I have placed an order from medlife. The product reached the delivery centre today morning itself and i have recieved sms saying that the product will be delivered by one of the agents and also his number was provided along with the sms. Now the expected delivery time is over and when i tried to contact the delivery agent the number that thay messaged itself is wrong. I have attached the sms i have recieved kindly take any action. They have treated me like a coward by providing a fake phone number. The courier consist of medicine and you are behaving in such a irresponsible manner be ready to suffer the consequences.     Our parcels are not getting deleived to customer.
    Delivery person is very rude and not answering properly.
    we have received same reason on 19th and 20th that Customer is not available on tracking website info.
    Our customer is saying they have not received any call regarding the same.
    We also tried calling delivery person both days but there is not any responce from them.

        I put ordered for vestige product on there web site on 27 sep 2020 after two days I received msg from them that my order will delivered by Ecom express along AWB number to track my order on Ecom express web site today it's 20oct 2020 but still I didn't recieve my shimpment and now on Eco express website it's showing that my shipment is RTO locked. Ecom express totally fraud and they provide very poor service also there customer care services also not give satisfactory reply. I just want my shipment delivered asap. And heavy penalty on Ecom express so other people won't suffer in future.

              I ordered a product from myntra. My product had reached the Delivery Centre on the 16th. They say they attempted delivery and failed but won't return our calls. They shout back at us when we ask about our product. Earlier I ordered from Vaadi Herbals and my product was damaged. I didn't complain because I let go of this. I'm making an international call and when I ask if this is Ecom they disconnect. They do not even deserve to work anymore. Such irresponsible delivery service and team.

                Deliveryman of INDAPUR ECOM EXPRESS, Kept parcel with himself from 12.10.2020.to 18.10.2020 asper tracing, and now on 19.10.2020 he mentions on tracking that parcel returned to origin. He does not called me even a single time within a week. AWB [protected]
                I say he done it purposely.
                I complained to Ecom express customer care but no action is taken.
                I also emailed this problem to Ecom express but no action had taken by courier co. "Hell" with such courier co.

                      I booked a noise smart watch with a noise wireless headphone total cost arround 1699. but whem they send the product there is no smart watch also headph is there.only a road side simple watch cost arround 100-150 is there..when the delivery boy came i told him to open that so that i can check..but he forced me not to open .if i want to return after received immidiately i will get the link for return with details..i enquire with him several question, he told me that product is deliver by ecom office banagore.
                      i am sure there is something going on to send fake product and taking money from people..
                      dont know whether i will get my money back or not.but some action need to be taken immidiately.

                            I ordered this set of kurta and plazo on 9th October from Flipkart and it soon got shipped to ecom express. It was to be delivered by 14th October and the shipment was quite near from where i ordered the product. If it was to be delivered by Ekart logistics it would have been delivered way before the estimated date. I'm hugely disappointed with Ecom express i talked to their customer executive as well they themselves were unsure about where exactly my product is and what happened to it. I needed that dress by 16th and today is 18th October still nothing on the tracking page or anything.

                                  My shipment from firstcry awb number [protected] is not delivered to me i even called your customer care but they just told me they will look through it within 72 hrs but after that they didnt bother to send me any ingormation related to my shipment through mail or text this is very disappointing from your end, this is how you serve your customer, right? I just want my package back to me within 24 hrs anyhow. And if you dont solve my issue i will raise a complaint against you . Hope for your concern.

                                    Delivered to the incorrect address not known to me on 14th of october . I am very disappointed with your service, this is very disgusting. I just want my parcel within 24 hours, i even called your customer care number but they didnt send me any info through mail or text msg. Is this the way you treat your customers? They trust you.

                                        I ordered shoes from Myntra which was delivered to me on 04th Oct (AWB No [protected]). The product delivered to me was different hence i returned it to the delivery boy of E-Com Express on the same time itself. After giving back the product i placed return request in Myntra, but now they are saying that the product has not reached to the seller. And return requested was rejected by me. When contact the delivery boy, he told me the product is with him and he is out of station for 5 days. Now when i am contacting him he is not answering my call and nobody from E-Com Customer support is helping me on this. The name of the delivery boy is Vijay Ingle who works for E-Com Express Hub in Lanja, Ratnagiri.
