    I ordered a product on 29.10.2020 and it's delivery date was 4th November, 2020. But I am sorry to say that till now I have not received the product. My experience in this matter is very painful.
    Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    It is shown that the product is now near my home. Earlier it came here and went back. I don't know the reason. Now if I get the contact information I can collect my product from its present address.

    The product is at the same place at Sankrail hub for last 4days. No movement. Have you really intention to deliver the product?
    Today is 12th November but the product is at the same place for last 6days. No movement. I don't know when I will get it. They failed to deliver the product in stipulated time twice. But no contact with me made so far.

                    The delivery was supposed to be here on 28th oct 2020. The delivery boy did not call me on that day and neither did he showed up on my address and in tracking it shows "customer refused to accept". I didn't recive any call or the shipmemt was not brought to my address and it has been 6 days that my order is in ofd lock.. No action has been taken yet and kindly look through my problem as I need it in urgency.

                        We have ordered 2 bedsheets from KAGZI STORE. But the delivery boys are rejecting to deliver item at door steps.. they just called and will not speak later they return the item saying customer unavailable. I recorded the call and I can send proof if needed .. I tried three times to send me the product.. please kindly resolve the issue. And deliver the product..

                              They are not providing HOME DELIVERY SERVICES.
                              They just dump our orders in any store and we have to collect it from there.

I faced this issues many times from RANNI ECOM. Then why ECOM courier service in RANNI?????..other all ECOM, delhivery teams are delivering the product in my pincode/home.

                                      I ordered many products from Ajio. Some were prepaid and some were cash on delivery. The Ecom Express courier agents in ranni don't deliver me the products. They are cancelling and returning the products without my consent and knowledge. Last day I checked a prepaid order was seen delivered in the Ajio app while i haven't received the same. If Ecom cannot deliver the products then why are they running a courier agency. Just give the dealership to Delhivery or something. They deliver me the products on time.
