    Aapke ek delivery boy ne galat tarike se meri jacket pick kar li thi. Jiski uske pas return request bhi nahi thi. Heanery and smith ke chinta ki return request hote hue bhi usne meri wildcraft ki jacket pick ki.
    Henery and smith ki return request ecom ko mili but jab 5 7 din tak pick nahi ho paya to maine unko call kiya tab delhivery courier ne chinos pick kar liye same day aapka delivery boy chinta lene aaya aur meri shoppers stop ki return wali jacket le gaya jiski uske pas return request bhi nahi thi. Sir /madam plz meri help kijiye kyunki jacket mahngi thi.

      Hi,
      today i handover my product for servising which is assigned ny REALME. as per realme customer support the pickup executive suppose to give me the receiving of the pickup produst at the time of pickup but they picked my product at 11 AM on 08/07/2020 but they did't give me any receiving slip even when i asked please give the pickup done text which is automatically i receive when they marked pickup in his device but they don't give me any thing.

      they just give me a pic which is i attached with this complaint.

        The shipment was supposed to deliver by 29th june.
        But it has not been delivered as of yet.
        To make things worse, the status currently shown is shipment rto lock - 77
        Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I am also facing the same issue...very worst service

            I have order resmi note 9 pro (Aurora blue) with order id:[protected] in mi store on june 30 with full payment.
            . Transport company was given ecom with tracking id :[protected] and estimated delivery date was 10th july. But without my consent or prior notice, they have returned order. I am very sad about the mishandling of order by edom.. I request to get my order back as early as possible.

              I have ordered a product on june 30th from floweraura, which has been dispatched through ecom express which should be delivered on 6th july 2020 and today is 8th july and in the order tracking it is showing connected from hub in vizag, but when i called the customer care the automatic machine is giving the info like the order will be delivered by 10th i don't know the reason if it has reached my place why it is not yet out for delivery, i am very disappointed with ecom, it's already delayed by 2 days and this is rediculous

                  Hi,

                  What a shameful and pathetic courier service ecom express you are. The order is out delivery since 5th July, 2020 and still status is same. Such a PATHETIC courier service😠. Because of which I am suffering. Such a unprofessionalism people of courier service.

                  I had word with your CSE name Devendra on 5th July 2020 @ 9.28pm, he said the status will be updated by tomorrow, but not happened. Then I called again on 6th CSE Roshan Kumar @ 10.46am, was upfront lying about the status that it's out for delivery on 6th not on 5th. Then I called on 7th, CSE Smita @7.21pm, she was also denying to take complaint and lying that my AWB is my complaint number. Today (07th July 2020) when I called them again CSE SIKANDAR, VENKAT and RADHIKA, when I ask them to transfer the line to supervisor, they transferred me to automated IVR system. This is how you serve the customers.

                  Below are my 2 Return ID

                  1) RT[protected]AWB No[protected]
                  (out for delivery since 5th July, 2020, @ 1.34hrs and still no further update)

                  2) RT[protected]AWB No[protected]
                  (Out for delivery on 7th July, 2020, @ 5.56hrs)

                  Both the courier are out for delivery on midnight(RT[protected] and early morning (RT[protected].

                  For your reference I have attached the snapshots and call recordings. And if my delivery is not done by today evening, I will definitely file a complaint against you to Consumer Court.

                  Such a awful and pathetic courier service I had ever seen. I have proof of call recording.. should I share with consumer court that how your team was lying to me about my courier.

                  And when I submitted the complaint, and when you replying, this actually shows your unprofessional service towards customer.

                  THE AWFUL, PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE ECOM EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE IS.

                          I had ordered a product from H&M and it was to be delivered by Ecom Express. They have not delivered my product till now. I did not receive any calls from them regarding address approval but instead they sent me a message that my area is not accessible. I do online shopping on a weekly basis and all the products have got delivered to this same address without any problems. Now when I have called the customer care they are telling me that the order is locked. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible. Please look into this message.

                            ECOM Express is very unethical and their customer care executives are very rude. I had order online from Samsung E Shop and the shipment was supposed to be delivered through ECOM Express.

                            Order Placed on 20th June, Expected delivery date 26th June. Last status update on 27th June.

                            My ECOM Express tracking ID is : [protected] .
                            My order ID at samsung is : [protected].

                            Samsung has sent the shipment. From 27th June onward it is lying with ECOM Express at Ahmadabad center. They are telling me that shipment has been misrouted.

                            I've been hearing same reason from 10 days. I called them for more then 10 times. Every time there executives are giving recorded response that "we have forwarded your concern to relevant team, they will revert back with more information" .

                            No of their executives are reverting back. Neither I am getting any call back or update about my shipment.

                            They are not ready to share me details of what has happened with my Shipment. I am ready to pick that up from there warehouse, they are not ready to provide me address of warehouse.

                            Basically, Samsung in conjunction with ECOM Express is doing mental harassment to me.

                            They have taken my money and not they are not delivering my product.

                            They have done a fraud with me.

                            No one approached me. No one answered my call. Apart from complaining here, I also register a complaint on national consumer helpline website. They wrote to Samsung. I don't who was behind the scenes that helped me in resolving the complaint. But I would see never trust ECOM Express. They are pathetic and hopeless. Never ever received a proper response from ECOM during my entire conversation with them.

                            I've finally received my courier. I wrote to Shiprocket guys where we also part for this delivery along with ECOM Express.

                            ECOM Express guys were rude and were answering same thing whenever we called.

                            I'd recommend user to cancel their placed order if it is going to be delivered by ECOM Express.

                            ECOM Express is so clever that they do not provide a way for writing to there higher authorities in case of grievances.

                            Extremely bad experience with ECOM

                                      I had ordered peoduct from nykaa on 4th july. Prepaid order. It has been dispatched on the same day. But when i track shippment it shows pickup rescheduled for the next day. For the last two days this is the issue. Pls do look through
