    Parcel In Delivery center since 11th July
    My order from club factory was sent through Ecom express with AWB : [protected] but the parcel is in the delivery center since 11th July and they are refusing to deliver the parcel and when we speak to the customer care they say that we have registered your complaint please wait 24 to 48 hour. It has been already 10 days since my complaint.

        Dear All,
        Im writing this mail by getting frustated over this deliVERY SERVICE( ECOM EXPRESS)( tracking id:[protected]) .1st of all I didnt get any email id for the ecom express on the website such a horrible company. Secondly I ordered a product from Ptron (order id:PT142426) on 14th july and that was handed over to the courier service so called ecom express on 15th. I waited for a week even though the product was required urgently but still the product didnt reach so I called ecom express and Ptron, but the worst thing is both of them didnt pick up the call. later next day ecom did pickup the call and I told them its in bhiwandi since the last 2 days doing nothing that is 15 km from my delivery location. Im getting deliveries from amazon flipkart on the next day after ordering but ecom has got me to the peaks. I called them next day again and they said on 23rd and again I called them today they said 28th can you explain what nonsense is this.I literally thought of putting it in consumer FORUM and also all the websites about such useless company. If i do not get the product by tomorrow Im definitely not going to accept the product and do whatever I can do for it, because at last I Have to make arrangements for the same. Always giving the reason of COVID19 why not other courier service facing the same. Ptron specifically I trusted you but was disappointed about not picking up the calls and still claiming to revert in 48hrs all ###.

          This is to report my extreme disappointment with your service.The status showing for this item is 'customer not available', but this is totally false information, we have not been out of home today(23 July 2020) and no one has arrived here for a delivery.The delivery have contacted me and said they will not deliver the product to my home instead i had to meet him at Cherupuzha which is more than 30 minutes travel from my home. I had made sure the item was available to home and that's why I have ordered it. This is not the first time experience from your service. I had ignored it before. This is not a kind of service we are expect form you. It's truly disappointing.

                  My awb no. is [protected] and order no. Cf846e701. My package reached mau on 19 th July. It's still undelivered till now. They said my my place is inaccessible due to covid19. It's a lie the delivery guy didn't call me. I called ecom express office mau on 20th July he promised me that he will send my package but i'm still waiting. On 22nd July My another package with awb no. [protected] and order no. C5db83bo1 is also undelivered. They have that I've requested for future delivery. It's a lie. When I called the office he said he doesn't know where the package is. When he will get it he will send me. He was very rude. It's a highly irresponsible behaviour. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      I ordered an item and it was said to be delivered on 16th july 2020 as i got a message from ecom mentioning "arriving today". It was not delivered and when i tracked the order it was mentioned the customer was not available it is total rubbish they haven't called me or re-attempted the delivery on the next day. I even tried to contact the come office in my area via the google number provided and it is saying that number is not available even though i waited till today and when i tracked the order today it is mentioned rto lock and sent back to bangalore.                                 I ordered an intellikit for my kid so that he can smoothly pass his time during forthcoming lockdown. The product reached the jorhat office, assam3-4 days before lockdown. The courier guys named dibya bora and his supervisor santonu saikia are harassing me saying they will deliver the product today and then i receive messages that my location isn't traceable. They won't call me for the address also incase they have any doubt. I stay in a famous locality of jorhat town and i feel surprised that they don't find my location. They both are playing this drama since i received message regarding arrival of my product, i. E, 7th july. They just don't want to deliver it. Now they stopped picking up calls. They use bad words sometimes. I sincerely request to fire them from the company though i don't receive my product. They are not worthy of the job.

                                    My amazon product is with ecom express from past 72 hours.Everyday am receiving msg that delivery attempted and failed.When I call on customer care they are telling product is out for delivery but they r unable to tell reason for delay.I have paid amount for my product including 140 rupees as delivery charge also.
                                    As a customer am not happy with ecom express irresponsibility
