Got call from ecom ex on 22 july 1.41 pm and told me items will be delivered on that day. Waited at home whole day. No one contacted not arrived. On 22nd 11.15am again contacted me and told that its a big package and could not carry on that. Assured me delivery on next day morning and i agreed. Then i noticed the message in my phone stating "xxxx4822 was undelivered as you sere not available". Surprised by myself, tried to contact the delivery person 6 times, but not attended.
When i checked with their customer care, i was informed that it was not delivered due to a big package, so they returned to the seller. When i checked the status in amazon website, it mentioned that the item was returned by me which not true
Request you to resend these items to me at the expense of ecom express as it was returned by them on their own wish and will.
