    I've made my order on nykaa on 23rd july 2020 and today is 31st of july still i haven't received my order, my order reached bangalore yelahanka and the delivery boy also received my order and reached me on 25th of july but he took it back because otp wasn't generating in my phone. I've called up customer care service (Which is again horrible) so many times. I got my otp on 27th of july, i've called up delivery boy he was very rude to me. I have called up customer care soo many times they say that i'll get my order today please wait, but still i haven't received my order and the customer service team has given me wrong number of the delivery boy. This delivery service really pathetic. Today is 31st of july and i still haven't received my order

      I had ordered my phone from Flipkart since 19th of July 2020 and according to my scheduled delivery time is 27th of July. But my package is not yet deliver. My package is being deliver by Ecom express and when I did tracking, it shows that it is has been stuck in KALIABOR HUB, Assam. I am so deeply sad about my too late delayed. The tracking shows that it has been stuck in KALIABOR HUB for about 2-3 days. Please resolve this delayed that what is happening to my delivery. It had to be deliver at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. I am residing at Itanagar (791113)

        Hi,
        I (Priyanka Jadani) is very disappointed to share recent experience happened with me today.During a call with the local hub of dibrugarh, they are yelling, abusing & threatening me during the call..
        For this reason samsung india is choosing Ecom delivery partner???
        I can't share the words which has told me during the call. totally harassed me for life threatening by calling me there at his place and whatever he will show to me.
        I (Priyanka Jadani) express if anything happens to me or my family only Ecom will be responsible for that.
        Sir, This is regarding the AWB No- [protected], from last many days i not able to get any information regarding this parcel and whenever i try i'm abused or i'm being felt like i have made a mistake by calling ECOM.Last update is n 24th july after that no one is not even talking properly.

              I have purchased an item from myntra and found item was not up to the expectation so i placed a return request on the same day i received the product, 21st july 12.00 pm return was picked up successfully and he didnt give any reciept telling he is updating online no receipt is issuing.the procedure is like that and pick up boy ensured me that the pick up will update evening on the myntra and it was updated as pick up failed when i checked on night so i called the pick up boy from 22nd onward but he is not reachable so contacted myntra customer care they also contacted ecom express and said they informed my item was not picked up yet so they are unable to resolve the issue..whom should i contact now?this is the biggest fraud ecom express is doing .cheating customers and their delivery boys are taking things to home and very irresponsible cheaters .this company is fraud i want to move legally against the pick up agent .kindly help to resolve this issue and stop ecom express fraud against customers.i am attaching the call details

                My order is confirmed on 11th july and got a message after 3 days saying that it will be delivered in 24hrs but still it is not delivered and on 29th july it is showing that shipment rto lock revocked and status showing returned same is happening for 4 parcels which are ordered from nykaa.

                    Delivery agent was bulsit he fighting with me and took extra money from me saying that price of product is more.
                    Taken legal action against him and remove him from duty.
                    Kindly return my money to my bank account asap else i am going to take legal action against you today.

                            Hi, i ordered a product from decathlon, which was supposed to be delivered on last friday. I am still awaiting a response from the shipping agency. I have contacted them but the poorly trained staff is not able to find the address. I have provided the address and if it is difficult for him to find, they can even check it on google maps. I received a call yesterday from the delivery boy, but he didn't responded to me and disconnected the call. I have paid extra amount for home delivery and it was a horrible experience even after paying extra money. I have been trying to reach to decathlon as well and even they are not receiving my call. I am very frustrated right now due to the poor service provider by ecom express and decathlon as well. Please take this complaint under consideration. Thank you

                                My order was out for delivery which was to be done by ecom express. I did not receive any calls from the delivering agent, instead i gave him a call and was given false assurance that he will deliver within 5 mins. But later after waiting for half an hour outside my house at 8 p. M. I got a message stating that it was unable to deliver. Then i contacted the seller and was again asked to wait till 29th. At 12 am on 29th i recieved a message stating that my product was sent back to seller because the agent could not reach me. Why are such things not taken care of by the logistics. Please be more responsive and resolve my issues as soon as possible. I want my product delivered.

                                    My order from tatacliq awb no [protected] reached titabar, jorhat on 17 july 2020 and it showed out for delivery on the same day. One person from ecom office called me and informed me that he will not be able to deliver the item that day but the item will be delivered soon. On the next day one ecom person called me and said they have sent the item to jorhat office and it will be delivered soon. But today i found it that the item has been returned to origin. This is very unprofessional. Kindly arrange delivery of the item it is already very late

                                        Here im attaching the ecom express godown they are they are throughing the parceles and they walking on that parceles and not takeing care of parcels...i had a worst experience with the ecom got...messgae OUT FOR DELEVERY message one friday still they didnt received...aftr e days we visisted ecom offce they told that they will delevry eveng but its been one day we are trying to call them but not responding and i cald to their supervisor he is saying they they have a right to ssnd back the corrior...now he is saying that U CAN WRITE email and u can raise complint as he dont have fear... The worst parecles service is ecome servie please dont use this for emergency
