Since two days there is no update on my package.Last update was bag scanned at DC and it has been like that since the last two days.Customer care has no idea as well.

I was supposed to receive the order by 24th.

What kind of courier company keeps their consumer in the dark.
My AWB no. is [protected].

Atleast give me an update when will I receive it?

      I ordered plum night cream on 18th October. On 21st October it came near to my location and at nearly 3 o'clock it was updated as delivered. I waited three more days for delivery but still I didn't get the product. Today's on 24th October I am rising this complaint as I am tired of waiting

        Hello,

        Its regarding my recent order of "red pout handbag" and "tweens innerwear combo pack".

        I have placed a return request for both of these product. I got message on 21st october that your " red pout handbag" will be recieved by today.

        Same day I got message that your "tweens innerwear pack" will be recevied within next 7days by ecom express.

        I got a call on 21st october at 05:37PM from number [protected], he said there is a return pickup from you. And I gave him my packet of "red pout handbag".

        After few hours I receive another call regarding return of same packet, I told him that packet is already received by ecom express agent.

        So they mark my " red pout handbag" to "unable to pick return".

        I complaint regarding this more than 5 times but nobody helps me.

        Now I have seen that return of " tweens innerwear pack" is marked as picked up successfully.

        So there is a big mistake done by ecom express agent, they picked my "red pout handbag" instead of "tweens innerwear".

        I still have " tweens innerwear packet".
        I am attaching screenshot regardung this. Please check the collected packet from your end and solve the issue.

                    I have booked a parcel on Ecom services on 4 th Oct from Ajmer to San diego. The parcel is not yet received. I have called customer care for this but they are unable to resolve. Wrote mail on their customer service id but no revert. Very bad services.

                      The delivery person misbehaved on phone and returned the shipment awb no[protected], putting a note that addresses is not located.
                      My address is the simplest one, " 6, Company Bagh, Basti-272001 and in the posh area of the town on the road side in the heart of the town.
                      He said he is just nearby my home with some Raja Furniture and is coming in just 2 minutes but he returned the shipment and somehow my call was also not being taken on the given number in the SMS after putting the required pin.

                        I ordered a shoes from mynthra and payment done while ordering (Prepaid) and then I was tracking the product, then From ECOM express I got a message by saying order will be delivered today with AWB number and contact details and PIN and deliverycode and then delivery guy called me and he said " I'm on my way to your address, by 5 minutes I will be there and I will call you, please confirm your Delivery code" and I was in very bad mood and i blindly shared delivery code to him and I waited for 5-10 min I got no call, then suddenly message came saying that your item delivered, I really got shocked and tried calling him back but call did not connect because it's ECOM service phone number (which won't connect to delivery agent once the item is delivered) and I tried raising the compliant to ECOM service customer care but I do not know the current status of the item. I'm so worried, I fooled easily and how easily he cheated me, please I want my order and that delivery agent should be punished.

                                        I have placed an order from medlife. The product reached the delivery centre today morning itself and i have recieved sms saying that the product will be delivered by one of the agents and also his number was provided along with the sms. Now the expected delivery time is over and when i tried to contact the delivery agent the number that thay messaged itself is wrong. I have attached the sms i have recieved kindly take any action. They have treated me like a coward by providing a fake phone number. The courier consist of medicine and you are behaving in such a irresponsible manner be ready to suffer the consequences.
