Actually I was returning my 2 parcels but I must return only one of the parcel but I gave 2 parcel and now I dont know where the other parcel is ... I gave it to the delivery boy and now I am unable to contact him also I thought I should both the parcels soo I gave him both but he came for collecting one parcel only and he dint tell anything so I thought I should give both...
Can you help mee from your side can you contact...

The courier boy have picked up the product of return request in myntra and he said there is no tag for the dress then after that I cancelled my return request and I didn't received my product upto know...

The shipment was picked up on 16th September from West Bengal. It usually takes max.7-10 days for shipping from Delhi/Mumbai to my location & West Bengal being the nearest. However they promised to deliver by 2 Oct. & the parcel reached the delivery center nearest to me in that date. Its 5th October today & to date the parcel has been sitting there with no plans of delivery. Is this what ecom is ?...

Ecomm express is the worst courier service I have ever seen. I have encountered a lot of problems while seeking the services of them. Unfortunately the products I order from online websites end up couring the products in Ecomm express and it takes days or months (almost more than a month from the date of delivery) to reach us. I feel that this company should be shut. They even give false guarantee regarding their delivery dates and we end...

Our pincode is 325208. All online orders here come through ecom service. There is one common delievery boy who come here on daily basis. His name is Kamal Nagar. Ph number- [protected]. He come from ecom anta district.

Im getting irrelevent messages from this person at night 10.43pm on watsapp. And when we are calling from our end he is switching off his number. As a proof im adding a screenshot of his message. I expect ecom...

My order has been stuck in Guwahati for almost one month I can understand it is due to pandemic if not on time or alittle late but why this is too much!!! my order is not moving at all... There was return picked up by Ecom Express on 7th Sept 2020, AWB[protected], Return ID- [protected] but is not delivered to Myntra warehouse and we have received our refund yet.
The product has been picked up by Ecom Express Agent operating in the locality having PIN code- 752054, Place-Sai anand Apartment.
The Agent visited our apartment twice first on 7th Sept for a Saree pickup and next day on 8th Sept for other two products...

I have requested to pick up my product with order id 94294753 from meesho reselling app. Reverse pick up from ecom express with AWB number[protected] was done on 22.08.2020. But status of my request shows return pickup was not completed. A courier boy from ecom express took my product back but i didnt got my refund due to wrong status....

As per the tracking details, my parcel is at calicut medical collage location of ecomexpress couriers for last 10 days. But the delivery to my office address, in calicut city, is still pending. I have contacted twice with their customer care regarding the issue. But they are not responding....

Yesterday 28/09/2020, the shipment is received in hub but not delivered.
Today 29/09/2020, it's shows shipment rto lock...
Pls revoke the shipment rto lock before it's going to shipper area...
