I ordered shoes from Myntra which was delivered to me on 04th Oct (AWB No [protected]). The product delivered to me was different hence i returned it to the delivery boy of E-Com Express on the same time itself. After giving back the product i placed return request in Myntra, but now they are saying that the product has not reached to the seller. And return requested was rejected by me. I ordered 4 product from myntra on 11.10.2020 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled for 5 days in a row. No update has been provided by the courier service. This is so frustrating. Please i need them before 20 October. I had ordered a t-shirt from Ajio which was to be delivered by Ecom express. I had called the delivery executive of Ecom express and told to cancel my delivery as I'm out of state. Also on call from Ajio I told to cancel my package. But the delivery status of my package shows it was delivered. It was a prepaid package. I want refund. Please look into the matter.

Ecom express delivery boy don't deliver products at given address he says that company dont give him any petrol for our address or he says your address is out of reach from our area of surrounding and refuse to deliver products at my specific address or at my home.

Address: Q1 l.o.colony bachra, post bachra, chatra jharkhand, pin 829201...

Delivery boy advising customers to use flipkart Or Amazon instead of Meesho as it is fake. And Customer was informed by delivery boy that the products are used or waste clothes.

With above comments assigned delivery boy did not deliver the product to customers. He has denied to deliver the product. And updated the status as customer rejected.

I have ordered chinos from Amazon on 11 Sept 2020, which was supposed to deliver at my address on 18th Sept. It was a prepaid order and order ID[protected].

Ecom express is the worst customer service in India. Their customer care executive are not even responding to all our queries. I have faced this type of issues many times. They returned my many orders without even contacting me and they are saying Amazon is responsible for all. They are making Amazon as guilty. And there is no option to give feedback and reviews on their website. This things should not happen to any Indian citizen especially...

Yesterday ( 11/10/2020 ) got call for address confirmation and not received my parcel.

worst delivery by ECOM, unable to track delivery by call also....

For Awb no: [protected] it's been 4 days since it's in OFD lock. The clients wants it urgently for her birthday. There is no update from Ecom express at all.

Kindly call the client asap and reattempt the delivery...
