Order #nyk[protected] i placed this order on 24th july 2020
The above is my order number. So when i placed the order, after 1 day, i decided to cancel it because the price got down of the products. But since shipment was done i couldn’t cancel the order but have to wait for the product to arrive and then refuse it at delivery for cancellation. I did the same i refused the product when it came for delivery. But now it’s already 1 week and i have not received my refund, because it says ofd lock applied. When i contacted nykaa, it says that they’ll initiate refund once the product reach back to the warehouse. But whenever i check the tracking details it shows only ofd lock applied, that means order for delivery is locked. But not there is no update in the tracking, it’s been so long. There is no update regarding my product. It is stuck. I have been waiting for the update since then. I want my refund or the product atleast.
