Ecom Express Complaints & Reviews

The ecomm customer executive called me and gave reasons to not deliver item. It's been 4 days and no sign of delivery. Tracking shows that i pushed delivery which i did not. They are misrepresenting the info and trying to not deliver the item. Awb #: [protected].

Please help as i am not getting any response from this company....

I ordered 26th july one watch... Amazon team shipped item and handover to ecom express courier partners 1st july.. But courier not moved after 1st july... Today date 11th july.. Still same status reflected for tracking...10 days no movement of tracking... I enquired 4 times for both amazon customer care and also ecom express customer care... Both are told shipped at correct time period... But today out of date of shipping tat. Ecom express...

This product is wrong deliver to me and i want to return and refund money......

Parcel with awb [protected] not yet received. Last time parcel was delivered to wrong address. Please look into the matter....

I ordered an item on 19 june 2020.
It was supposed to delivered by 11 july 2020. The product had reached the delivery centre (Nearby ecom centre) on 10th july 2020. But the ordered product has been returned back to the warehouse on 11th july 2020.

I have ordered 4g dongle from one online site and i paida 200₹ extra for delivery. Ecom picked the product from bangalore and brought in chennai.. It reached in hub in 3 days before but from 4 days they are not delivering and also not updating the product. Totally fraud company. No customer respect....

Product was cancelled on 19th June, seller is Reliance Digital. ECom is supposed to return the product to the seller post which refund will be initiated, however, Reliance customer care has notified that even after a cancellation on 20th June, the product is yet to be returned to them due to which they are refusing to issue my refund. Your portal shows "Shipment RTO Lock", please confirm where in the world is the product so that I can get...

Sir i have an order for that carrier service is given to ecom. My packet is ready on same same day. Now it's become 2 days no one has coming for pickup and status showing shipment is not ready. Someone is not doing his job perfectly for that i have to pay penalty. Please contact to carrier boy who assign for the duty. And tell him how to do work....

I ordered and item 1st July 2020, and the parcel has to come come to my location by 8th July 2020. When I called the customer care they are saying the product will not delivered. There is no intimation from them and now they are saying the product will not be delivered now.
When I tracked that it's showing that shipment was rto locked.

Aapke ek delivery boy ne galat tarike se meri jacket pick kar li thi. Jiski uske pas return request bhi nahi thi. Heanery and smith ke chinta ki return request hote hue bhi usne meri wildcraft ki jacket pick ki.
Henery and smith ki return request ecom ko mili but jab 5 7 din tak pick nahi ho paya to maine unko call kiya tab delhivery courier ne chinos pick kar liye same day aapka delivery boy chinta lene aaya...

today i handover my product for servising which is assigned ny REALME. as per realme customer support the pickup executive suppose to give me the receiving of the pickup produst at the time of pickup but they picked my product at 11 AM on 08/07/2020 but they did't give me any receiving slip even when i asked please give the pickup done text which is automatically i receive when they marked pickup in his device but they don't give...

The shipment was supposed to deliver by 29th june.
But it has not been delivered as of yet.
To make things worse, the status currently shown is shipment rto lock - 77...
