My order with tracking id [protected].
It shows delivered but i haven't received it. I have complained multiple times to ecom regarding this but there's been no response from their end. They simply ask me to wait and i have been waiting for the past three days. I didn't get any calls from courier and my neighbors didn't receive it either.
This is really disappointing. Please arrange for my delivery as soon as possible.

    I have ordered a roadster white shirt and highlander black pant in myntra.. And due to size issues i have placed return request, the delivery boys took the products and didn't updated and saying' packing covers are limited, we will update later'. Now the time is over and didn't updated and products also with them... The delivery boys behaviour is rude and not responsible...
    I had complained to myntra customer care but no use... I want my refund or if not possible please return my products back to me... I have been complaining this continuously but neither myntra nor ecom delivery boys responding and resolving...

      My packet is mean to deliver on 9 september and i wait whole day for delivery boy but at the end of the day i check status of my packet its shown delivered even there delivery marked my signature and on the other side i didn't even get my packet and after that i complaint about it on customer care at that time they answered it take 72 hours to resolve your problem and after that i call complaint center so many time but i always get this response like it take 48 hours to solve problem it take 24 hour it take 48 hour always they give me time and i wait and even after 15 days i didn't even get any solution even they just listen my first line about my packet and after that they just answered its takes 24 hour or it take 48 hours and all i really wants to know in which world my packet gone what happen to that they even promised me your problem is solving on priority base but i still didn't get any results help me my packet id is [protected] and my name is keshav

              The issue is more broader.
              Issue is we are registered as supplier on Meesho platform. Our orders assign to Ecom Express. But But...Pickup person denying to come for pickup at our registered address and call us every day to handover parcel at his location.
              Now i guess its clear to you to provide us resolution.

                  Hi,

                  I had booked a product via decathlon application with awb no: [protected] and decathlon order id: [protected]. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 19 th of september. Fortunately for me it had arrived earlier and was out for delivery on 14 th september. The worst part is that even after being out for delivery for the past one week, i haven’t received my product yet for which i have already made the payment online. I have tried connecting the delivery boy as well as your courier service provider ecom express and to my surprise they haven’t registered any issue with this. And the delivery boy has been so irresponsible that once i tried contacting him via the agent he told me, he’s out to play games and my delivery will be delivered within 24 hours. No status of my previous complaints is available and the irresponsiblity of your service is too much that i ll have to move legally for the way you are treating your customers and making me wait for 168 hours for my product till now which is already out for delivery. If this is the same response that i m getting, the usual response of “delivery within 24 hours” i ll have to go for strict methods for the way you are treating us.

                        I have an order through amazon which was transported by ecomx. I mean worst thing to do to a parcel. It was 17th sep that my order was out for delivery. No calls till 1 pm so i was worried as they do not get so much parcel to deliver that it would take more than that, its of course because of the poor service. Then i checked my tracking status and it says it was delivered. What? I rushed to ask my neighborhood but no one have picked it up. I checked my phone but no one from ecomx had called me. I was really worried. 2 days went by but there was no sign of delivery or call. Suddenly today i got a call from them and they said that they were not feeling to come to my house that day to deliver, so instead of giving customer not responded they gave delivered status. I got really furious. Are they just kidding me with those stupid reasons. Then i asked what about actual delivery. They said that i have to come to their office to pick it up, around 6 kms. Now tell me what can i do. I just ignored my parcel as if they don't deliver i'll not pick it up anyways, but now i am afraid that i'll not even be receiving the refund. Help me asap or otherwise i have to file a case on this matter.

                              Hello,
                              I had a parcel coming from ecom express, and it had not shown much status updates and it's more that 18 days in transit. But now, after reaching the final delivery station it is shown as being returned, but no one has contacted me on the phone or mail or through any other means yet. If I was contacted, i would be happy to pick up from the delivery centre, if it was not possible to deliver to my exact address, but i was never contacted, not even a single missed call. So please help regarding this matter. I have attatched screenshots containing the awb for your reference.

                                Hello,

                                This is regarding my shipment with ecom express [protected], which is not being delievered by the local courier even after it has reached the DC rather a false remark has been updated which states "customer not available", since its a high value package shipped from abroad via skynet, I need this package immediately but im sensing a foul play in this as no one is helping me out from the customer care....

                                I was supposed to get an order of medicines delivered yesterday with tracking #[protected]. The delivery executive called me and adked me to collect the order midway from him. When i refused he gave it at a shop midway and told me to collect from there. Only my parents are at home and they cant travel and get the order. That’s why i chose a courier with door delivery. Now tracking the order shows that it has gone into ofd lock and will take 24to48 hours for it to unlock and they will then deliver it to my address. Ecom customer care executives doesnot understand the issue and asked me to simply wait. I’ve seen many similar complaints online again ecom express. Please steer clear of them as they seem irresponsible about their services

                                  Ordered an item from amazon.in with tracking id [protected].
                                  On 16th sep'20 at 18:03 hrs a message came that delivery attempted but customer not available.
                                  But the truth is no one called even once. And the fact is that since my child's online classes start at 18:00 hrs so my family is always home by that time. So it is a case of clear lie. (This type of incident has happened before also with ecom delivery). They also said that delivery will be attempted the next day. But today on 17th sep'20 no delivery nor any call received from ecom personnel. And then ecom will return the product stating "customer not available at home", and this has happened earlier also. (It is to be noted that i have received products through other delivery companies today 17.09.20 in the evening).

                                  For your information, in the last month alone i have received more than 20 items from different online sites. And problem always happens with ecom delivery in our area. With all other delivery companies i do not face these type of problems. Other company delivery agents always call before they come and are very polite.

                                    My order for the product awb no:[protected], has not yet delivered since yesterday.. The status shows that "customer requested for future delivery", but the delivery boy said that he will deliver today.. But i still didnt receive it today

                                    Please deliver my product as fast as possible

                                      Four time i experienced the delay delivery from ecom as it takes minimum 10days to reach the consignment from bhiwandi to vapi, which is horrible. And the worst part is no updation about the consignment while tracking in online, its only showing that "in transit". The consignment send from bhiwandi on 9/9 and no updation about the consignment after 12/9. And till date not received the consignment.
                                      Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
