What the ### they are doing.still they havent deliver they have shipped my order on 10 th aug 11:30 am bt stilll they are in indoor and yesterday the updated as they are in nagpur what the hell they are doing damnt very useless . i apporach ministry to cancel copyright for this company very uselesss . within aa day if you wont deliver my order you are supposed to complained uselesss suckersss fake when will reach it reach my address i have lots of work useless ecomexpress

    My courier reached HAMIRPUR up date[protected]:30 pm.but today date[protected]:50 am.still waiting.
    Worst service of ecom express.next time I will right to ecommerce company that dont send my courier via ECOM EXPRSS.they do not want deliver my courier ...just in distance 500 meter.

    Bad courier service.never recommend

      My order no: [protected], Airway bill number: [protected] is supposed to be delivered by 21st of August.
      It was shown shipped on 9th of August. I contacted ecom and they said shipper has not yet shipped the order.!!
      But i’ve got message from seller that it was shipped. From 10th of August onwards the tracking info shows ‘pickup rescheduled’.
      Its been almost a week and tracking info is still the same! Why is it happening? Will i get my product???

        I want to inform you that i had parched one item from "top gedgets" combo
        Pack of wireless bluetooth headphone boocked on 16th july, 2020.
        I received percel 23.07.2020 when i opened the percel i had seen in this percel only one item, which was in order combo pack and the item was headphone with wire connected. Before the delivery call came from this two numbers are [protected] & [protected]. I tried to call both the numbers
        No response. My order number was ref no. 5096. Awb no. Was [protected]
        Only vendor name shown "sd vendor". No refund address given.
        Please kindly solve the problem. Its price was rs. 1599.00

          As per detail of order not delivered by your executive. This delivery is jhanjarpur bihar. Till date I have not received order. Your executive very bad and your executive service is very bad. This order date is 6 August but till date not received. Your ecom branch incharge name is Mr. Satish Kumar (M. No. [protected]) is not good person. He is telling very lie. I am taking with Satish from 3 days but my order not delivered at my home. Now he is not picking my phone and not deliver my order. If you are able to home delivery then why are you open this shop. Your team is not good.

                My product ordered from Flipkart was shipped through e com express. On the delivery date I got only a missed call that lasts only for two second. Then a they sent a message that undeliverable because customer not available. Also then calling the given number the computer ask AWB number after typing the AWB number the call was getting disconnected. AWB number [protected]...

                  The guy that delivered my product ([protected]) is a mannerless person.
                  1. He spoke very rudely on the phone call
                  2. When i went near the mentioned address to get my parcel and he saw me, he threw the parcel towards me! I had to catch it... Is that the way of delivering anything? What does he think of himself? Where does that attitude come from? He is just a delivery boy! He has just one job, that is to deliver parcels and he can't do that properly?
                  After throwing the parcel he immediately started his bike and fled away from the place before i could say anything to him.
                  Delivery boys in agartala are really getting rude and rowdy... Please take action against the person i've complained about. Give them a strict warning!

                    I had ordered 3 pair of heels from this website known as beautifulBab.com and they took an online payment of Rs1497.00 on 18th of July its been almost a month i have not received the product .                       I have raised several complaints through customer service none of the bloody complaints has been attended. From the moment i saw the shipment not delivered on 3rd aug, i started calling and rest in history of the service u provide to your customer.

                        I have a delivery in 07.08.2020 they call me and said we have lots of delivery so we deliver the product in next week. Then next week they call me and said we wrongly deliver your product to another customer so tomorrow we will deliver your product. Then today they call and said today also we are unable to deliver your product. But the tracking status shows customer unavailable. What is going on? Why are you put the wrong status. I am very very upset towards this service. Please solve my problem and deliver my product.

                            I have ordered 2 jean's from nnnow shopping site. Out of 2 one jeans delivered to me but other one still shows me in hyderabad location & when i call to ur customer care they are telling me that it's in under investigation or they said i'm going to forward this to my higher level you i'll receive your parcel in next 3 days. Just tell me why you are doing this even i have paid full money also.

                            It's been more than 40 days & still there is no upadte & no action has been taken from your end.
                            I'm tired of daily calling to your customer care that when can i get my parcel and i'm really tired of yours false hope so just do one thing kindly refund my money bcoz now its has no use bcoz my brother bday was gone.

                                I ordered a product last week and have been going through the status till day. Earlier in the morning today i received a message stating that the product is out for delivery, i was waiting from morning, but later in the afternoon (Around 2:21) i received a message again stating the product was undelivered as i was not available. I did not receive any call from the courier service asking for my address, or about my availability but they have updated the status as "shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer not available". I am raising this issue to clarify me about the status being entered wrongly without even attempting to call me and confirm. I am waiting to receive the product.
