I wanted to make everyone aware of this pathetic, unprofessional shipping "company" that goes by the name 'ecom express'. I recently discovered that they don't ship for weeks, don't send any updates, deliver to wrong addresses and also indulge in unethical practises such as updating a fake/false status that the "customer was not available" for delivery.
Just one look at their facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/EcomExpressPvtLtd/) and reading through the comments will reveal all their "achievements".
When it comes to my case (Awb no: [protected]), it has been lying in delhi since august 03, 2020. Funnily, their automated response says "your shipment will be delivered by 8th august". I wonder which planet they are from. And, their "customer care" is clueless and they give a standard robotic sentence every single time - "please wait for 24 to 48 hours".
Please check the delivery partner before ordering anything online. Avoid ecom express like a plague. I'll send an email complaint to ministry of commerce.
