I’ve ordered something and paid for it. The order was made on 30 july 2020 and it’s 4 2020 august already. There no trace of my parcel. It’s frustrating cause i have already paid for the product. It has been showing pickup rescheduled for the next day - for four (4) straight days! What does that mean and when will this problem of mine be resolved

    Sir, i have ordered a product. Awb number [protected] product reached at delivery centre near to me jayankondom but it was returned without any reason. No one conducted me to deliver my product. But now i seen the status of my product in your website it shown as shipment rto lock-bangaluru. Sir, i request you to deliver my product to my address without any delay.. Stop sending it back to warehouse.. Please resend it

        My items from online shopping site was sent through ecom express. First thing the item reached the destination very late. Ok may be due to pandemic. But after it has been reached to destination city there was no call or any information regarding parcel for 2-3 days.. So we went to parcel office for enquiry. The office shutter was half closed.. Then it was opened when we knocked on the shutter... There were over 5 members... When we asked regarding the parcel they said that there were less man power so they could not open the parcel sack. But there were 5 members in the office... 3 of them were laying on the parcel sack and playing with their mobile.. A lot of parcel sacks could be seen in the office. This is not my first experience.. We had a prev bitter experience from them but still they are repeating the same. The courier office is at vidhyanagar kasaragod kerala

        i have the same problem. what to do to resolve this problem?? my order last date is today. but i didn't get it even this morning i went to courier center they are responded properly.

          I am a seller on amazon and ecom has tie up with amazon for courier. My these 3 shipments are still not picked up .

          They are making excuses and not coming. This is pathetic services offered by them. If you cannot do business they move out of markets.

            Dear concern,

            My order reached my destination on 30th july. Since then no delivery attempt was made at consignee address and still when tracking they mention that the customer refused. My number is not working at the moment. Let them contact on the other number [protected] or [protected].

            The other courier had the same address for the order made on the same day and they delivered on 29th july. Only ecom ex have the problem.

              I ordered a pendrive on july 12th in flipcart. It was taken by the courier partner ecomexpress. It's expected delivery date was expired july 21st. But i got a message as your order was delivered on 18th july. But no one called to me while delivering my order and i didn't get it. It's awb number is [protected]. I'm already given a complaint to you. But you just leave it as carelessly. I'm again informing to you. If you didn't resolved my issue then i will complaint on your company. I don't know what will done next then!. Resolve my issue immediately.

                    Sir i never got a call from the delivery person... Even i don't got a msg by him..
                    And now shows the product is returned...
                    I think they are getting free salary from uh. With sitting in chairs...

                    My parcel is held at their baramulla office .they are not delivering it. They also returned my another parcel after holding it at their office for a week . Very strange

                      I have ordered as many products.. The bhooking of that products is going through ecomexpress courier service.. When i tracking my orders they shows after 2 3 days is at ur current location.. Sir i am talking about ur courier office delivery person baramula jammu and kashmir.. The dey person later can not deliver our products neither call us... The order shows later ur parsal has been returned... I don't know what is going with courier off at baramula jammu and kashmir.. Plz sir take strict action against them.. So that the delivery person of ecomexpress office baramula jammu and kashmir deliver our products without any regrets... Plz sir.. I request.. I don't i think the delivery person is sitting at home and not deliver our products.. Plz sir take action against them..

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I have booked one mobile and the company was delivering through ECOM EXPRESS courier service. But the shipment was reached to Nellore HUB on 31.07.2020 and the same was not sent to Delivery Centre.. The nearest Delivery centre in Nellore was closed yesterday and today. I went to the centre yesterday and today but the gates and DC was closed.. after getting the address of Nellore HUB I went to Nellore HUB. There the staff working don't even know the way to receive the customer.. they simply said that this is not the Delivery centre you have to go to Delivery centre like that they rudely answered to us.. but the issue is DC is closed since two days.I was on call with you customer care executive for more than 45 mins and they were not able to solve my query or answer my questions.. They just repeat the same info as reading from a manual.. When i say the order has reached the delivery center, they say its not, as they do not see that status also.. After seeing all these I was very worried about my shipment and every staff of ECOM EXPRESS courier is simply sitting and not having any responsibility. This is why ECOM EXPRESS COURIER service is treated as worst courier service in Nellore.. I request to kindly deliver my shipment by today evening.. My shipment details are [protected] reached to Nellore HUB on 31.07.2020

                                  Order #nyk[protected] i placed this order on 24th july 2020
                                  The above is my order number. So when i placed the order, after 1 day, i decided to cancel it because the price got down of the products. But since shipment was done i couldn’t cancel the order but have to wait for the product to arrive and then refuse it at delivery for cancellation. I did the same i refused the product when it came for delivery. But now it’s already 1 week and i have not received my refund, because it says ofd lock applied. When i contacted nykaa, it says that they’ll initiate refund once the product reach back to the warehouse. But whenever i check the tracking details it shows only ofd lock applied, that means order for delivery is locked. But not there is no update in the tracking, it’s been so long. There is no update regarding my product. It is stuck. I have been waiting for the update since then. I want my refund or the product atleast.

                                      I have ordered a mobile phone via MI store and it is being delivered through Ecom.It has been 10 days since the order has been done .The order reached the delivery centre 3 days ago and the delivery agents have not shown up till now, .Today i went to the delivery office and enquired about the order, they said since they dont have delivery boys they have returned the item back.How irresponsible is this.They could have given a call on this, they just returned the item.I called up the customer care and the executive is least bothered and is not even registering the complaint.She said her supervisor will contact me in 2 hours and it has been 4 hours and no one has called. The item is still in delivery centre says the customer care executive. I am willing to go and take the order from the agent.Fix this issue asap.

                                        Sir,
                                        I ordered a product from mi store and the product was shipped by them through ecom express. As per ecom tracking the product was shipped on 9 july 2020. And the promised delivery date was 15th july. But the product haven't recieved. Their customer care numbers are not taking calls and there is no news or call from their side about my package. Now in ecom tracking, it is showing that the product has been returned. Kindly provide a solution to deliver my package
