I called cx care on[protected] daily i called them even today, there is no proper response, they used to put our call on hold, after 30 minutes call has been disconnected automatically. they will waste our time like anything.
ultimate twist is here, i had delivery person number, took from that date when he called for product delivery.i called him he checked with his franchisee manager said sorry mam amount collected twice we sent mail to our ecom express even though the team didn't refund my money yet. I order that in amazon. that is jio dongle .
cx executives (mahendran, deepak, shivani, asus, harrish, ) there is no dedication in their work. worst cx care ever. especially mahendran he will not ask ur tracking id, before that he used to say sorry mam, ur complaint is under process will update you.
