What a shameful and pathetic courier service ecom express you are. The order is out delivery since 5th July, 2020 and still status is same. Such a PATHETIC courier service😠. Because of which I am suffering. Such a unprofessionalism people of courier service.
I had word with your CSE name Devendra on 5th July 2020 @ 9.28pm, he said the status will be updated by tomorrow, but not happened. Then I called again on 6th CSE Roshan Kumar @ 10.46am, was upfront lying about the status that it's out for delivery on 6th not on 5th. Then I called on 7th, CSE Smita @7.21pm, she was also denying to take complaint and lying that my AWB is my complaint number. Today (07th July 2020) when I called them again CSE SIKANDAR, VENKAT and RADHIKA, when I ask them to transfer the line to supervisor, they transferred me to automated IVR system. This is how you serve the customers.
Below are my 2 Return ID

(out for delivery since 5th July, 2020, @ 1.34hrs and still no further update)

(Out for delivery on 7th July, 2020, @ 5.56hrs)
Both the courier are out for delivery on midnight(RT[protected] and early morning (RT[protected].
For your reference I have attached the snapshots and call recordings. And if my delivery is not done by today evening, I will definitely file a complaint against you to Consumer Court.

Updated by vaibhavpadia Such a awful and pathetic courier service I had ever seen. I have proof of call recording.. should I share with consumer court that how your team was lying to me about my courier.
And when I submitted the complaint, and when you replying, this actually shows your unprofessional service towards customer.
