I ordered an item on myntra on 30oct
The item was shipped on 31 oct but on tracking on ecom express site it shows pickup rescheduled since 3 days
Why is this happening?

    Address: Gangtok, Sikkim

    I am complaining about the office located in Gangtok sikkim, India. I got a message on 1st November saying that my package will be delivered today. But the delivery boy never contacted me and I am not being able to contact the office. A lot of people in Gangtok are facing similar issues with ecom express where the packages are being sent back without even making an effort to deliver the parcels or the customer has to go all the way to the office to collect their parcel when actually the item is supposed to be delivered at your doorstep. The company’s name is getting ruined in the end . It would be great if you could kindly look into this matter .

        AWB#.. [protected] has not yet delivered. And getting delayed everyday and they don't even bother to inform me and neither have manners to talk to customer... They expect me to go and collect from their office.
        And when I followed up. They say they are busy will give it as on their people are free and also give the threats going on they won't give any delivery to my home and I have to go and pick it from their office

          Parcel which we had received was already torn, and the product was missing inside parcle. We have recieved a message that the product had been delivered to us but we got the product next day .

            The order was not delivered to me but the delivery executive had updated it as delivered, no one contacted me. I tried reaching the executive at least a dozen times, still no response. Their customer service is pathetic. They are not delivering the pre paid orders and cheating customers, should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic!

            The order was not delivered to me but the delivery executive had updated it as delivered, no one contacted me. I tried reaching the executive at least a dozen times, still no response. Maybe blocked my number. Without delivering, without contacting the person, without getting PIN number for the delivery. How can the executive Mark it as delivered? They are not delivering the pre paid orders and cheating customers, should be ashamed of themselves. I have raised a complaint, should you guys be more responsible?

              I am calling your customer care office 3-4 times every time they disconnect my Phone by saying we can't hear you properly but I hear them fine as every normal call .                   Sir/mam, my order was shipped 8 days ago at delivery centre . But that delivery boy don't deliver it to me. And daily he updates fake information on ecom site that customer refused to accept the order or customer was not available. And I have complaint to ecom customer care many more times but raily they say that your will shipped to you in 24 hours. But nothing happens delivery boy updates fake information about me .this is quite intolerable many time I have complaint but no action has been taken.

                            I received a parcel awb no is [protected]. I want to return the item . But on the packing cover they given only to address nit give from address. Why from address nit there on the packing. I spoke with Mr nageswara rao regional manager Hyderabad. He said from address vl not print on the package and even they also don't know.                               Hello Sir,

                              I had ordered clothes from myntra and it was sent via Ecom Express having tracking number :[protected].

                              The pathetic part was that yesterday delivery boy called us and asked to collect the consignment from city that was 12km away from home. We requested him to deliver it at home location which is 12km apart from that city. Deliveryboy said if you will not come i will return your order

                              The thing is that the same delivery boy comes everytime and some time he deliver the items at our home. But in every 5 orders he make an issue and return the order with the note that the address was not found.

                              My suggestion to Ecom is there is high unemplyement in that area. If the delivery boy is inefficient you should fire him and hire a needy one who can fulfil the goal and provide us services.

                              The present delivery buy is very rude/non sense don't know how to talk or how to interact with the cu. who are paying his wages.

                              Ecoms customer service is also pathetic they will say that they are arranging a delivery tomorrow and once delivery boy returned the order they says there is nothing they can do once order is returned.

                              If they will not do anything nor they'll take any action, what's the purpose of paying them for that particular job?

                              I am highly Irated and disappointed with the services of Ecom Express

                                        He asked me to come to the place where he was - that is 5 kilometres far from my home.
