The order was not delivered to me but the delivery executive had updated it as delivered, no one contacted me. I tried reaching the executive at least a dozen times, still no response. Their customer service is pathetic. They are not delivering the pre paid orders and cheating customers, should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic!

I tried reaching the executive at least a dozen times, still no response. Maybe blocked my number. Without delivering, without contacting the person, without getting PIN number for the delivery. How can the executive Mark it as delivered? They are not delivering the pre paid orders and cheating customers, should be ashamed of themselves. I have raised a complaint, should you guys be more responsible?
