecomexpress did not try to deliver my product to me despite me calling them multiple times to deliver my product. I regularly got the message that my product is out for delivery but not agent tried to attempt the delivery and when I called the delivery executive he was very rude on call. When I called customer care about delivering my Product they gave me DC supervisor number and he never picked up the call I might have called him 100 times. They did not bother delivering my product at all. I have placed my order from streetstylestore and did not receive the Product yet.

            I logged a complaint against Ecom Anantnag delivery center through Ecom customer care . i told them they have holded my order from two days they haven't attempted to deliver it . i logged this complaint at 6:30 pm . Ecom cancelled all my amazon orders that were expected to be delivered by Ecom at 8:24 pm mentioning status as RTO. The main reason behind this was me complaining about their delivery services.
            Now they are trying to show me that we don't have right to complain and this is a threat given by them that if we are going to log any complaint against them they will cancel all our orders.

            I received wrong order of someone else today at my office and my colleagues recieved it assuming it might be my order, I don't understand why they do such negligence. I don't even have any contact number where I can tell them to take it bavk

              Ecom office kulgam regarding delivery of products

              My Order reached at delivery centre kulgam on 9th of November 2020 but till date they didn't deliver my product after repeating calls they said the packet is heavy which is just 8 kg's. And after 4 days They threatened me of returning the product. but it seems they have used my product. so I want action against kulgam office otherwise I will lodge an FIR against their behaviour.               We ordered butterfly (2L, 3L, 5L) aluminium cooker set (3 pieces) from flipkart but while opening the package recieved from ECOM EXPRESS, we found only 5L, 2L(without Lid) and 3L cooker whole set is missing. Please take the necessary action upon investigation of this fraud. I placed for return of this order. We have the package opening video too.                 The product has already reached the delivery center and they are adamant that they won't deliver the product to my home. They called me and talked to me like I owe them something and COMMANDED me to fetch my product 'if I wanted it' from their delivery center 20Kms from my home, where, if I travel by a car, will cost me the same amount as the product I order. ( Even if it doesn't why should I go there and fetch it? Then what is the purpose they call themselves 'courier service'.

                      A return parcel was collected on 01 nov 2020 and was not updated in the flipkart app by the ecom agent. And on 02 nov 2020 in the app it was updated as return cancel though already i have returned the product. Now the ecom agent has not updated the return product tracking id anfd till now iam receiving message that that i have not returned the product and it will rescheduled.

Before that I received 2 messages from Ecom Express that the product is out for delivery but I haven't received it. And the status shows that it was refused by customer that is totally fake.
                          Yet I didn't got the product.
                          Kindly, take a strict action against such fake updates and for the late delivery.

                              I have ordered a product on ajio, I received a msg stating that the product is delivered on oct 31 but I have not received my product through ecomexpress.I have called ecomexpress customer care service on oct 31, they said after 48hrs problem will be resolved, I have contacted them for more than 10 times, each time they say 24hrs or 48 hrs, but till now I didn't get any response.I want my product or my refund.this is my worst experience with shopping online

                                      I just ordered the above product from Flipkart on 16th October 2020. So it's been about a month. There is no update of my product. Every day I will get a message that your order was assigned to a courier partner. But actually the tracking number also was unable to track. (FDSP[protected]). The item has no movement it's still stagnant at Bengaluru HNP ECom Hub.
