    Hi, i ordered a product from decathlon, which was supposed to be delivered on last friday. I am still awaiting a response from the shipping agency. I have contacted them but the poorly trained staff is not able to find the address. I have provided the address and if it is difficult for him to find, they can even check it on google maps. I received a call yesterday from the delivery boy, but he didn't responded to me and disconnected the call. I have paid extra amount for home delivery and it was a horrible experience even after paying extra money. I have been trying to reach to decathlon as well and even they are not receiving my call. I am very frustrated right now due to the poor service provider by ecom express and decathlon as well. Please take this complaint under consideration. Thank you

      My order should be delieverd by 23rd of july but it has not been delievered yet, it is almost a week.in the tracking its showing the bag has scanned from last 4 days in the same hub which is 10km away from my location and how many 24 to 48 hrs i have to wait!!!

        My order was out for delivery which was to be done by ecom express. I did not receive any calls from the delivering agent, instead i gave him a call and was given false assurance that he will deliver within 5 mins. But later after waiting for half an hour outside my house at 8 p. M. I got a message stating that it was unable to deliver. Then i contacted the seller and was again asked to wait till 29th. At 12 am on 29th i recieved a message stating that my product was sent back to seller because the agent could not reach me. Why are such things not taken care of by the logistics. Please be more responsive and resolve my issues as soon as possible. I want my product delivered.

            My order from tatacliq awb no [protected] reached titabar, jorhat on 17 july 2020 and it showed out for delivery on the same day. One person from ecom office called me and informed me that he will not be able to deliver the item that day but the item will be delivered soon. On the next day one ecom person called me and said they have sent the item to jorhat office and it will be delivered soon. But today i found it that the item has been returned to origin. This is very unprofessional. Kindly arrange delivery of the item it is already very late

                Here im attaching the ecom express godown they are they are throughing the parceles and they walking on that parceles and not takeing care of parcels...i had a worst experience with the ecom got...messgae OUT FOR DELEVERY message one friday still they didnt received...aftr e days we visisted ecom offce they told that they will delevry eveng but its been one day we are trying to call them but not responding and i cald to their supervisor he is saying they they have a right to ssnd back the corrior...now he is saying that U CAN WRITE email and u can raise complint as he dont have fear... The worst parecles service is ecome servie please dont use this for emergency

                  This is heer creation from kunjada vihar, sanganer, jaipur. But from 5 days no body comes to pickup my orders from your side and your supervisor of jaipur mr. Ali khan aslo not taking any action on it. We4 also informed every one from 4 days. But no one wants to solve this provlem we have. This thing happens 2nd time in one month. Your services are going so poor for pickup. What is going on. If we are adjusting for you then youy have to compromised with us.                       Here i want to let you know about the worst experience i faced from your deliveryman. Once he delivered one of my order 2 weeks ago at night 7:30 pm. I told him it is inconvenient at these times. For the next he didn't even called me or contacted me, after two days of the actual delivery day they returned the product without even letting me know. I ordered my item to the pin number 671310, the ordered item order no.:[protected]-6419301. Am sure my next order also shipped even 2 weeks ago. But till now i didn't get it delivered. We are ordering items in such a pandemic time because it is really urgent. Please don't mess things around. Even it is a prepaid products. Please add your contact number. Then we can call you and know what happened to my products. Because we are not ordering it for fun.. Those things are really needed and urgent. Please understand

                                  My shipment was picked up from mumbai - 400056 on 18 july 2020 and was to be delivered by 25th july 2020 to aurangabad, maharashtra.
                                  On 22nd july 2020- ecom express created a false ndr on my shipping aggregator portal - shiprocket and i requested for a reattempt on 23rd july 2020.
                                  There has been no attempt to deliver and on 28th july - 1 am at night the have put in an rto lock comment - which is false
                                  When trying to call their customer care - it comes that the service isnt available due to covid-19

                                    I ordered a mobile phone on 19th july from the samsung website.
                                    I got notified that samsung has given the parcel delivery service to "ecom express".

                                    The notification also stated that my order will reach me before 26th july.

                                    As of now (28th july), the expected date of delivery is keeping on changing, and also according to the tracking it says that the parcel is in transit from bangalore for the past 4 days, ie, there is no update at all for the past 4 days! It takes less than a day for a parcel to reach from bangalore to ernakulam.

                                    Since there are a lot of negative remarks about "ecom express" i am very much worried about the product which i ordered also i have done full payment.

                                      Aur jab mene dusre din stuts dekha to mera packet 26 ko hi gaya tha aur jab mene fir se courier boy se pucha to usne bola ki mene phone kiya tha aur mujhse cancel ke liye bol gaya tha. Jabki aisa kuch hua nhi hai mere puche jane pe usne bola mere pass recarding hai jab mene bola mujhe sunao to usne sunaya nhi.
                                      Is tarah ye log packet ko dusre log ko de dete hai.
                                      Aur custmer ko pareshan kar rahe hai. Aur bolte hai apko jo karna hai kar lo

                                        I have a few shipments from amazon and ajio via ecom express.
                                        The destination location is ponnani. The tracking status is showing as the shipment reached long time before in ponnani.
                                        But no contact from anyone from the courier. No information or enquiry at all. The packages are just stuck there.
                                        This is the worst courier service i have encountered ever. No calls, nothing.
                                        Just keeping the packages in their warehouse for long time, and may be they will send it back also without even attempting to deliver.
