It very bad sad to say Ecom is a brand & prestigious logistics service provider, I am Neptune Enterprises C/O Varun Kumar from Meerut Amazon seller, mostly Amazon returned product comes through Ecom, I just want know at the time of return pickup your delivery boy do not know what product is to be picked from buyer? Is box empty or product inside? they don't have idea empty box weight or filled box weight?
In My knowledge every courier company give all details to their delivery or pickup boy. so why do your pickup boy picked up different product from buyer?
1- Order id[protected] buyer placed order for Milton Bottle & your return delivery boy deliver to me Tablet cover. related images attached.
2- order id[protected]buyer placed order Milton Bottle 3 Pieces, your delivery boy returned to me Kurti only. related images attached.
Also attached screen shot of Amazon buyer placed order against mentioned order id's.
In all cases it is clear buyer is not lier, only mischiefs done form delivery boy.
Now I am going to file case near by My police station against your company & Meerut warehouse.
I have checked may times every time delivery boy make excuses but now it is too much fraud done. if I don't get my original product or compensation accordingly going legal action against your company clearly saying.
