    My awb number is : [protected]

    I had many time request to pickup but not pick up my parcel but they charge for parcel.
    My pick up request 29 july and today 6august. I also contact bharatbhai who is incharge of ahmedabad they also don't reply. Completely cheater company ecom express.

      Ecom-commerce is a logistics partner to Samsung India.
      My Samsung order contains a very expensive item for delivery and I fear the delay is only making my shipment vulnerable to counterfeit.
      I call everyday to customerCare and lodge a complaint on [protected] but its been a week and no deliveries yet.
      They are so unprofessional that they will NOT share number for their grievance cell [latest].

        I had ordered a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (Wi-Fi) SM-T510NZKD on 17th July by making full payment. The expected date of delivery was 24th July. However, they are still to receive it. Order no [[protected]]. (order through Samsung official website).

        Airway Bill No:[protected] One can see from the website of Ecom Express that the shipment is lying in the wrong city since July 29. The location of the item is shown as Pali (Maharashtra State: Pincode: 402105) however as per the order placed our address is Pen (Maharastra state: Pincode 402107)

        No one from the courier service has called us till date regarding delivery. I have have learnt that four companies are involved in delivery of the product
        1) Samsung
        2) Ecom express
        3) Shiprocket
        4) Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd

        But none of them are responding to our repeated complaints through calls/emails/compint registration option on website. Each one is telling it is not their responsiblity. No one is giving any status update.

        This has turned out to a very frustrating experince. We want delivery at the earliest or at least the full refund.

          I ordered mi Basic headset rs.449 on mi vendor on aug-02 by prepaid amount.But still now I didn't receive the product.but in track order status it is shown as already delivered.i didn't receive the product yet.please check and send the product asap.

            Delivery person named suraj - [protected] asked me to come to place nearby my house to receive a parcel which i already paid.
            I told him that i cannot come because i'm working from my home. He spoke bad words n hung up the phone and gone. He spoke to me in an impolite manner. I expect that strict action will be taken against this person

                I ordered a product from amazon.in at june 21st, after the product reaching the waleyar hub kerala, then there is no update. I contacted amazon several times and they replaced the product. But today is aug 5th and still, i don't get my product. The replaced product is also stuck at the hub and it's going through the 3rd replacement. Still, the product not got in my hand. Too terrible from amazon and the delivery agent ecom express. The update as of now is that it is still in waleyar hub and no update after aug 3. Please help me. Its an urgent product and i'm waiting for 1.5 months now for that product.

                  I order redmi 8a dual mobile on 24th july. My order tracking id is [protected] and my order expected delivery date is 4th august. On 29th july my order status is near my city within 5kms but till now 5 days of time my order is not delivered yet. Its a strange experience first time. Today is the last date and today morning i went to delivery courier center, they are not responded. They are not giving their phone number also. They said a strange answer. I don't understand why my order is delayed? Here flipkart and amazon services are far better than ecom express courier service. Please contact to ecom courier center

                  my packet is mean to deliver on 9 September and i wait whole day for delivery boy but at the end of the day i check status of my packet its shown delivered even there delivery marked my signature and on the other side i didn't even get my packet and after that i complaint about it on customer care at that time they answered it take 72 hours to resolve your problem and after that i call complaint center so many time but i always get this response like it take 48 hours to solve problem it take 24 hour it take 48 hour always they give me time and i wait and even after 15 days i didn't even get any solution even they just listen my first line about my packet and after that they just answered its takes 24 hour or it take 48 hours and all i really wants to know in which world my packet gone what happen to that they even promised me your problem is solving on priority base but i still didn't get any results help me my packet id is [protected] and my name is keshav

                      The shipment AWB number [protected] is not delivered. But it is marked as delivered. It appears the delivery person signed themselves and marked it as delivered. This shipment has medicines. I don't know why it is marked as delivered without delivery.
                      Logistic Vendor signed by themselves. It is really cheating the customer and putting some random signature.

                      Is there any other identify proof they have collected from the customer? It is very obvious that Logistics Vendor marked the delivery status intentionally. I would like to you to verify the proof based on some identify proof instead of forgery of Signature/random signature.
                      Please help with shipment delivery.

                        I have a courier expect to deliver on 3rd August from Amazon. It was reached to ECOM express Kanhangad/Nileswaram branch on 28th July.

                        Till 3rd August evening nobody called from this branch, Then I approached Amazon, ECOM express then I got the local center number and I called.
                        I have asked him why you didnt inform me in 7 days that item reached, why didnt deliver it. He said he has only scooter and difficult to deliver in rain :) 7 days continuously rain? and He asked me that, can I mark as delivered and you can come and pickup! I said without receiving to me why you want to mark as delivered, even you never attempted for delivery. Then he said you can come and pickup tomorrow morning!

                        Though I have paid for door step delivery, He asked me to go for pickup.
                        I went today for pickup, by the item returned. He said Amazon asked for return. I have called amazon and they said they will never ask for return before attempting delivery, also it is close to delivery point never ask for return. It will be charge for amazon so we wont.

                        Because of this local ECOM express guy attitude the item returned, He intensionally dont want to deliver to me.

                                  Rto lock in shipment

                                  This is to let you know that I am not satisfied with the service
                                  I placed a order from www.cubelelo.com and ecom express was supposed to ship it they had some issues and they are now showing shipment rto lock

                                      I’ve ordered something and paid for it. The order was made on 30 july 2020 and it’s 4 2020 august already. There no trace of my parcel. It’s frustrating cause i have already paid for the product. It has been showing pickup rescheduled for the next day - for four (4) straight days! What does that mean and when will this problem of mine be resolved
