My packet is mean to deliver on 9 september and i wait whole day for delivery boy but at the end of the day i check status of my packet its shown delivered even there delivery marked my signature and on the other side i didn't even get my packet and after that i complaint about it on customer care at that time they answered it take 72 hours to resolve your problem and after that i call complaint center so many time but i always get this response...

We are supplier on meesho platform.
There are many orders daily to pickup.
Ecom express pickup boy denied everyday for pickup parcel from our location instead he ask us to handover all parcel at his place.
We complained meesho and also sent emails to [protected]@ecomexpress.in but thee is no response yet.

There are many parcel we handed over at courier person's place as being not picked...

I had booked a product via decathlon application with awb no: [protected] and decathlon order id: [protected]. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 19 th of september. Fortunately for me it had arrived earlier and was out for delivery on 14 th september. The worst part is that even after being out for delivery for the past one week, i haven’t received my product yet for which i have already made the payment online....

I have an order through amazon which was transported by ecomx. I mean worst thing to do to a parcel. It was 17th sep that my order was out for delivery. No calls till 1 pm so i was worried as they do not get so much parcel to deliver that it would take more than that, its of course because of the poor service. Then i checked my tracking status and it says it was delivered. What? I rushed to ask my neighborhood but no one have picked it up....

This is regarding my shipment with ecom express [protected], which is not being delievered by the local courier even after it has reached the DC rather a false remark has been updated which states "customer not available", since its a high value package shipped from abroad via skynet, I need this package immediately but im sensing a foul play in this as no one is helping me out from the customer care....

Four time i experienced the delay delivery from ecom as it takes minimum 10days to reach the consignment from bhiwandi to vapi, which is horrible. And the worst part is no updation about the consignment while tracking in online, its only showing that "in transit". The consignment send from bhiwandi on 9/9 and no updation about the consignment after 12/9. And till date not received the consignment....
