This is to bring to your kind notice that I'm one of your customers. I'm really disappointed with the attitude they show towards the customers. Yesterday, a delivery boy, Mr. Gurjinder came to my place to deliver an item. Firstly, he made me calls from his personal contact number instead o[censored]sing company's number. Secondly, after the delivery of an item, he started messaging me on the WhatsApp. I immediately blocked him. I made a call to the supervisors Mr. Basant and Mr. Harjeet to fix my problem. However, they started yelling at me and used so many sexual abusive words. I can say that the might be drunk at that time. Even, the same case happened with my friend who lives near to my house. They both made fun of her and tortured her my making phone calls and sending text messages, sometimes during late night. One of the screenshots also I'm attaching with this complaint letter.
I came to know from one of your delivery boy that they do these things with almost every girl, whose couriers are delivered through your company. There are no such words that I can use for these criminals.
I want you to take quick action against them and they both must be fired from the job immediately as they are just deteriorating the name of your company. Otherwise, I would have to register FIR against them.
