Delivery person is so rude qnd bad behaviour and denied my door step delivery and person is Coughing so much and not wearing a mask totally the person was very bad please remove him from my area delivery

      I have received the courier on 10th-sep-2020 @11.50am, after i opened the package cover i was shocked that mi.com sticker already scratched. And the inside the box mobile phone are not found. Immediately i have called and informed to the deliver person who has delivered the courier and his mobile no. Is [protected]. Kindly help me to give back the missing product.

        Reference no 505608. This is regarding updating kyc for paytm at door step. The ecom executive mr. Sai (Mobile[protected] has come in morning at 10am today took all the details and told server is not working comeback in an hour. It’s 5pm still he didn’t turn up and not lifting the call.

          A month ago i purchased two products from myntra which delivered by e com express. I returned both the product the very next day of purchase as i didn't like them. And the agent came and picked the product up from me but never informed the myntra about the same. I got the message o[censored]nable to pickup product the very day i returned the product. I called myntra for the same but no help. Then i somehow contacted the person who picked it up from me. He himself claimed that he has the product but as there is some issue on their side they cannot return it yet but eventually they will do so i get assured that it is safe there. But that's not all he used and dirtied the product and now i have neither the products and nor the refund which i should have get. The ecom agent did that not only to me but quite a lot of person around me. I am going to file a complaint against the ecom for not regulating their staff in my area and doing these kind of cheap scam with the consumers and the company itself.

            Hi my name is vishnu dinesh,

            I have ordered a product in flip kart. The product price was rs.999 and it was cash on delivery. On 14/09/2020 product received and product awb [protected]. Ecom express executive [protected]. The delivery boy ask rs.1030 and i pay rs.1000 through phone pe. But he started shouting against me for money and taken me to police station for about one hout i was in police station for this silly matter. And the police inspector finally warned the delivery boy sathish. Also police inspector ask me to give a complaint against ecom express in consumer court. I am also going to do that. Also i met the advocate and informed the matters he will file the complaint against ecom express soon. Also the delivery boy was telling that here after we wont deliver any of your products. Kindly look into this and sort out before 20 september 2020 or else we will meet in consumer court.

                I ordered a product in myntra and the tracking in myntra says. 'shipped.' and ecom express keeps on updating either or all of the following everyday

                - pickup rescheduled for next day 11 sep
                - pickup rescheduled for next day 12 sep
                -pickup rescheduled for next day 13 sep
                -pickup rescheduled for next day 14 sep

                Kindly check the attached photo for reference.

                As per myntra, the item was ordered on 10 september, 2020 and shipped on 11 dec, 2020. But ecom express just updates same thing everyday.

                Will i get the order at all?

                    This is my awb#[protected] (Ecom express) which was supposed to be delivered on 5th sep 2020. It was a prepaid order from glowroad. They updated the status to delivered but they did not deliver it to me. Whenever i called them they only ask me to wait for another 24 to 48 hours. Even after one week they say the same and they hung up on me. It has been 8 days and still they're asking us to wait. I have raised many complaints but no resolution from them. I request to take strict action against ecom express courrier services for this.

                          There was a courier that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it didn't happen. And surprisingly, the status shows as delivered. How is this even possible? Never expected such irresponsibility from Ecom Express. I will be adding the last message I have received,

                          Dear Customer, your WEGUARANTEE.IN "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM executive Ph: [protected] PIN: *********(will mail the number is needed).

                          After this, no idea what happened. When I check the status, it's showing as delivered. I tried to reach the executive with the number given and its saying the awb number as incorrect. Great right?

                          Kindly do the needful and make sure that I receive my item. If not, I will be filing a case against the company no matter what extend I might have to go.

                          Hope you will find and deliver my courier soon.

                            I have received a call regarding my Amazon order I was in a busy schedule so unable to attend first two calls from the delivery person and I lifted the third call but the delivery person talked in such a way that he is not asking about the address and other first of all he is demanding me that "why are you not attending the call, i[censored] not attend the call we will return the order then u will face issue " in such a way he was continuously arguing with me that time and he was at my address and the person demanding to come out of house to collect the order is this a way to deliver the order and behaviour I said to leave the order at door but he refused and left the order on the road near my house and he was calling and telling me that I have left the order on the road near the house. The behaviour and the attitude of the person was not good and hurted us . First of all they were keeping the order with them and delivery very late and also not mentioning the reason and on delivery process their conversation was very rude . Please take action against the person. I am attaching the order id and the contact number of the person he refused to say the name . Please take action and doesn't repeat for the second time
