They deserve negative star.
My shipment had reached on 18th of august and haven't received a call and it's the 27th august today. The amazon order status says "wrong address ecom express couldn't deliver". Total #. I have ordered along with that product many other stuffs which got delivered seamlessly before 18th august. Even the central customer care number of ecom apologise and raise tickets to no avail.
Warning: if your product is to be delivered by ecom don't bother waiting, cancel and reorder from another seller
