I have ordered a rain jacket and lower from wildcraft, in your tracking it was showing the product was delivered on 21st 10.05 am, but i didn't receive any package. It's a prepaid package....

I had ordered a product from flipkart which was shipped through Ecom express, on sun 23rd i recieve a msg from ecom stating product is out for delivery, but the delivery person did not contact me anf just updated that i am nog available, the next day 24th again i recieve a msg product is out for delivery so this time i called the courier person he informed that he would deliver it in half an hour, but again after making me wait for the whole...

I have placed an order on Reliance Digital on 11th August 2020, The order was couriered through Ecom Express of AWB No. [protected] and it has reached the nearest delivery center on 14th August 2020. But it is not attempted to deliver to home yet. Once I checked with the Ecom express contact no. they told the area is not deliverable due to covid 19 situation. but another order from the first cry for the same address was delivered quickly....

It has been over a month since initial shipping date of the product and it's being delayed over and over again. From 21st JULY to 19th AUG the pickup of the shipment was delayed due to various reasons and from 20th AUG onward the status has been "Shipment RTO Lock" without any further updates...

I have ordered a product from amazon with awb no [protected] and it is at the delivery centre since 19th of august. The product has not delivered now it is not getting delivered it has been almost 4days.The delivery centre is not contacting me and not even delivering to me. I need my product...

I ordered 3 dresses from firstcry. Two received to me but one is missing. They are saying product is delivered but not recieved to me. Delivery boy of ecom service on 19/08/20 morning and said it's difficult to deliver in a distant place and only one product in your location etc. Later i tried to call ecom centre and it's location centre. But it's failed. Now the order shows as undelivered. Hence my product returned. Please ensure the good service from ecom express. (Awb[protected])

Even after calling up customer service more than 8 times over 5 days, they are yet to deliver the AWB Number:[protected]. The website does not information and every time i call up, the response is to wait for 24hrs. its been more than 20 days since despatch and its at the delivery point for more than 5 days being held for no reason. they also update the wrong status...

I ordered flipkart one moto back cover, but ecom express message to me 14 th august today delivery date & share me awb number.
14 th august ecom delivery boy not called to me full day but 14:30 message from ecm your shipment delivered and handover to the main gate security. This tim i called main gate security but security told to me no one percel received through ecom express.

Few Item purchased through Amazon on 8th August 2020.

Amazon tracking status showed that package arrived at Bhor, Pune, Maharshatra on 12th August. (5 days laying in ECOM EXPRESS)

since then it is hold by that courier office and NOBODY from that office made contact on my phone or delivery attempt to my place.

But Status updated as "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED"
