There was return picked up by Ecom Express on 7th Sept 2020, AWB[protected], Return ID- [protected] but is not delivered to Myntra warehouse and we have received our refund yet.
The product has been picked up by Ecom Express Agent operating in the locality having PIN code- 752054, Place-Sai anand Apartment.
The Agent visited our apartment twice first on 7th Sept for a Saree pickup and next day on 8th Sept for other two products return.
I really want to raise a complaint against the agent and it was really unresponsive behaviour from his side.
We need clarification on this as soon as possible or else we will be raising this concern further to higher autorities.

Hi,
The AWB no does not match the shipment your delivery agent has picked up.
We have not received AWB no regarding the picked up item and he has not given us any confirmation message about it as well.
I really want to contact the delivery agent who was operating in our location in sept 7- Sept 8 time.
You can surely have the details.The same person has taken the shipment on Sept 8th as I have already mentioned above.Please get me the details of the agent who has visited to our place as we had a talk on Sept 8th regarding our shipment misplace and he said it has been given to your warehouse.
It's been a month since we posted our complaint. And still you have not responded yet? We are not getting our refund back. Your delivery guy misplaced our product and now we have to suffer. You can atleast find out easily the guy from ECOM express who picked our other orders, the same guy who mistook the Satrani Saree as to be picked by him. Can You please kindly give us his contact number. He will be able to answer where the order is.

    My order from myntra with AWB NO [protected] was sheduled to deliver on 29 sep 2020 but it was not delivered to me.I called at ecom xpress office Mohanpur Samastipur Bihar and talked to some delivery agent with phone no [protected] he talks very rude any misbehave with me and said that he only deliver parcel of same delivery not deliver parcel which delivery date passesout.He said that at any cost he will not deliver my parcel to me.I recieved order more than 100 times from other delivery agencies but before no delivery partern misbehave with me or never talks like that.Kindly avoid this type of misbehaviour to customer andtry to deliver my order fadt to me.

      I have requested to pick up my product with order id 94294753 from meesho reselling app. Reverse pick up from ecom express with AWB number[protected] was done on 22.08.2020. But status of my request shows return pickup was not completed. A courier boy from ecom express took my product back but i didnt got my refund due to wrong status.

        As per the tracking details, my parcel is at calicut medical collage location of ecomexpress couriers for last 10 days. But the delivery to my office address, in calicut city, is still pending. I have contacted twice with their customer care regarding the issue. But they are not responding.

                  My order is not delivered till now it has medicines and it was suppose to be delivered by 22nd sep. Till not its not delivered and customer care is worst

                    My order from Flipkart arrived at the Ecom office on 25 September and it was out for delivery on 26 September which I missed. On 27 September I went to the office enquiring my order with my id card but they refused to give me that order on that day and told me they will deliver it tomorrow but today I am writing this as I have not received the order still it's not out for delivery and I heard the supervisor talking to the delivery executive in an unethical way to regarding the consumer that they should not wait for any consumer more than 5 minutes and cancel the order. This thing is a really unfair means of practice and a kind of consumer exploitation that many consumers are unaware of. This kind of impolite manner doesn't suit any office and they are intentionally making the delivery delay to make the consumer pay for their inquiry, such an unethical manner they do. If the product they received 5 days ago then what is the point of delivering the order the 6th day (the last day of delivery), they may have delivered the product within 3 days if it was missed by 1 day at least they could have made it the 3rd day but no there is no response from the Ecom express till now. Now I am going to file a complaint in the consumer forum regarding this kind o[censored]nethical intentional exploitation of the consumer.

                      "Pickup rescheduled" status for last 5 days does my package is lost or forgotten or no space in vehicle to transfer?

                      As checked with Myntra their one and only response is we handed over to ecomm express logistics kindly check or track with AWB bill number.

                      When raised several queries on ecomm express portal there is no response from them till now.

                                  The ecom express closed my complaint without proper resolution. My orders keep on return by vellakoil delivery agents. They never called me for delivery and never tried to deliver. Ecom express refused to give me delivery agent name and mobile number. Customer care not provided any resolution. I request to government to insist severe actions to correct ecom express and save public further.

                                      My order keep on returned to seller by ecom express fraud agents in vellakoil.
                                      Awb [protected] returned without contact me.
                                      New order awb:
                                      [protected] also done fake update. Might will return soon.
                                      Ecom express not taken any action against vellakoil hub fraud agents. I have done multiple complaint on customer care. So i expecting government to resolve the same due to ecom express keep on safeguards fraud agents. And government need to force ecom express must share delivery agent mobile number to customer for easier product delivery.

                                        My order with tracking id [protected] shows delivered but i didn't receive it. I didn't get any calls from the courier or my neighbors didn't get it either. I have complained multiple times to ecom but there has been no response from their end. I have been waiting for the past three days.
