Ive been complaining about the delivery of a package that was sent on 31st Jul. Even after calling up customer service more than 8 times over 5 days, they are yet to deliver the AWB Number:[protected]. The website does not information and every time i call up, the response is to wait for 24hrs. its been more than 20 days since despatch and its at the delivery point for more than 5 days being held for no reason. they also update the wrong status saying that the consignee asked for future delivery - which is a plain white lie.

      I ordered flipkart one moto back cover, but ecom express message to me 14 th august today delivery date & share me awb number.
      14 th august ecom delivery boy not called to me full day but 14:30 message from ecm your shipment delivered and handover to the main gate security. This tim i called main gate security but security told to me no one percel received through ecom express.
      Still not received this shipment.
      I already complaint ecom express customer care but no on response correctly.

        Dear Concern,

        Few Item purchased through Amazon on 8th August 2020.

        Amazon tracking status showed that package arrived at Bhor, Pune, Maharshatra on 12th August. (5 days laying in ECOM EXPRESS)

        since then it is hold by that courier office and NOBODY from that office made contact on my phone or delivery attempt to my place.

        But Status updated as "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED"

        i asked Amazon about wrong status so they assured will give mail to instruct ECOM EXPRESS OFFICE IN BHOR.

        Then next two days again message received "DELIVERY ATTEMPTED" but in reality nobody made contact to me.

        I ordered few other products on same day with Same phone number and address (PIN 412205) which received to me. (off-course other Courier company)

        But YOUR DELIVERY AGENT AT BHOR, PUNE, MAHARASHTRA OFFICE is giving false information to AMZON.

        and now current situation is Product has been returned to Seller due to false status given by your BHOR OFFICE.

        This is pathetic service..!

        Please take strict action against responsible person.

        I am worried below three products which i came to know that they are going to be handled by the same ECOM EXPRESS BHOR OFFICE.

            I started receiving call as a Econ express deliver executive from this morning where I’m not. I never heard of that company itself when i called to the customer service with other number that customer service person is just keep on saying I have ordered something so receiving those calls and after so much explanation he understood what I said and told my number might be registered in some logistics so I’m receiving the calls. He didn’t even asked the number to which I’m receiving the calls and said i will not receive the calls further when I asked him cant he atleast check my number in his system then he asked my number and told he will log a complaint.Seriously, when your number dragged to some issue by other persons cant we just properly question then why it has been done. Phone number is more of Privacy issue and we will not give to any person especially and from this morning I keep on getting calls from unknown persons and for unknown parcels from unknown places . As a women this is very inconvenient for me and sad reality i cant even question and get answer from them

                    I am from kerala. I have purchased a mobile handset from mi.com . My product is conected when i referred current status but it's still on waleyar hub for unknown reasons. The item was kept at waleyar hub for more than 10 days .Then Ecom express were didn't update their order status. Then last I Anlysed order status it's still on walayar hub again. Now it is being Ashamed of your delivery service. The reason for kept that product in waleyar hub is unknown.                     Iam from kerala my product reached walyar hub 11 days before. Still they are not deliver.
                    Customer care says they will deliver it still no change happened.
                    Delhiveri is far better than ecom express so try that.

                    Iam from Kerala. I hd ordered a dress from meesho n meesho seller chose ecom as delivery partner. Now it's been 9 days my order is stuck at walayar hub. No response from there. Every 2 days after meesho changes the status as your delivery partner has changed your delivery date. I hv been waiting for the dress for past 1 week. It's nt abt xovid restrictions, bcs there is no triple lockdown n all. If there was lockdown, evn then ministry hs approved food delivery n corriour services. So i cnt figure out y this much delay???!!!

                          My name is Praveen, phone number [protected]. Am raising this complaint to find a solution to an unexpected problem shared below.

                          This order dated 7th Aug 20 through flipkart with AWB Number - [protected] is undelivered since 12th Aug 2020 by Ecom express. Neither Flipkart nor Ecom express have taken any steps to ensure delivery of this product inspite repeated requests and escalations.

                          The website tracker suggests its in Thalassery the place of delivery since 12th Aug 20 & the status updated is " Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer not available ". This is completely untrue.

                          Please note, none from this parcel company ever called me to deliver the product & to update a bizarre status without delivery attempt is completely unprofessional & unethical. Its evident since the status is never updated since 12 Aug 20 tracker & complaint is attached for your reference.

                          Inspite of everyday follow up call to the company customer service number [protected] the issue is not resolved.

                          My last escalation call was last handled by Mr Harish on 19 Aug 20. Inspite of repeated escalations, I have not seen this package delivered nor the status changed which makes me feel this package is lost or untraceble.

                          Hope somebody could take ownership & fix accountability to such irresponsible unprofessionalism in handling customers online purchase & product delivery.

                          Thanks for your delayed update, it was evident from day one in handling this package delivery. I was informed by Flipkart much before your update was posted.

                          Am not impressed by your poor response & lack of coordination for tracking my undelivered package. Will never ever opt for your service & would request Flipkart to refrain future deliveries through your company.

                          Wish customers don't go through such a worst clueless delivery unit.

                            Hello I must say ecom franchise have only irresponsible staff I have been complaining from last 13 days regarding my shipment & everytime gets that same reply wait for 48 hrs. A guy came for reverse pickup on 7/8/2020 at 1:33 pm he collected product from me & updated pickup not completed. Really like how can someone be so cheap . Please make it sure & provide me reverse pickup slip within 24 hrs because after these 24 hrs. It will meant for nothing . Tracking number[protected]. You just make me aware of your courier as well as customer care services from today onwards I will recommend everyone not to trust on ecom express because they are many loyal & honest courier service then why to go with such a fraud & irresponsible courier service..

                              Ecom Express has been one of the worst decisions that i have taken. My order of AWB no. [protected] was to be delivered on 14th of August and I also received a message sayin it would be delivered on 12th of August but I haven't received it till today.                                 Totally arrogant and rude behaviour when i visited to pick up my parcel at office. I visited because on day when i got msg that your parcel will deliver today that day because of network issue my call not connected with delivery guy. However, i tried to reschedule on next day and i did the process but still on next day no one came. I tried to reschedule on each day and waited for whole day to get my parcel. At last i personally visited office. When i visited office the guy tried to argue with me. He said that we only try to deliver first day you can’t reschedule it. Then i replied him that your company have the policy to reschedule. Then he said don’t know about company but i don’t do this silly procedure. I asked him for feedback book to write feedback. He refused for that and said i have load of more than 2000 parcel don’t waste my time if you want this parcel take it otherwise leave it. He was so rude and arrogant. Ecom express my humble request to keep polite staff and take strict action on this issue.

                                    My package ordered through Reliance Digital and shipped through Ecom Express was RTO locked, not sure why the same happened.
                                    The package reached my delivery centre but was not never delivered to me. I did not receive any calls from the courier company.
                                    Now the tracking page shows the shipment is being returned.

                                    Please remove the RTO lock and kindly deliver the product asap.

                                        It been almost a month since I had placed an order in Medlife and the shipment reached the hub nearest to my place on July 29th.
                                        Even after multiple complaints and escalations, I have not been contacted by any of Ecom Express's staff regarding the same.
                                        The AWB number is [protected].
                                        Multiple complaints through the ecom express's website and through Medlife made, but still no response.
                                        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
