I (Priyanka Jadani) is very disappointed to share recent experience happened with me today.During a call with the local hub of dibrugarh, they are yelling, abusing & threatening me during the call..
For this reason samsung india is choosing Ecom delivery partner???
I can't share the words which has told me during the call. totally harassed me for life threatening by calling me there at his place and whatever he will show to me.
I (Priyanka Jadani) express if anything happens to me or my family only Ecom will be responsible for that.
Sir, This is regarding the AWB No- [protected], from last many days i not able to get any information regarding this parcel and whenever i try i'm abused or i'm being felt like i have made a mistake by calling ECOM.Last update is n 24th july after that no one is not even talking properly.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
