      Ecom executive mis behaved with the customer and didn't do their job properly. They behave like they are the king and expect us to follow their orders. They never deliver on the adress and call customer privately (Which invades their privacy). When customer go to their office they misbehave with them and threat them to cancel their parcel.

          Yesterday i recieved a message that order is out for delivery. But delivery boy didnt make a single call. Then the status shows that order undelivered due to unaccessible location. Because of delivery boys misbehaviour i didnt get my product. Today i went to courier service, they told that product is return. What a worst service of courier service. Only out for delivery message came yesterday. No message recieved about returning the order. I really need my product as soon as possible. Plz sort it out this problem. They say that we return the product. But they didn't even contact us. If these is going like this we will proceed it legally through consumer court or locally.

              Airway bill no.[protected] of ecom express.
              Showing status delivered to seller on 29.08.2020 but we have completely in loackdown 0n 29 & 30 august 2020. It's surprising how & whom they delivered ?
              saharanpur office is doing a bog scandal to kept the return business parcel from amazon 7 other ecom company.
              Kindly ask them to provide pod for the same. I have so many return article which is not yet delivered.

                My product is 8 days delayed from the expected day of delivery - nor the logistics company or the samsung support is taking any action. I get a standard reply of tracking details when i contact and told we've raised the issue and you'll be contacted in 24 hours (Which is a myth - i've called and raised thrice now in 8 days)
                Calls are being ghosted for minutes and now i have been blocked for calling them. I have done so many escalations but nor results.

                Shipping tracking is a fraud - the packages move from one hub to another - no communication, no response

                  Recently ordered some goods from munaffa.com. The package was quite a bit heavy. Then when the courier boy asked me that dont order this goods later or else I will not bring it to deliver. But it had to order that goods as it was essential. When next time I ordered it was shipped from the company but the courier boy really did the same as he told. I got a message at 7.31 am as "Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN [protected] will deliver your MUNAFFA AwB [protected] today. Rs 5004.02 payable". And at 8.20am I got a message as "Your MUNAFFA order AwB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected]". The the same thing was delivered before in the same address. He refused to deliver the package because of its weight. Please take my complain under consideration

                    I have ordered a product in zoom and i received a notification correctly till the product is out for delivery which is on 26th August. But i didn't received any package till now and also didn't received any notification as delivered. I have check the tracking of ecom express now only it shows delivered status.                         I have ordered an product through firstcry and it reached ' walayar hub' on 20th august and there is no movement from there. Everytime when i complaint about this to ecom express they are saying 24 to 48 hours and no update after the mentioned time.
                        Ecom express customer care executives are ending the call with fake expected date and making me wait for weeks. And customer care executives are behaving very rudely to the concerns

                            Ecom express Representatives say the order is returned, Whereas ADISports online say the order hasn't reached them. I need my refund. This is not fair. Someone should please take the appropriate action,
                            The shipping portal has said that they haven't recieved the shipment. Besides I would like to know why the decision to return the shipment was taken in the first place and why I wasn't informed of the decision.

                              My tracking id [protected] is held at guwahati for a long time. When I called Ecom they said that myntra has cancelled it whereas myntra denied it. Now the tracking status is being shown as RTO LOCK REVOKED at Bangalore. I want delivery within the last date, i. e. 30th August. What manipulation is going on? The order contains a shirt and a pant and is prepaid.
                              Please ensure delivery within tomorrow. We are not even going to Dr tomorrow for this..

                              I had purchased a shirt and a pant from Myntra. That was ordered on 14 th aug. That was sent by Ecom Express. A few days ago when I tracked it it was shown at guwahati. Now after A few days when I made another enquiry finding again in ghy I was shocked to see that it was still at ghy. When I asked Ecom they told me that it was cancelled by Myntra, to which Myntra did not agree. Now it had been RTO locked and sent to Bangaluru. When I lodged a complaint they unlocked it but they seem to be very reluctant to proceed further though they say that it will be delivered but they can't mention any delivery schedule.                               The service regarding the delivery of my order is highly manipulated by both myntra and Ecom express. Both are blaming each other. One executive from ecom told me yesterday that the article is with them while another told me today that no instruction from myntra has been received to pick it up. They are just playing with my needs. The goods were reverted back to their source without my consent and after complaint they are reported to be redirected to me.. But today it happened as above. Please take strict action against both of them and ensure despatch today

                                From the last 3 days... They have been going round and round... With my delivery of the product.
                                There's no proper communication between the delivery boy and his supervisor and specially no one is bothered to inform me, about the happenings.
                                Who has given you the authority to change my delivery date.. With out my permission.??

                                  I have order a product on 3 days back and upon tracking the delivery status from last 3 days in economics express. Everyday it's displaying as pickup rescheduled. Please let me know the exact issue why you are not able to deliver the same.

                                  When i checked with myntra they told like product already shipped from their warehouse. They told like current location of product is ahmadabad.

                                    I am a supplier supplying products through meesho.. I am receiving wrong rtos.
                                    This has happened to me several times and what kind of fraud your company is doing with us?? I am not getting what i am dispatching. I will really file a complaint to higher authorities. Why i am receiving wrong rtos?? Everytime delivery persons come with rtos, i find that they are not my products and everytime i have to return them back to your delivery boys.                                       I ordered certain products which are expected to be delivered by Ecom express. There are multiple items for which the expected delivery was starting from Aug 25. For three days the delivery executive has been giving me a single ring missed call and failing the delivery. Two items already got cancelled stating that customer did not respond. When I am calling back to ecom express, no one picks up. Already called ecom express customer care twice. They said delivery will happen today. But again all i got was a call that rang for 1 second, that makes it impossible to pick up. Worst experience ever.
