I have a courier expect to deliver on 3rd August from Amazon. It was reached to ECOM express Kanhangad/Nileswaram branch on 28th July.
Till 3rd August evening nobody called from this branch, Then I approached Amazon, ECOM express then I got the local center number and I called.
I have asked him why you didnt inform me in 7 days that item reached, why didnt deliver it. He said he has only scooter and difficult to deliver in rain :) 7 days continuously rain? and He asked me that, can I mark as delivered and you can come and pickup! I said without receiving to me why you want to mark as delivered, even you never attempted for delivery. Then he said you can come and pickup tomorrow morning!
Though I have paid for door step delivery, He asked me to go for pickup.
I went today for pickup, by the item returned. He said Amazon asked for return. I have called amazon and they said they will never ask for return before attempting delivery, also it is close to delivery point never ask for return. It will be charge for amazon so we wont.
Because of this local ECOM express guy attitude the item returned, He intensionally dont want to deliver to me.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
