I have ordered product on 3rd july 2020 from nationalpc

The product is supposed to delivered by ecom express by[protected] at thiruvananthapuram.

On 11 jul, 2020 2020 they have market it reached at trivandrum (Shipment in-scan at dc [its is at vellayambalam, thiruvananthapuram inside the city) which is not possible as no entry of vehicle is possible inside the city on that date due to lockdown.
Since we have lockdown here in thiruvananthapuram city till 20th july 06:00am, no courier service can delivered before that.
But now the status is showing "shipment rto lock" and location at bengaluru.
I have tried to call customer care many times, but no one is picking up.
I have fully paid for the order.
Very deceitful behaviour.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by cc2020member just watch how ecom express fool both buyer and seller on delivery...the item was shows at BENGALURU..now the status shows Location : THIRUVANANTHAPURAM item being returned even without contacting or delivery.
