Dear Concern,
Few Item purchased through Amazon on 8th August 2020.
Amazon tracking status showed that package arrived at Bhor, Pune, Maharshatra on 12th August. (5 days laying in ECOM EXPRESS)
since then it is hold by that courier office and NOBODY from that office made contact on my phone or delivery attempt to my place.
But Status updated as "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED"
i asked Amazon about wrong status so they assured will give mail to instruct ECOM EXPRESS OFFICE IN BHOR.
Then next two days again message received "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED" but in reality nobody made contact to me.
I ordered few other products on same day with Same phone number and address (PIN 412205) which received to me. (off-course other Courier company)
But YOUR DELIVERY AGENT AT BHOR, PUNE, MAHARASHTRA OFFICE is giving false information to AMZON.
and now current situation is Product has been returned to Seller due to false status given by your BHOR OFFICE.
This is pathetic service..!
Please take strict action against responsible person.
I am worried below three products which i came to know that they are going to be handled by the same ECOM EXPRESS BHOR OFFICE.
