I've ordered mi laptop from mi store on14thjuly2020 (Online payment), and recieved a message sayin the estimated delivery date is 22ndjuly2020 with tracking id [protected] with ecom, on 22nd i've tracked it on ecom website and the status shown "shipment rto lock" and it is returned to bangalore without any intimation to me, i did'nt recieved a mailor message or a call from ecom about the delivery or about the return and shipment lock. I have sent a query in the ecom website but till now there's no reply of any kind and update. If the order has been returned without my concern, then i must get a refund of my payment, but i did'nt get it too. I want the order to be delivered or the refund. Or else i'll complaint to the higher authorities to reslove my problem.
