I wanted to make everyone aware of this pathetic, unprofessional shipping "company" that goes by the name 'ecom express'. I recently discovered that they don't ship for weeks, don't send any updates, deliver to wrong addresses and also indulge in unethical practises such as updating a fake/false status that the "customer was not available" for delivery.

Just one look at their facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/EcomExpressPvtLtd/) and reading through the comments will reveal all their "achievements".

When it comes to my case (Awb no: [protected]), it has been lying in delhi since august 03, 2020. Funnily, their automated response says "your shipment will be delivered by 8th august". I wonder which planet they are from. And, their "customer care" is clueless and they give a standard robotic sentence every single time - "please wait for 24 to 48 hours".

Please check the delivery partner before ordering anything online. Avoid ecom express like a plague. I'll send an email complaint to ministry of commerce.

    I ordered from wow india order id is 711582 i received a part of my order but the other part of my order which included (Wow skin science miracle 10 in 1 no parabens & sulphate shampoo - 300 ml) has not been received by me but shipping status show it has been initiated to return it to the person who send it. I need my product the delivery executive didn't call me. It is a prepaid product what will happen to my money now. My ecom shipping id is [protected] please take the nessasary action. I need my shipment back i need my product back don't send it back to the seller

      Maine ek t-shirt order ki thi. Aur mujhe ecom executive ka koi call ni aya hai bus message ata hai ki apke delivery cancelled ho gaya hai kyuki apki location found ni hai. Maine ek aur no. Diya hai agar uspe contact kyu ni karte. Abhi tak meri delivery ni mili aur na hi costumer care wale call receive karte hai.
      Ecom express is worst.
      Maine pehle bhi delivery aayi hai ekart ki taraf se jo ki bestest tha.
      But ecom service is worst.

            My order no. Is 1258388 on 29.07.20 for rs.1499/-
            And ecom awb [protected]

            The address given is correct and the delivery status is in kumbakonam for more days
            Not yet been delivered, no response by the courier. The other couriers from flipkart &
            Amazon able to deliver that much fast in this address. But the message from courier ecom express is address not locatable. This is very bad. Take necessary steps for early delivery very poor service and not been contacted over phone.

                    My awb no [protected] and courier boy putting status "shipment un-delivered shipment attempted - customer refused to accept" just by giving missed call. After 4th attempt done by him. Already 10 days over to unable to get my product.

                    I want to know where is my product and [protected] (Delivery center) never received call to know status of my product delivery.

                    Now product is on hold in delivery center. After contacting customer care, they are just told me to wait 24-48 hours to release hold. Customer care is also not ready to give address of delivery center.

He told me you will paid 120 otherwise your item will be returned. Finally, i gave 120, the delivery boy returned 2 ruppess coin.

                        Pack of wireless bluetooth headphone boocked on 16th july, 2020.

                        I received percel 23.07.2020 when i opened the percel i had seen in this percel only one item, which was in order combo pack and the item was headphone with wire connected.                           Regarding a shipment which was to be delivered on aug 1 but yet not delivered.

                          I have not received any otp from ecom or samsung but still ecom is asking me for otp. You are even sending the otp on my email address. I have been waiting for my shipment past week.

                          Whenever i talk to customer care they say we will try to send otp and deliver and mention to check with network provider. How is jio going to help me in this? I receive otp from all other sites but only your delivery system is not able to send me otp.

                          How can i get my shipment? Can you help in this. It has been 1 week now. The shipment delivery status is now ofd lock applied - 82

                                If i had to give this company a rating i will give -100 yes it's minus,. So my order was expected on 31 on july and reached bhiwandi on 30 july which is like 5km from my location and bag got scanned there than the problem started because it never left bhiwandi i tried to call them and after soo many tries got a customer care number soo hard to find man it's like a secret agency no proper number anywhere and i called them and on every single call they are like sir don't u worry it will get delivered in 24 to 48 hour definitely we are delivering your package on priority basis with instant delivery i told them a day before also agent told me 24 to 48 hours and he is like because he is different agent i am different now the time is 24 to 48 from now on every call which is frustrating and today is 9 th august woow there clock is too slow or maybe stopped i asked why this delay and they are like its internal issue it means we are not even allowed to know why our package not delivered to us and when i got frustrated from ecom customer service i called amazon and they told me that the ecom lost my package and they are just pretending that i will receive it so don't hope that it will get delivered. That's the ecoms instant delivery i am terrified to this what happens with standard delivery f# bc (It's not british columbia its what indians use when they are frustrated) and yaah if someone from ecom will see this they will pretend that they are very helpful by asking my waybill number here it is[protected]

                                  This is mo danish, regular amazon customer, i shopped a order on amazon sujata powermatic plus 900, today
                                  It 's time to catch my order, delivery boy called me for product delivery, named ankur tiwari, was associated with ecom express. He called me and ordered to reached at a place for delivery instead of at my home that was away 1 km from my residence.
                                  When i told him, i can't reached there, he talk very rudely and misbehaving with me. What's hell.
                                  Such stupid thing is there.
                                  After few minutes he reached at my residence, then i asked him, why you talk with this misbehaving, he replied this product is very big, i'm unable to delivered this here while road was good and my home just aside of road.
                                  How this going on in your ecom express, big product if you can not able to deliver this, tell us clearly. It will be intolerable such kind of misbehaving. I have also complaint other respective site for strictly action against him for this rudely misbehave.
                                  I swear, if no action will be taken place against him, i will leave this amazon, will due to this delivery company ecom express forever.
