    I ordered a tshirt from ajio online shopping app and the courier was sent by ecom service. The courier was at delivered at center on 24/08/20 but they only acknowledged me about my parcel and never actually delivered the parcel saying like they don't deliver in remote areas. Kindly look into these matter.

      Hi Team,

      I am submitting this complaint here because if i raise complaint in ecom express no action be taken, that is for sure

      Subject :-

      I have ordered derma roller product via flipkart, and i have received a call from ecom express executive on[protected] and asked me the location and later on that day i didnt get any call from same . So i have called ecom express to this number - [protected] and entered Pin :[protected] and spoke to the same executive and he acted as if he didnt spoke to me such irresponsible person and later he confessed, he has missed the details and he will deliver the product on same day and didn't get delivered, this this happens normal with ecom express and no action to be taken from ecom express.

        I have ordered a rain jacket and lower from wildcraft, in your tracking it was showing the product was delivered on 21st 10.05 am, but i didn't receive any package. It's a prepaid package.

          I had ordered a product from flipkart which was shipped through Ecom express, on sun 23rd i recieve a msg from ecom stating product is out for delivery, but the delivery person did not contact me anf just updated that i am nog available, the next day 24th again i recieve a msg product is out for delivery so this time i called the courier person he informed that he would deliver it in half an hour, but again after making me wait for the whole day he updated that i requested for a future delivery whereas the courier boy does not have a basic courtesy to call, will i get my parcel, such a pathetic service by Ecom express

            I have placed an order on Reliance Digital on 11th August 2020, The order was couriered through Ecom Express of AWB No. [protected] and it has reached the nearest delivery center on 14th August 2020. But it is not attempted to deliver to home yet. Once I checked with the Ecom express contact no. they told the area is not deliverable due to covid 19 situation. but another order from the first cry for the same address was delivered quickly. after repeated calls, the status is now changed to "Shipment RTO Lock" without even attempting to deliver.

            When will the shippment will be reached to the shopping portal? pls check, atleast make it reach them as soon as possible so that i can process my refund immediately.

            Also, please provide the reason, why the shippment is not attempted to deliver to home?

              It has been over a month since initial shipping date of the product and it's being delayed over and over again. From 21st JULY to 19th AUG the pickup of the shipment was delayed due to various reasons and from 20th AUG onward the status has been "Shipment RTO Lock" without any further updates

                  I'm lokesh das. My awb number is [protected]. For an emergency reason i will be out of state for two months. And i will change my home. Kindly cancel the order. I've talked to medlife. They have told me as it's dispatched now they can't cancel it by themselves. So please cancel my order.

                    I ordered 3 dresses from firstcry. Two received to me but one is missing. They are saying product is delivered but not recieved to me. When i called on delivery boy's mobile number, asked me for awb number. I entered awb number, and every time till i am getting answer is incorrect awb number. My awb number is [protected].

Delivery boy of ecom service on 19/08/20 morning and said it's difficult to deliver in a distant place and only one product in your location etc. Later i tried to call ecom centre and it's location centre. But it's failed. Now the order shows as undelivered. Hence my product returned. Please ensure the good service from ecom express. (Awb[protected])

                                      Ive been complaining about the delivery of a package that was sent on 31st Jul. Even after calling up customer service more than 8 times over 5 days, they are yet to deliver the AWB Number:[protected]. The website does not information and every time i call up, the response is to wait for 24hrs. its been more than 20 days since despatch and its at the delivery point for more than 5 days being held for no reason. they also update the wrong status saying that the consignee asked for future delivery - which is a plain white lie.
