I am from fatehabad haryana
I want to complain about my parcel that was out for delivery on 3rd september 2020 . And the same day I go to an office to get my parcel, then he refused to give the parcel and did not say the parcel. Do what you want to do. Call whom he calls.
I already complaint about this but did not even get any response with email id of ecomexpress and email id of xiaomi.com.
and Sir, he does not go to deliver the parcel himself, we have to go there and receive the parcel ourselves. while, if we ever get any work, then he says plz take your parcel at aftrnoon 4 o'clock. otherwise your parcel will be cancelled.
But today the wishmaster doesn't deliver my other parcel and he said to me that the parcel is cancelled by xiomi.com and also he said that the parcel is cancelled...
So today i call at xiomi.com and the emplyoe of xiomi told me that cod parcel is not canclled by xiomi com but ecom express told me parcel is cancelled by xiomi.com...
And i go to ecom.com he talk to me in rudely behaviour and told me that get out of here and i doesn't deliver your parcel...
Sir, please justice me, otherwise I will have to forcefully file a police complaint and call the media and show a live telecast of his handiwork.
so plz take action about ecom express in fatehabad haryana.
