    Hi sir,
    I'm writing this complaint because i had ordered a product from amazon and with was shipped through ecom express. It had reached my nearest hub but the delivery agents didn't even called me till now and now i could see that my product is returning to the seller. The delivery hub doesn't have any contact number even, so i couldn't contact them as well. Please return my product. Thamarassery ecom express agents are were poor in dealing with customers as well. I need my product as soon as possible.

      The pickup service didn't responded. I am student and for one month i m trying to return usmle first aid book..

        They deserve negative star.
        My shipment had reached on 18th of august and haven't received a call and it's the 27th august today. The amazon order status says "wrong address ecom express couldn't deliver". Total #. I have ordered along with that product many other stuffs which got delivered seamlessly before 18th august. Even the central customer care number of ecom apologise and raise tickets to no avail.
        Warning: if your product is to be delivered by ecom don't bother waiting, cancel and reorder from another seller

            I have order a product from flipkart

            Your flipkart order awb [protected] was undelivered as you refused to accept it.

            The delivery call me & when i pickup the call me didn't say anything to me & talking with some another random person. Also he didn't call back again & i received the above. Are the customer jokes to you?
            This happens almost 5times very bad service.

            My order was about to delivered till 19th july yet till now i. E 27 aug you guys are making fun of customer

              My order number[protected] reached kalpetta on[protected] by ecom.. They didn't even called me once and 26 aug when i checked order details i saw that the order was returned to the seller. When i tried to call them they were very harsh and told that they don't know anything.

                Sir/madam,
                I have ordered a product in flikart with Order ID - OD[protected] and AWB id-[protected]. The order is placed on 18th aug and it should be delivered by 24th aug but it is not yet. since 20th aug it is 25km away from me(courier service hub). They have delayed by 2days than promised date and asking me again to wait till 1st sep. I can't get any info since 20th aug.

                    I received call a week back that shipment could only be delivered on 25th aug even after reaching the final destination because their office was closed. So i said thats okay.But on 26th, the status of order is shown as Shipment RTO Locked and i havent received any calls thereafter.Kindly deliver the product.

                            Actually i missed the call of delivery boy in the first attempt. Later when i contacted customer care it was conveyed to me that the parcel will be delivered on next working day. But the parcel was not delivered..                                 I ordered a tshirt from ajio online shopping app and the courier was sent by ecom service. The courier was at delivered at center on 24/08/20 but they only acknowledged me about my parcel and never actually delivered the parcel saying like they don't deliver in remote areas. Kindly look into these matter.

                                  I am submitting this complaint here because if i raise complaint in ecom express no action be taken, that is for sure

                                  Subject :-

                                  I have ordered derma roller product via flipkart, and i have received a call from ecom express executive on[protected] and asked me the location and later on that day i didnt get any call from same . So i have called ecom express to this number - [protected] and entered Pin :[protected] and spoke to the same executive and he acted as if he didnt spoke to me such irresponsible person and later he confessed, he has missed the details and he will deliver the product on same day and didn't get delivered, this this happens normal with ecom express and no action to be taken from ecom express.

                                      I had ordered a product from flipkart which was shipped through Ecom express, on sun 23rd i recieve a msg from ecom stating product is out for delivery, but the delivery person did not contact me anf just updated that i am nog available, the next day 24th again i recieve a msg product is out for delivery so this time i called the courier person he informed that he would deliver it in half an hour, but again after making me wait for the whole day he updated that i requested for a future delivery whereas the courier boy does not have a basic courtesy to call, will i get my parcel, such a pathetic service by Ecom express

                                        I have placed an order on Reliance Digital on 11th August 2020, The order was couriered through Ecom Express of AWB No. [protected] and it has reached the nearest delivery center on 14th August 2020. But it is not attempted to deliver to home yet. Once I checked with the Ecom express contact no. they told the area is not deliverable due to covid 19 situation. but another order from the first cry for the same address was delivered quickly. after repeated calls, the status is now changed to "Shipment RTO Lock" without even attempting to deliver.
