The item was kept at waleyar hub for more than 10 days .Then Ecom express were didn't update their order status. Then last I Anlysed order status it's still on walayar hub again. Ecom Express has been one of the worst decisions that i have taken. My order of AWB no. Totally arrogant and rude behaviour when i visited to pick up my parcel at office. I visited because on day when i got msg that your parcel will deliver today that day because of network issue my call not connected with delivery guy. However, i tried to reschedule on next day and i did the process but still on next day no one came. I tried to reschedule on each day and waited for whole day to get my parcel. At last i personally visited office....

My package ordered through Reliance Digital and shipped through Ecom Express was RTO locked, not sure why the same happened.
The package reached my delivery centre but was not never delivered to me. I did not receive any calls from the courier company.
Now the tracking page shows the shipment is being returned.

Please remove the RTO lock and kindly deliver the product asap.

It been almost a month since I had placed an order in Medlife and the shipment reached the hub nearest to my place on July 29th.
Even after multiple complaints and escalations, I have not been contacted by any of Ecom Express's staff regarding the same.

Multiple complaints through the ecom express's website and through Medlife made, but still no response....

I have ordered medicines from Pharmeasy which are delivered via Ecomexpress.
This order delivery date was 16 th august.
But till now it has not been delivered,
these medicines are very much importatnt for my mother as she is a cancer patient and needs the medications once daily.
But these medications are not available in any of the shops in our town so i have ordered them,

I have ordered a product and it was to be delivered through ecom express. Since 9th august it shows that undelivered as customer not available but i haven't even recieved a call from the courier service. On 16th august it shows that shipment to rto lock. I have purchased the pre-paid order from flipkart. The order status showing delivered, but i didn't received the product. This kind of issue happened before also from ecom express members, they are not given the product but they put status delivered without our knowledge after complaint about the issue, they got delivered, now they are making same issue. They are not given security for prepaid orders. Kindly resolve the issue...
