ECom express muvatupuzha is not delivering the items and deliberately Return back the item.
not even trying to attempt a delivery. very worst experience.
while calling customer care, they are saying covid 19 as false exuses.
there is no covid 19 lockdown in my area and delivery center area rigjht now.
item is reached them on 28 th oct, now on 6th nov they are not even make an attempt to deliver.
