Shipment status of of today 26-july-2020 is showing as rto lock after being kept in local delivery center for 5 days.

No one tried to contact us regarding the shipment and the status is updated as rto lock which i understand that delivery attempted but customer is not available to get the package or customer door is locked which is totally not true.

Please arrange the deliver...

My order was supposed to be delivered by 15 july and it's still pending. I have registered complaints on their customer care number and everytime i get a fixed answer that the delivery will be attempted within 24 hours. It's 25 july and still i have not received my order nor a call from them...

Got call from ecom ex on 22 july 1.41 pm and told me items will be delivered on that day. Waited at home whole day. No one contacted not arrived. On 22nd 11.15am again contacted me and told that its a big package and could not carry on that. Assured me delivery on next day morning and i agreed. Then i noticed the message in my phone stating "xxxx4822 was undelivered as you sere not available". Surprised by myself, tried to contact the delivery...

Yesterday after registering complaint for opening rto lock at noon in the evening it was opened and at night 1 am it has locked again please i need that product please make it possible to deliver.. From last 6 days i am contacting ecom center all are saying different opinions one people says u will be deliver in 24 hours
Some says u wont get product which opinion i have to take

Please reply me back and the complaint is about we didn't get our product but delivery person gave a mesg that product is delivered to given address this is happened on21 of this month but till now i have tried a lot but no response please contact me....

Your company delivered me old, not working, expired mobile phone.
It's not working.
And it's was totally different from the one which i ordered.

Hello harshitha here, i had ordered two kurti set on monday(20/7/2020) from eshipr.com but i have received one blue colored kurti only its cost only Rs.599 which i'm badly disapointed because i didn't receive the product... It's a wrong product.. i have paid 799rs in total... And i want a replacement for my exact or a refund for the dress i ordered.. Thank you...

Ecom Express needs to be renamed as Ecom Ordinary because as per the name they do not act.I had ordered clothes in AJIO and courier provider is ECOM Since 8 days i get a alert as product out for delivery and later i get a sms unable to deliverer without even trying to attempt this continued for 6 days even after raising complaint .Now they have mentioned it as RTO locked either i can receive product or i can claim for refund ....

I had ordered a watch from noisefit and they had chose ecom express courier service to deliver my product. It is been a week from the delivery date that I have not received my courier.i need the product by today. It is very urgent. Could anyone please do anything about this....

When the delivery boy came for delivery on 21/07/2020, i was out of station and requested to deliver it in 22/07/2020. But the ecom express rep neither attempted to deliver nor intimated anything on this matter....

16 july ko main ek mobile puchase kiya aur iska payment v kor diya. Delivery date 23 july hai lekin avi tak delivered nohi huwa aur ecom express se koi contact v nohi kor roha hai. Mujhe mera cell jold se jold chahiye....

I ordered a medicine product of mine 3 days ago.This medicine packet is very important for me and I was waiting for it very much. But the delivery boy came to my address and didn't distribute me. I want to say that you take some steps against that delivery boy and And the order reaches me as soon as possible....

I haven't received any call hence it says failed delivery or wrong address
But i recently received the previous product in as i had to go to the carrior office to get my product because they said they are not supposed to come to my place
But i have received so many products in past days in my place hope you will resolve this issue asap

Even destination ecom office not responding they keep on say there is not network to track your order no responsibility

My order has been kept in DC since 21st july and yesterday i contacted to customer care service regarding this, they told me that today (24th july) it will be delivered but delivery boy called me and refused to deliver my order and told me "if you are in hurry then pick it up from the office i won't deliver today. ". I want my delivery today. And also, on the site .. Status of my order is out for delivery....
