        I ordered Heypex Wireless Keyboard on 27/08/2020 and is ready for delivery on 5/9/2020.The agent informed me that item could not be delivered at home and I told him that I am ready to come to the nearby town and collect the item. Even then he behaved badly and refused to hear me.

            The delivery executive got my cod order and asked me to pay and i paid money in phone pay to their office manager pratap's account bommanahalli, bangalore as i didn't have money handy and i returned the product due to wrong product delivered then when i asked for money to the delivery executive he said with in 2 working days the amount will be sent back to my wallet or account but they are not answering my calls hence raising the complaint

                Full description: order delivery and reverse delivery was booked by the service partner nokia. The pickup person did not provide any receipt to us however when we checked online the package shows delivered. It is been now one month and no one has bothered to update us. Every day we have been speaking to them and we get getting stupid responses stating wait for 24-48 hours we are arranging a callback. Seems no one is bothered and people don't care what is happening. I just want to receive my package back and don't want anything else. Please help us out.

                On top of it, the customer care people keep telling us to do whatever you want we don't care. We are under distress and undue stress because of such people and pathetic companies.

                    But the negligence of the delivery boy he say the amount is not paid till

                                  Courier boy picked up an extra shipment on 13th Aug'20 from customer and upon reporting this to customer care, they did not registered a complaint for this. Upon reaching to customer care multiple times, they raised a complaint on 20th Aug. Every time I reached out to customer care asking for the complaint status, every time they mentioned that it will be resolved in 24 hours. It has been more than 18 days now and no resolution has been provided.

                                  On 1st September, I spoke to Abhishek Solanki (Senior Advisor - Escalation Department) and he assured that the resolution would be provided in 24 hours. On 2nd Sep when I called back customer care to check the status, I was able to spoke to Harish Kumar (SME - Escalation Department) who denied that he cannot assist me and I need to reach out to seller as that product is already delivered. Upon asking where the extra shipment was delivered and completely denied to help me and upon asking the next level of escalation he again denied to provide any email for the next level of escalation. It has been more than 18 days and customer care including escalation department is handling this request irresponsibly. I would request to look into this on priority and get this resolved as soon as possible.

                                  It has been more than 4 days and no one has contacted me to provide any resolution for the same. Stop saying lie in front of public and consumer forum that you have notified the customer care about it. You guys don't have shame in speaking lie in front of big forum like this
