I have a reverse pick up order from myntra but it didnt got completed and its my second tym. On the first tym they failed to pickup and they are not solving my issues there customer care is also unreachsble so i don't know where to contact and i have a fear they gonna cancel it again

          Gretings,

          I am subhendu dinda, last on 03/09/2020, i purchase one solar panel through online from amazon.in and its home delivery service through ecom express, which is airway bill #[protected], and order id #[protected], the solar panel price 2199.00 rupees. My item already arrived near my home town at ramnagar, west bengal on 07/09/2020. And from my house to home town city (Ecom express store) distance is almost 20 kilometer but, still now the ecom express delivery agent not bring my item to my home address, i already ask the delivery agent for deliver my item to my home address, then he told me customer should come and collect her material from ecom express store, they cannot deliver to my home address, when i told him as per law my materials should reach to my home address by courier service, then he misusage and unethical behavior with me, even i contact to amazon customer service regarding this issue and they register complaint against ecom express delivery agent, but the delivery agent don’t care, finally delivery agent promise they cannot deliver my item to my home address, and it’s really tragic for me. This item is very urgent for my family and last 5 days i am waiting for this.

          So i request you, please take the necessary action to deliver my item at my home address asap, i hope you can understand this situation and please consider this issue as a high priority and do the needful sir.

            Hello, i have a package (Tracking no.: [protected]) that is showing shipment rto locked status today. There was no update in its status for the last 5 days and it is showing this status today. Also, i havent been contacted by anyone from ecom express yet. So why is my package in this exception status? I want it delivered. Please do something needful. I tried contacting ecom express from the form in their website but i havent even received any reply for the past 2 days also. So please help.

                  I ordered honda amaze mirror parts on www.boodmo.com and they dispatched item through ecom express. As per tracking information on ecom express, my item reached my city on 04th sep 2020 but till date parcel not delivered. Ecom express customer care executive said parcel is misplaced.                     I am from fatehabad haryana
                    I want to complain about my parcel that was out for delivery on 3rd september 2020 and same day, and the same day i went to an office to get my parcel, then he refused to give the parcel and did not say the parcel. Do what you want to do. Call whom he calls.
                    I already colpaint about this but did not even get any response with email id of ecomexpress and email id of xiaomi.com.
                    But today the wishmaster doesn't deliver my parcel and he said to me that the parcel is cancelled by xiomi.com and also he said that the parcel is cancelled...

                    So today i call at xiomi.com and the emplyoe of xiomi told me that cod parcel is not canclled by xiomi com but ecom express told me parcel is cancelled by xiomi.com...

                    And i go to ecom.com he talk to me in rudely behaviour and told me that get out of here and i doesn't deliver your parcel...

                    Sir, please justice me, otherwise i will have to forcefully file a police complaint and call the media and show a live telecast of his handiwork.
                    So plz take action about ecom express in fatehabad haryana.

                        My parcel dispatched from fatehabad on 28th august, 2020. The delivery location is kalugur, tamilnadu. On 4th september the tracking details showed that the parcel is in musiri which is very far from the delivery address. There is no update for the next 3 days. Then on 8th september it is showing that the parcel is returned. The parcel hadn't reached the delivery location then how it has been returned due to rto lock? This is the awb no. [protected]

                            Please refer my awb no.[protected] (Ecom express) which was already reached at delivery centre on 06 se 2020 and not deliverd till 08 sep 2020 even after contacted the customer care executive four times. All the executives promise for a call back by concerned team found false statement as i have not received any call back. Both contact number of delivery centre given by executives found in automatic rejected mode. I am experiencing the worst service from ecom express..

                                    I have ahipped using ecom express and my tracking id is [protected].
                                    The delivery went for delivery and asked the customer to come and pick from the location where he is calling her. The customer is a very old lady she is 86 years old lady. She rarely move out from the house. She ordered from me because in her neighbour one ordered from me and the product was delivered to her house but in her case the delivery boy is asking her to go to the point he is calling her. Very unsatisfied with this experience will never use ecom express again in my life and will not suggest to any of my clients or acquaintances.

                                      My tracking id [protected] is taking too long to reach the destination even after reaching guwahati as shown in tracking. My last order also took very long after reaching guwahati for a suspicious reason. There seems to be a lack of coordination between ecom and myntra. The statements of both of them mismatch while the staff of ecom also r inconsistent as far as providing the same info.
                                      Please expedite the process of delivery this time to secure the future of our mutually fruitful relation with both the companies.

                                        Ecom express not providing the mobile number of the delivery agent when he is out for delivering the product.
                                        When picking up a call from them, it gets disconnected.
                                        When call back, they won't answer.

                                        If you are not able to deliver the product, why are you taking up the delivery from the sellers?

                                        This happened a few days back,
                                        Now the same thing will happen. Saying that the customer is not available due to covid-19, even when the delivery agent hasn't called the customer or there is no containment zone.
                                        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        What do you mean by the above statement. The product was shipped from high risk category areas and then to Calicut/Kozhikode (low to medium risk area). So you don't have issues in the above high risk areas ? If your delivery agents / or their area is under the containment zone, then why don't you guys ask the seller to stop shipping through Ecom Express.

                                        As far as I know this area is not under a containment zone and buses / auto-rickshaws are plying there.

                                        The problem here is that your delivery agent is not picking up his phone or assuring the customer when he is able to deliver the product. Every person know that it will take some time to get a product, but returning a product without intimating the customer or giving him proper directions is unprofessional.

                                        From your initial reply you updated that the delivery center lies under the containment zone. So, how come your delivery agent is out for delivery at 10:28 AM.

                                        My area is just 10 kms away from this location. I'm not living in a gated community nor there is a lock on my gate. If he had reached my area and called, I would have gladly guided him right to my home. But the fact is that he never called and just send updated that the customer is not available due to COVID-19

                                        You can fool lot of customers with your reply, but don't fool try to fool everyone.

                                        What bs is this.

                                        What other arrangements can you provide to have the product delivered. If this delivery agent is having issues, then why don't you ask the seller to stop shipping the product through Ecom Express ? If there is an option for customer to select the delivery company, I wouldn't ever opted you.

                                        Did you ask the delivery agent regarding the delivery?
                                        Was it delivered by the delivery agent or was it picked up by the customer ?

                                        After many calls, I was able to find out the address of the delivery center. I traveled 20 kms to get the package and then those guys updated that it was delivered by the delivery team.

                                        When questioned about their attitude, they said that they are not able to deliver the package till my home. They will be able to deliver the product at Balussery, which is 2 km away from my home. So I asked why they haven't called the customer regarding the package. They updated that it was wrongly routed to a different pincode / address and reach their office. So if they accept they package, then it will become a trend and you guys will simply ship everything to them.

                                        To be frank, for every question, they are giving vague answers.

                                        What does this mean. Online store sells the product and you guys are supposed to deliver the product to the customer. Customer don't have a choice to select the delivery agent. So the whole responsibility is yours. You do have the address, pin code, mobile number of the customer and a mouth to talk. You guys can call the customer and intimate him.

                                        I don't mind travelling to the delivery office to get the product, if it is less than 5 kms. But in this case, the distance is 20 kms.

                                        So if you are not able to deliver the product, then why are you not accepting them at the source itself rather making the customer wait and then return the product, if the customer doesn't call the delivery agent.

                                        I want the status of this delivery to be change to "Picked up by the customer" rather than "Delivered by the Agent". These agent might have done to get some monetary benefits.

                                        You guys traveled from Delhi to Hyderabad (1500 kms) in 4 days, Hyderabad to Waleyar (1000 kms) in 2 days and from Waleyar to Thamarassery (160 kms) in 5 days ? Why ?

                                        What happened from waleyar to thamarassery. We are prime members of various shopping sites and as per
                                        them the delivery will happen in maximum a week.
                                        So what was your delivery team doing from Tuesday, 1 September 2020 to Saturday, 5 September 2020

                                        Last is the perfect comedy.
                                        Your delivery team traveled to my home (Out for delivery at 11:08 AM and reached my home 20 kms away in 2 minutes ehh... ? ) May be he forgot to change the destination this time .
