Hi, i ordered a product from decathlon, which was supposed to be delivered on last friday. I am still awaiting a response from the shipping agency. I have contacted them but the poorly trained staff is not able to find the address. I have provided the address and if it is difficult for him to find, they can even check it on google maps. I received a call yesterday from the delivery boy, but he didn't responded to me and disconnected the call. I have paid extra amount for home delivery and it was a horrible experience even after paying extra money. I have been trying to reach to decathlon as well and even they are not receiving my call. I am very frustrated right now due to the poor service provider by ecom express and decathlon as well. Please take this complaint under consideration. Thank you
