I ordered a mobile phone on 19th july from the samsung website.
I got notified that samsung has given the parcel delivery service to "ecom express".
The notification also stated that my order will reach me before 26th july.
As of now (28th july), the expected date of delivery is keeping on changing, and also according to the tracking it says that the parcel is in transit from bangalore for the past 4 days, ie, there is no update at all for the past 4 days! It takes less than a day for a parcel to reach from bangalore to ernakulam.
Since there are a lot of negative remarks about "ecom express" i am very much worried about the product which i ordered also i have done full payment.
