My order is not delivered till now it has medicines and it was suppose to be delivered by 22nd sep. Till not its not delivered and customer care is worst

    My order from Flipkart arrived at the Ecom office on 25 September and it was out for delivery on 26 September which I missed. On 27 September I went to the office enquiring my order with my id card but they refused to give me that order on that day and told me they will deliver it tomorrow but today I am writing this as I have not received the order still it's not out for delivery and I heard the supervisor talking to the delivery executive in an unethical way to regarding the consumer that they should not wait for any consumer more than 5 minutes and cancel the order. This thing is a really unfair means of practice and a kind of consumer exploitation that many consumers are unaware of. This kind of impolite manner doesn't suit any office and they are intentionally making the delivery delay to make the consumer pay for their inquiry, such an unethical manner they do. If the product they received 5 days ago then what is the point of delivering the order the 6th day (the last day of delivery), they may have delivered the product within 3 days if it was missed by 1 day at least they could have made it the 3rd day but no there is no response from the Ecom express till now. Now I am going to file a complaint in the consumer forum regarding this kind o[censored]nethical intentional exploitation of the consumer.

      "Pickup rescheduled" status for last 5 days does my package is lost or forgotten or no space in vehicle to transfer?

      As checked with Myntra their one and only response is we handed over to ecomm express logistics kindly check or track with AWB bill number.

      When raised several queries on ecomm express portal there is no response from them till now.

                  The ecom express closed my complaint without proper resolution. My orders keep on return by vellakoil delivery agents. They never called me for delivery and never tried to deliver. I request to government to insist severe actions to correct ecom express and save public further.

                      My order keep on returned to seller by ecom express fraud agents in vellakoil.
                      Awb [protected] returned without contact me.
                      New order awb:
                      [protected] also done fake update. Might will return soon.
                      Ecom express not taken any action against vellakoil hub fraud agents. I have done multiple complaint on customer care. So i expecting government to resolve the same due to ecom express keep on safeguards fraud agents. And government need to force ecom express must share delivery agent mobile number to customer for easier product delivery.

And due to size issues i have placed return request, the delivery boys took the products and didn't updated and saying' packing covers are limited, we will update later'.                               My packet is mean to deliver on 9 september and i wait whole day for delivery boy but at the end of the day i check status of my packet its shown delivered even there delivery marked my signature and on the other side i didn't even get my packet and after that i complaint about it on customer care at that time they answered it take 72 hours to resolve your problem and after that i call complaint center so many time but i always get this response like it take 48 hours to solve problem it take 24 hour it take 48 hour always they give me time and i wait and even after 15 days i didn't even get any solution even they just listen my first line about my packet and after that they just answered its takes 24 hour or it take 48 hours and all i really wants to know in which world my packet gone what happen to that they even promised me your problem is solving on priority base but i still didn't get any results help me my packet id is [protected] and my name is keshav

                                      The issue is more broader.
                                      Issue is we are registered as supplier on Meesho platform. Our orders assign to Ecom Express. But But...Pickup person denying to come for pickup at our registered address and call us every day to handover parcel at his location.
                                      Now i guess its clear to you to provide us resolution.
