From past 7 days my order is showing as out for delivery but end of the day it is undelivered.
I called to the delivery boy but every day he is telling tomorrow.
Now my product is in ofd lock.

Such types of stupid delivery i am seeing first time.

Plz take the rit action and deliver the product asap.

    Hello,

    I ordered a smartphone from samsung e-shop and it was assigned to ecom express. But since 16th july 2020 it is still in same status [23:16 hrs delhi bag connected from hub] abd has not yet updated. Awb number: [protected]. And order number: 46454841. Please look into the matter. As i want this in an urgent. The delivery date is after 2 days only. Please help.

        But nobody has taken the delivery of the product .

          I order from pantaloons.. Order no. Is 3516228 and awb no is [protected]...which should contain 2 parcels... Bt when i got it.. There was only 1 parcel... N ur delivery boy took money of both parcels... Plzzz send me my other parcel toi... Plzzzz fixed my issue as soon as possible...

              Hi sir,

              My delivery is to be done on 8 th july but still i dint get my delivery i got a call day before yesterday as the parcel is big they can’t delivery that day they ll arrange auto for delivery. But after that no response from ecom express now my status was changed to shipment rto locked. I need my ordered product as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered product on 3rd july 2020 from nationalpc
                      https://nationalpc.in/

                      Order id : 5851.

                      The product is supposed to delivered by ecom express by[protected] at thiruvananthapuram.

                      Awb number:
                      [protected]

                      On 11 jul, 2020 2020 they have market it reached at trivandrum (Shipment in-scan at dc [its is at vellayambalam, thiruvananthapuram inside the city) which is not possible as no entry of vehicle is possible inside the city on that date due to lockdown.

                      Since we have lockdown here in thiruvananthapuram city till 20th july 06:00am, no courier service can delivered before that.

                      But now the status is showing "shipment rto lock" and location at bengaluru.

                      I have tried to call customer care many times, but no one is picking up.

                      I have fully paid for the order.

                      Very deceitful behaviour.

                      just watch how ecom express fool both buyer and seller on delivery...the item was shows at BENGALURU..now the status shows Location : THIRUVANANTHAPURAM item being returned even without contacting or delivery.

                            Shipment no. [protected] & [protected].

                            Both the above mentioned shipment was delivered by the same person. He was extremely rude and asked us to outside the area, he wasn't even ready to come near building gate.

                            As i was out of home and there was no one at home other than my older parents (75+),

                            I requested the delivery executive to come nearby building gate so that it would be easy for parents to collect the parcel.
                            But he rather that understanding the situation he said, "i will wait outside area for 5 mins if no one comes i will from here"

                              My order rdf03748831 was given to reliance digital shipment number di[protected], which was partnering with ecom express it was about deliver on 13 july but today is 15 july and it is showing shipment rto lock and it's been delivered yet. I need my product as i have already paid 20000 for it.

                                I have done online shopping many times before and never seen these kind of irresponsible and bad service.

                                The amazon package has reached local facility vadakara on 7 july '20 and the status they updated in website is 'delivery attempted' without giving a single call. On the same day we followed up the customer care and requested them to deliver it next day. Also requested them to share the local facility contact number but they refused it by assuring the next day delivery.

                                But nothing happened on next 2 days, so again we called and requested to deliver. As usual got response that they will be delivering it next day. But that also not happened.

                                Then again called them after 2 days, got reply "will be delivering it next day"
                                Then on 14th july i saw the statues updated as 'returning to seller'. This time we got the response that they are returning it as amazon instructed to do so.

                                Even we checked with amazon and they said they didn't say anything like that.

                                Its completely irresponsible behavior from ecom express
                                And we are now concerned and afraid to buy even from amazon because they linked to these kind of worse courier service.

As the product expired i have requested for return when reverse pickup arranged the delivery boy cancelled the pickup without informing me.                                         Delivery boy called me and asked to pick my product at a far away location (5km). So i asked him to come my location for door delivery (As it is corona time i don't want to go outside), he ended the call. But now he updated status that unable to deliver due to wrong address.

                                        3 days back same delivery boy delivered another product after too much argument.

                                        The guy remembered me and my address but still updated wrong address (After calling me and address also matching).

                                        I want a proper response and my product also (As it is important to me).
