I ordered a shoes from mynthra and payment done while ordering (Prepaid) and then I was tracking the product, then From ECOM express I got a message by saying order will be delivered today with AWB number and contact details and PIN and deliverycode and then delivery guy called me and he said " I'm on my way to your address, by 5 minutes I will be there and I will call you, please confirm your Delivery code" and I was in very bad mood and i blindly shared delivery code to him and I waited for 5-10 min I got no call, then suddenly message came saying that your item delivered, I really got shocked and tried calling him back but call did not connect because it's ECOM service phone number (which won't connect to delivery agent once the item is delivered) and I tried raising the compliant to ECOM service customer care but I do not know the current status of the item. I'm so worried, I fooled easily and how easily he cheated me, please I want my order and that delivery agent should be punished.
