My order keep on returned to seller by ecom express fraud agents in vellakoil.
Awb [protected] returned without contact me.
New order awb:
[protected] also done fake update. Might will return soon.
Ecom express not taken any action against vellakoil hub fraud agents. I have done multiple complaint on customer care. So i expecting government to resolve the same due to ecom express keep on safeguards fraud agents. And government need to force ecom express must share delivery agent mobile number to customer for easier product delivery.

New order awb:
20 1754 8657 (new complaint). My alternate number 6382052425 if need to contact. I thought delivery agents only fraud. Now the company also proved they too fraud by marking issue resolved without doing any disciplinary action

The AWB no does not match the shipment your delivery agent has picked up.
We have not received AWB no regarding the picked up item and he has not given us any confirmation message about it as well.
I really want to contact the delivery agent who was operating in our location in sept 7- Sept 8 time.
You can surely have the details.The same person has taken the shipment on Sept 8th as I have already mentioned above.Please get me the details of the agent who has visited to our place as we had a talk on Sept 8th regarding our shipment misplace and he said it has been given to your warehouse.
