When the delivery boy came for delivery on 21/07/2020, i was out of station and requested to deliver it in 22/07/2020. But the ecom express rep neither attempted to deliver nor intimated anything on this matter.

    16 july ko main ek mobile puchase kiya aur iska payment v kor diya. Delivery date 23 july hai lekin avi tak delivered nohi huwa aur ecom express se koi contact v nohi kor roha hai. Mujhe mera cell jold se jold chahiye.

      I ordered a medicine product of mine 3 days ago.This medicine packet is very important for me and I was waiting for it very much. But the delivery boy came to my address and didn't distribute me. I want to say that you take some steps against that delivery boy and And the order reaches me as soon as possible.

        I haven't received any call hence it says failed delivery or wrong address
        But i recently received the previous product in as i had to go to the carrior office to get my product because they said they are not supposed to come to my place

            I dint got any call regarding this when i called ecom centre they are not responding they keep on say wait next 24 hours yourproduct will delivered. I
            Think this is fourth day i need that product its soo urgency i tink its in destination please open rto lock

                My order has been kept in DC since 21st july and yesterday i contacted to customer care service regarding this, they told me that today (24th july) it will be delivered but delivery boy called me and refused to deliver my order and told me "if you are in hurry then pick it up from the office i won't deliver today. ". I want my delivery today. And also, on the site .. Status of my order is out for delivery.

                    I ordered redmi note 9 pro max from mi.com on 15th july 2020. And the responsibility of shipment was given to ecom express. After waiting for 8 days, i see that without even informing me, the ecomexpress.in site gives me the information that "jul 23 2020 07:19 pm shipment rto lock bengaluru" even didn't try to deliver. I even requested that i will go to the delivery center which is hardly 3 km from my location but they refused. My awb no. Is [protected]. Please i need the delivry as it is urgent. Please help...

                      My product reached at the delivery centre at 20 july 2020 and now on 24 july the status shows shipment rto lock. I want my product back. I cant reorder it and wait for another delayed delivery. Please take immediate actions and make sure your service is much more responsible and please give due response to our complaints.

                        I have ordered philips dry vacuum cleaner from paytm on 12/07/2020, to my misfortune and it was to be delivered thro ecom express. Till 22 jul'20, the shipment has reached cochin, in my home town and all of a sudden on 23/07/2020, it is shown as shipment rto lock in bengaluru. Need the delivery of my product immediatley. My awb no is[protected]. I have already availed bajaj finserv emi for this order and emi will be charged from next month onwards.

                                  I ordered few items from ajio and all has reached to my nearest ecom express hub, but now it shows rto lock and one item is shown as returned. I didn't eveb get a call from the ecom delivery partners and can't figure out why my order is being being returned to original. Please i need my order, it was my dress for eid.

                                    I've placed an order from Samsung shop on 15th July 2020, it was supposed to be delivered on 21st of this month .
                                    AWB no : [protected]
                                    Am trying to connect ecom express from 21st, but there is no proper response from them . They aren't ready to take responsibility of customers and their concerns. Disconnecting the calls in between .

                                    Coming to the order tracking, . It is just running between the hubs and changing the estimated delivery dates everyday .
                                    On 21st it was showing 22nd will be the delivery date . Now on 23rd it is displaying 25th as delivery date .

                                    Am not the first person facing this issue .
                                    Why no regulator are not taking any action against this irresponsible attitude of logistics services . Very much frustrated with ECOM express .

                                    Please take an action so that it won't be repeating again with other customers .

                                      What I ordered is correctly given on cover pack but inside the product was changed I ordered readymade Dress but I received saree how can they do this I ordered in krishu fashion fabric after receiving my order they send me a tracking number in ecom express. After receiving order I texted them but suddenly the account not responding I think it's fake I just want what I ordered r I want my money back
