      Address: Ecom express pvt ltd Courier service in Erumeli South, Kerala

      They are not providing HOME DELIVERY SERVICES.
      They just dump our orders in any store and we have to collect it from there.
      we are paying extra DELIVERY CHARGES and this is ridiculous.

              tracking ID: [protected] was the product I ordered from amazon. many times I ordered it from amazon. but when the Item was reach at RANNI ecom express then they didn't provide home delivery..they call me for collect it from their office.. I faced this issues many times from RANNI ECOM. Then why ECOM courier service in RANNI?????..other all ECOM, delhivery teams are delivering the product in my pincode/home.

              I ordered many products from Ajio. Some were prepaid and some were cash on delivery. The Ecom Express courier agents in ranni don't deliver me the products. They are cancelling and returning the products without my consent and knowledge. Last day I checked a prepaid order was seen delivered in the Ajio app while i haven't received the same. If Ecom cannot deliver the products then why are they running a courier agency. Just give the dealership to Delhivery or something. They deliver me the products on time.

                    I am complaining about the office located in Gangtok sikkim, India. I got a message on 1st November saying that my package will be delivered today. But the delivery boy never contacted me and I am not being able to contact the office. A lot of people in Gangtok are facing similar issues with ecom express where the packages are being sent back without even making an effort to deliver the parcels or the customer has to go all the way to the office to collect their parcel when actually the item is supposed to be delivered at your doorstep. The company’s name is getting ruined in the end . It would be great if you could kindly look into this matter .

                        AWB#.. [protected] has not yet delivered. And getting delayed everyday and they don't even bother to inform me and neither have manners to talk to customer... They expect me to go and collect from their office.
                        And when I followed up. They say they are busy will give it as on their people are free and also give the threats going on they won't give any delivery to my home and I have to go and pick it from their office

                            The order was not delivered to me but the delivery executive had updated it as delivered, no one contacted me. I tried reaching the executive at least a dozen times, still no response. Their customer service is pathetic. They are not delivering the pre paid orders and cheating customers, should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic!

                            The order was not delivered to me but the delivery executive had updated it as delivered, no one contacted me. I tried reaching the executive at least a dozen times, still no response. Maybe blocked my number. Without delivering, without contacting the person, without getting PIN number for the delivery. How can the executive Mark it as delivered? They are not delivering the pre paid orders and cheating customers, should be ashamed of themselves. I have raised a complaint, should you guys be more responsible?

                              I am calling your customer care office 3-4 times every time they disconnect my Phone by saying we can't hear you properly but I hear them fine as every normal call . Your service is way to bad I ordered my product and it's now 10 days or more but can't receive my order and your company don't say what is problem why you can't delivered my product customer satisfaction zero

                                  Sir/mam, my order was shipped 8 days ago at delivery centre . But that delivery boy don't deliver it to me. And daily he updates fake information on ecom site that customer refused to accept the order or customer was not available. And I have complaint to ecom customer care many more times but raily they say that your will shipped to you in 24 hours. But nothing happens delivery boy updates fake information about me .this is quite intolerable many time I have complaint but no action has been taken.
