I had ordered a product from Amazon which was shipped via ecom express, on 10th November morning I receive a message product is out for delivery and at about 5:22 I receive a message that the product is delivered but I did not receive it, the delivery executive did not give me a call also, if they can't deliver the product why do they take up the service, such a pathetic delivery service by ecom, the delivery executive name is nandesh r.
The Awb number is 202
