    I received a parcel awb no is [protected]. I want to return the item . But on the packing cover they given only to address nit give from address. Why from address nit there on the packing. I spoke with Mr nageswara rao regional manager Hyderabad. He said from address vl not print on the package and even they also don't know. If you guys don't know the from address hiw you vk take parcel. In that parcel any unwanted things vl be there who is the responsible for that. I need answers for my questionsn

      Hello Sir,

      I had ordered clothes from myntra and it was sent via Ecom Express having tracking number :[protected].

      The pathetic part was that yesterday delivery boy called us and asked to collect the consignment from city that was 12km away from home. We requested him to deliver it at home location which is 12km apart from that city. Deliveryboy said if you will not come i will return your order

      The thing is that the same delivery boy comes everytime and some time he deliver the items at our home. But in every 5 orders he make an issue and return the order with the note that the address was not found.

      My suggestion to Ecom is there is high unemplyement in that area. If the delivery boy is inefficient you should fire him and hire a needy one who can fulfil the goal and provide us services.

      The present delivery buy is very rude/non sense don't know how to talk or how to interact with the cu. who are paying his wages.

      Ecoms customer service is also pathetic they will say that they are arranging a delivery tomorrow and once delivery boy returned the order they says there is nothing they can do once order is returned.

      If they will not do anything nor they'll take any action, what's the purpose of paying them for that particular job?

      I am highly Irated and disappointed with the services of Ecom Express

            I have booked product on 10th oct from clubfactory and has been shipped by EcomExpress The status is showing as delivered. Delivery person have not contacted me regarding the delivery but the status is updated as delivered. I have raised the complaint on the same with 5 AWB numbers but no body is responding all the time they are telling tto wait for 24hrs. Its been 20 days now but no response from your end

                When I requested this delivery person to deliver the product to me at my home, he refused home delivery and shouted at me.
                He asked me to come to the place where he was - that is 5 kilometres far from my home.

                    This is one of the fraud ecommerce ever just by cheating people regarding fast delivery and good service and all I received the package from ecom guy and I paid him the amount via cash on delivery instead of giving change he showed me attitude it happened like 3 times all 3 time these guys are playing the same trick not having change not have change I let go twice but today also happened the same thing I request the ecom express team check twice before giving dealership or tieup with local delivery center seriously lingasugur town with the pincode of 584122 is worse ecom express platform seriously so pathetic and fraud people plz do check and warn them bcz of few ppl Don't let the popularity o[censored]r company to do down so pissed off now will see wat I can do to teach u ppl a lesson so disappointed by the delivery people fraud team

                              I have order one short from myntra and it was to be delivered at my home as promissed by the myntra company. But the delivery boy behaves rudely that why i should come to home to deliver you. We will only reach a certain location. You have to come to me to receive the product. Myntra ships product through ecom express and he told me if i returned the product you can complain no where against me. Ecom should take proper action against him. Because as you can search 754201 covers a vast location and it doesnot mean we have to reach to them to take the product. Plse exclude such type of delivery boy.

                                  My order from Myntra with tracking number [protected] has not yet delivered to me. I contacted the ecom express they were telling that the product will be delivered by 28 th October 2020 but I didn't received it yet. I talked with the customer care executive but he was not able to hear my voice. Please help me with it and let me know when I can expect the delivery of the item.

                                      I sell my products on meesho application under the brand name AARANI. They have a tie up with ecom expresss. I am receiving wrong products in the cutomer return. This is a fraud done by either customer or the logistic team. I have incurred losses woth 10, 000 - 17, 000 till date. Kindly sove this or take strict action against this and provide some compensation or this
