I've ordered mi laptop from mi store on14thjuly2020 (Online payment), and recieved a message sayin the estimated delivery date is 22ndjuly2020 with tracking id [protected] with ecom, on 22nd i've tracked it on ecom website and the status shown "shipment rto lock" and it is returned to bangalore without any intimation to me, i did'nt recieved a mailor message or a call from ecom about the delivery or about the return and shipment lock. My awb no [protected]. My shipment arrived my city 23/7/2020 today 27/7/2020
Till not delivered. Once again it's arrived in delivery centre. I spoke three times about this. Representative said it's going to deliver but finaly one of your representative said we are not going delivery, if want go and pickup otherwise we will return back to seller.     Awb number : [protected]

    Shipment status of of today 27-july-2020 is showing as rto lock after being kept in local delivery center for 4 days.

    No one tried to contact me regarding the shipment and the status is updated as rto lock which i understand that delivery attempted but customer is not available to get the package or customer door is locked, which is totally not true.

    Please arrange the delivery of the package to me asap

          I bought a shoes from myntra. Delivery boy called me to come on company gate and pickup the product. It was very rude sound. He made me wait for half an hours on gate but didn't come while i call him he misbehav with.

          Very much disappointed by ecom express. I didn't expect this from you.

                  My order was supposed to be delivered by 15 july and it's still pending. I have registered complaints on their customer care number and everytime i get a fixed answer that the delivery will be attempted within 24 hours.                     Got call from ecom ex on 22 july 1.41 pm and told me items will be delivered on that day. Waited at home whole day. No one contacted not arrived. On 22nd 11.15am again contacted me and told that its a big package and could not carry on that. Assured me delivery on next day morning and i agreed. Then i noticed the message in my phone stating "xxxx4822 was undelivered as you sere not available". Surprised by myself, tried to contact the delivery person 6 times, but not attended.
                    When i checked with their customer care, i was informed that it was not delivered due to a big package, so they returned to the seller. When i checked the status in amazon website, it mentioned that the item was returned by me which not true
                    Request you to resend these items to me at the expense of ecom express as it was returned by them on their own wish and will.

                      Yesterday after registering complaint for opening rto lock at noon in the evening it was opened and at night 1 am it has locked again please i need that product please make it possible to deliver.. From last 6 days i am contacting ecom center all are saying different opinions one people says u will be deliver in 24 hours

                            Hello harshitha here, i had ordered two kurti set on monday(20/7/2020) from eshipr.com but i have received one blue colored kurti only its cost only Rs.599 which i'm badly disapointed because i didn't receive the product...                                 Ecom Express needs to be renamed as Ecom Ordinary because as per the name they do not act.I had ordered clothes in AJIO and courier provider is ECOM Since 8 days i get a alert as product out for delivery and later i get a sms unable to deliverer without even trying to attempt this continued for 6 days even after raising complaint .Now they have mentioned it as RTO locked either i can receive product or i can claim for refund .
