    I ordered the product on 4th of November and the expected delivery was on 11th of November. Before that I received 2 messages from Ecom Express that the product is out for delivery but I haven't received it. And the status shows that it was refused by customer that is totally fake.
    Yet I didn't got the product.
    Kindly, take a strict action against such fake updates and for the late delivery.

        I have ordered a product on ajio, I received a msg stating that the product is delivered on oct 31 but I have not received my product through ecomexpress.I have called ecomexpress customer care service on oct 31, they said after 48hrs problem will be resolved, I have contacted them for more than 10 times, each time they say 24hrs or 48 hrs, but till now I didn't get any response.I want my product or my refund.this is my worst experience with shopping online

          I have ordered a dress for my niece in Myntra on 8th November 2020. Still, the product is not picked up from the source hub, showing a pick up reschedule for the past four days. I have ordered the dress for Diwali, the kid is expecting more if possible try to deliver the dress on or before 13.11.2020

            This order expect delivery date was 07.11.20
            Then revise the dt 11.11.20

            Today i got the msg "YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED BY AKSHAY PANDA ([protected])

            I'm waiting for my order but no any one came. When i call that no ..no response. . Very bad/ worst service

            One more thing when i call customer care service here automatically disconnect the call..

                I just ordered the above product from Flipkart on 16th October 2020. So it's been about a month. There is no update of my product. Every day I will get a message that your order was assigned to a courier partner. But actually the tracking number also was unable to track. (FDSP[protected]). The item has no movement it's still stagnant at Bengaluru HNP ECom Hub.

                    I had placed an order on Myntra on 4 th November, which shows shipped in Myntra website on 7th November. The tracking number of the product is [protected].                               I had ordered a product from Amazon which was shipped via ecom express, on 10th November morning I receive a message product is out for delivery and at about 5:22 I receive a message that the product is delivered but I did not receive it, the delivery executive did not give me a call also, if they can't deliver the product why do they take up the service, such a pathetic delivery service by ecom, the delivery executive name is nandesh r.

                                Ordered 2 items via amazon and they are shipped with Ecom Express. The delivery agent (Ecom Express Payyannur, Kerala) refused to deliver the items to my address. He asked me to collect it from a point which is 3km away from my home. He argued and misbehaved and eventually the delivery agent has returned the items without my consent.

                                  I have ordered two products on meesho app & order no. is 20789695 and supplier is AB'S COLLECTION. The delivery boy's behaviour was so rude & pathetic & has no brain. I had already told him my address but he went to the wrong address. I called him again and told my address properly, he told me that he would reach my address 10mins later. But he was still not arrived, so I called him again after waiting for 20mins later he reversely shouted on me to wait for him for a while. In anger, i also said to cancel the product, I don't need it. The delivery boy no. is [protected].
                                  I want a strict action on him. I'm a female how can he talk with a girl like this.. Is this the sense of behaviour of staff for customers to talk?
