Hello, I have ordered some clothes from myntra at Kurseong (734203) and it reached the designated city on 26/10/2020. I received message from courier service stating my product having AWB no.[protected] will be delivered to me the same day but the delivery guy calls me in the evening stating he won't be able to deliver me the product that day, I said there was no issue and he can deliver it to me on next day. Very next day i.e 27/10/2020 there was no contact made to me from anyone from courier and I contacted customer care of Ecom Express that day and they assured me that my product will be delivered to me that day yet nothing happened. On 28/10/2020 I again contacted customer care enquiring about my product and they said it was scheduled to delivered to me on that day and few hours later I received message from ECOM service saying my product will be delivered that day with AWB no. [protected] yet that day the same thing happened no one came by or called... and the message came to me from them that they were not able to reach my number again...around 8pm in the evening.
On 29th i again called their customer care and there response was all the same saying the product will be definitely delivered that day infact that was no issue for them and on that day aswell i didn't received my product.
This Ecom Express service in kurseong is so poor in delivering at certain areas delivery guy don't even show up and return the products.

            The product from Flipkart was out for delivery two days ago, But no one has contacted till now.
            I went to ecomm express store. That wish master told me that I will not deliver your product more. I will cancel all your products. If you are raising a complaint I will not consider it. This is the situation I faced at ecomm express store. The Wishmaster is very rude to me.

                    The delivery agent contacted me and asked delivery address and say he will delivered it by afternoon. Afternoon he again called me and asked my personal number after that the order status changed to delivered. I didn't get my parcel. When i tried to call back the call didn't connect as he made internet call (we cant call back). This is my AWB no ( AEPL AwB [protected] ). I mailed twice regarding this matter on your website but i didn't get any response from your side thats why im registering a complaint here. I hope i will get a response and corrective action from here.

                      I have ordered a product (Mixi) from flipkart. Today I got a call from delivery boy vatakara Ecom office. He is asking me to come and collect the product from their vatakara warehouse office instead of delivering the product in my door step.
                      He told me that he is having only two wheeler and he cant carry mixi. I told him deliver to my house in orkkatteri town but he was threatening me that if I am not collecting from their warehouse they will send it back.
                      Then I got a message from Ecom that " product is undeluvered as you refused to accept it"
                      Still I dont understand how flipkart is connected with unprofessionaly managed logistic companies. After placing the order we were waiting for the product after long time and flipkart delivery agents returning the item with out customer and flipkart knowledge.

                      This is not the first time they are behaving like this and I am not the first person only experienced with this. You check around the market, how they are dealing /behaving with other customers, then u will understand.
                      I am dealing with other logistics companies to purchase the items through online market.They are not threatening the customer and returning the product without customer/seller knowledge.
                      Today also I have purchased from flipkart. it was a big shipment and it was delivered properly through a logistics company. Pls educate your people how to deal with customer and provide the proper service rather than coming up with the excuses and rude behaviour.

                        It very bad sad to say Ecom is a brand & prestigious logistics service provider, I am Neptune Enterprises C/O Varun Kumar from Meerut Amazon seller, mostly Amazon returned product comes through Ecom, I just want know at the time of return pickup your delivery boy do not know what product is to be picked from buyer? Is box empty or product inside? they don't have idea empty box weight or filled box weight?
                        In My knowledge every courier company give all details to their delivery or pickup boy. so why do your pickup boy picked up different product from buyer?
                        1- Order id[protected] buyer placed order for Milton Bottle & your return delivery boy deliver to me Tablet cover. related images attached.
                        2- order id[protected]buyer placed order Milton Bottle 3 Pieces, your delivery boy returned to me Kurti only. related images attached.
                        Also attached screen shot of Amazon buyer placed order against mentioned order id's.
                        In all cases it is clear buyer is not lier, only mischiefs done form delivery boy.
                        Now I am going to file case near by My police station against your company & Meerut warehouse.
                        I have checked may times every time delivery boy make excuses but now it is too much fraud done. if I don't get my original product or compensation accordingly going legal action against your company clearly saying.

                            The package was already opened and when I asked this to ecom express guys they told me to contact their supervisor but I didn't get any solution as he told me he cannot do anything.

                                Hello Sir,

                                I had ordered an inverter from Amazaon and it was sent via Ecom Express having tracking number :[protected].

                                The pathetic part was that yesterday delivery boy called us and asked to collect the consignment from their warehouse that was 25 km apart. We requested him to deliver it at semariya location which is 20 km apart from birsinghpur and we will collect the parcel from there. Deliveryboy said he will come to our place on 27th but he did not even call us and quote a note that address was wrong and returned the order to the seller.

                                The thing is that the same delivery boy comes everytime and some time he deliver the items at our home. But in every 5 orders he make an issue and return the order with the note that the address was not found.

                                My suggestion to Ecom is there is high unemplyement in that area. If the delivery boy is inefficient you should fire him and hire a needy one who can fulfil the goal and provide us services.

                                The present delivery buy is very rude/non sense don't know how to talk or how to interact with the cu. who are paying his wages.

                                Ecoms customer service is also pathetic they will say that they are arranging a delivery tomorrow and once delivery boy returned the order they says there is nothing they can do once order is returned.

                                If they will not do anything nor they'll take any action, what's the purpose of paying them for that particular job?

                                    I have ordered a product on my exact location and every time I ordered something ecom express never disappointed me as they always delivered parcels on door step but this delivery boy told me that the service is not available in the area where i live, i have to come 2 km to pick the parcel.Neither I received the message of parcel that it is out for delivery When i told him to wait their for 10min he misbehaved with me. He didn’t not waited even for 5min and left the site without informing me. This is ridiculous This is not the way a delivery boy should talk. You should first of all give the a lesson of “how to talk with costumes” and i want that person to be fired from the job otherwise i will go the higher authority to shut the boy out of the company.

                                      I had ordered Hoods for my Camera Lens using flipkart which I had paid for that already, today 27/10/2020 was the deadline to deliver the product, I got message from flipkart that the prepaid product that has been ordered by me is delivered, I am amazed I hadn't got any call from delivery boy and also didn't got my product, now I am placing call to the agent (I got his number from pre notice delivery message that my product will deliver today) but look that number isn't correct, I had contacted to flipkart authorities they are giving another deadline, so now I have to wait for another month for getting their response and when my product will deliver? No answers

                                        Address: Rampur chaklala, jandaha vaishali,

                                        Delivery person call me and ask the exact location to deliver, after confirming location he said will deliver within an hour, after 2-3 hour status showing delivered, but still I haven't get the item.

                                        I don't know without delivering item how it can show in the status delivered.

                                        Pl check and update me.
                                        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
