I ordered this set of kurta and plazo on 9th October from Flipkart and it soon got shipped to ecom express. It was to be delivered by 14th October and the shipment was quite near from where i ordered the product. If it was to be delivered by Ekart logistics it would have been delivered way before the estimated date. I'm hugely disappointed with Ecom express i talked to their customer executive as well they themselves were unsure about where exactly my product is and what happened to it. I needed that dress by 16th and today is 18th October still nothing on the tracking page or anything.

        My shipment from firstcry awb number [protected] is not delivered to me i even called your customer care but they just told me they will look through it within 72 hrs but after that they didnt bother to send me any ingormation related to my shipment through mail or text this is very disappointing from your end, this is how you serve your customer, right? I just want my package back to me within 24 hrs anyhow. And if you dont solve my issue i will raise a complaint against you . Hope for your concern.

          Package from firstcry, awb no. [protected]
          Delivered to the incorrect address not known to me on 14th of october . I am very disappointed with your service, this is very disgusting. I just want my parcel within 24 hours, i even called your customer care number but they didnt send me any info through mail or text msg. Is this the way you treat your customers? They trust you.

              I ordered shoes from Myntra which was delivered to me on 04th Oct (AWB No [protected]). The product delivered to me was different hence i returned it to the delivery boy of E-Com Express on the same time itself. After giving back the product i placed return request in Myntra, but now they are saying that the product has not reached to the seller. And return requested was rejected by me. When contact the delivery boy, he told me the product is with him and he is out of station for 5 days. Now when i am contacting him he is not answering my call and nobody from E-Com Customer support is helping me on this. The name of the delivery boy is Vijay Ingle who works for E-Com Express Hub in Lanja, Ratnagiri.

                I ordered 4 product from myntra on 11.10.2020 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled for 5 days in a row. No update has been provided by the courier service. This is so frustrating.                   I had ordered a t-shirt from Ajio which was to be delivered by Ecom express. I had called the delivery executive of Ecom express and told to cancel my delivery as I'm out of state. Also on call from Ajio I told to cancel my package. But the delivery status of my package shows it was delivered. It was a prepaid package. I want refund. Please look into the matter.

                              Hi,
                              I have ordered chinos from Amazon on 11 Sept 2020, which was supposed to deliver at my address on 18th Sept. It was a prepaid order and order ID[protected].
                              The delivery partner was Ecom express for this order and tracking ID-[protected]. The product was reflecting delivered on 14’Th Sept. This was an OTP delivery and I have not shared it with anyone.
                              This product was actually not delivered to me. It was not received by me or by any of my family member. I have raised the same concern to Amazon and got a revert that have to check with the delivery partner.
                              I have visited at the ECOm sikar Police line office and met to delivery supervisor-Ravi—[protected] and the delivery person Arun-[protected] (The delivery boy who delivered in the Shishu area).
                              I discuss with them and Arun agreed that he has not deliver to my address and forgot where he lost my product. Then Mr. Ravi said, “Don’t worry Sir, he will check and deliver your product in a day or two and if he lost it then we will pay your product amount”.
                              After that, neither Mr. Ravi nor Arun are replying my calls and there is no product deliver till date. I was waiting since 14 Sept that it will be deliver but not answer from your side.
                              Now the question is:-
                              How a product can deliver without taking OTP??
                              If a delivery boy and his supervisor accept that the product has lost, who will pay for that??
                              When I will receive my product or my payment back??
                              Why these kinds of things happening with a brand like Ecom??
                              How can a delivery boy cheat a customer to ruin a brand loyalty??
                              I am already suffered a lot. Kindly resolve this issue on priority and deliver my product or refund my amount.

                                  I like to draw your kind attention related to a product delivery. I ordered a product [ID-[protected]] on 06 th October from myntra which is prepaid one. Today is the expected delivery date. But I still not get this product . I called several time in myntra and ecom express(which is responsible for delivery of the product) but i can't see any further update about this product. They do not want to provide any information regarding delivery time and date . In this circumstances I wish that you look after this matter carefully, so that I can get my ordered product as soon as possible. Also in future there is no delay regarding any product.

                                      Ecom express is the worst customer service in India. Their customer care executive are not even responding to all our queries. I have faced this type of issues many times. They returned my many orders without even contacting me and they are saying Amazon is responsible for all. They are making Amazon as guilty. And there is no option to give feedback and reviews on their website. This things should not happen to any Indian citizen especially common people. I lost my valuable time in this due to their bad behaviour.

                                        The delivery didn't made attempt for delivery and stated delivery failed.
                                        from oct5th i am waiting for my parcel.
