On 6th November my product was out for delivery. After sometime I got the message that my product has been delivered. But, I did not get the product neither did I receive any call from the delivery executive regarding the delivery. Later I tried calling the number provided in the delivery message but It was not connecting. Then I submitted in the feedback of the delivery that my product has not been delivered but I have not got any call from Ecom Express. This is utterly unprofessional from those guys. The Awb no. of my product is [protected] from 1MG in the name of Jhunjhun Dubey.

    On 7 Nov. 2020, I received a call from delivery boy regarding my address to deliver your courier item no. [protected]. I asked him to deliver it in front of my house opposite maruti SUZUKI show room near kareng tini Ali, JOYSAGAR.
    But a few minutes later, I received a message that the item had been delivered and I had received the item. I called him back, but response received from him.
    This type of behaviour on the part of the delivery boy will not your entity in any way.
    Please do the needful at your end to get my package delivered with proper signature to avoid mischief on his part.

        I have ordered a canon camera through reliance digital

        My shipping delivery date is on 29th October 2020
        But still they are not delivering the product nd the coustemer care is also not responding they are very neglective

        I have lost all my wedding projects becoz of them

        They have repeating the same shipping process but they just don't care

        They are delivering COD products as usual mine i have paid already

        Plz take a serious action

        Before it costs someones life or career

                      I have Been Booked a Product from MI Website and was Shipped Through Ecom Express On 31 Oct and the Courier was arrived at My DC (Vellarikundu, kasaragod, Kerala) Location which is my Delivery Center on 04th Nov, but The courier wasn't Delivered yet on after 3 days of waiting, So I go to the Delivery center and I ask for the status. I Got bad attitude from the Executive Who has managing the Office, He was harassed me and Had bad words and said that he will not willing to deliver my order He said He will return it back. and said bad words The date is 07 th Nov morning 8.00am i am go in the Office. He Use Bad words and tell me that He left so many packages there not Delivering in there. You Can do what ever You had. I am so Disappointed and Come Back from there. As a customer I didn't Expect that Kind of Response from The Executive. Please Do the Need full or Return my Product. It was a Birthday Gift I have purchased. That is why I need it urgently. But After 3 days of waiting Bad things and response I got from the Courier

                        This is the second time I am ordering the same item.Item was shipped at delivery last week.But team is not delivering the product.I am ordering the product second time.First time it got cancelled due to undelivered by ecom express team and this is the second order Team is giving remarks as user not available/tried to deliver.But they are not even called me once nor tried to deliver our product.Ecom express is spoiling Amazon name.

                            My order was supposed to be delivered in August. But it has not been delivered yet. Your company is fraud. What are you guys doing since 3 months. I have complaint so many times but you have not taken any action. I will file customer complaint FIR against you.

                              ECom express muvatupuzha is not delivering the items and deliberately Return back the item.
                              not even trying to attempt a delivery. very worst experience.
                              while calling customer care, they are saying covid 19 as false exuses.
                              there is no covid 19 lockdown in my area and delivery center area rigjht now.
                              item is reached them on 28 th oct, now on 6th nov they are not even make an attempt to deliver.

                                    Parcel AWB no: [protected]. As per Samsung the delivery date is 04th November but Ecom Express is giving contradictory statements. Their costumer care executive says delivery date is 07th Nov and when I sent a mail to them they reply as 08th November. I will file consumer case against Ecom express because the product has reached my home town since 4th November but these people are knowingly showing the product is in transit. From one hub to another, one Dc to another. They are genuinely not interested in delivering.

                                        Ji me reseller hu ..meesho me se mene apnne customer k liye women kurta with plazzo product order kiya tha..lekin cusomer ko duppata shame nahi laga to mne return ki request ki..return request accept ki gai ...aur pick up ke liye ecom Express ko higher kiya gaya...lekin delivery partners ne meri request 15 bar reject ki purticular times refuse kar di gai...aur purticular times refuse kar di ..aur unki vajah se mera return policy time over ho gaya..phir mene meesho me complaint kar ke meri request phir se approve karvai..unhone phir refuse kar di..mene phir meesho me complaint ki aur phir se request dali..phir mene apne contact ke vajah se ecom Express ke exucative ka no. Dhundha...phir mnee use call kiya..aur kaha ki bhai parcel lene kyu nahi jate aap...to unhone kaha hamari ofc se 2 se 3 km dur hai..aur hame company petrol nahi deti..isliye ham bar bar request cancel kar rahe the...phir me khud jake vo.parcel leke aai aur us exucative ko diya...aur had to tab ho gai..jab usne pick up kar liya..phir bhi ecom Express vale ne pick complete ka status nahi dala...phir mene meesho customer care me phone kiya to vo log bol rahe hai delivery partner ne status nahi dala...aur ecom Express k gatiya service ki vajah se muje ab tak refund nahi mila...mera order I'd 75849674 hai...
